 Foraging at the Waterfall
If you're already at the Waterfall, then you may fish whenever you feel like it. The fish will not be tainted. 1. You climb up the wall of the waterfall a little, and find a strange vegetable. +3 servings of Bittermelon
2. You manage to kill a crayfish +2 servings of fish
3. Generate for the Cornucopia.
4. You wander away into the jungle and find a small stream. Fill your canteens with Purified Water
5. You search under some rocks and find some Gellberries. +3 servings. or 1 use of burn cream
6. You find some common herbs after searching around for a bit. +3 common herbs
7. You climb the rock wall in an attempt to find food, but fall and hurt yourself. You manage to grab a Bittermelon. +1 serving of bittermelon and -5pts from health
8. You find ingredients for a bee sting salve. +1 use
9. You caught a squirrel! +1 serving of fresh meat
10. A Rodin attempts to attack you, but you manage to kill it before any damage is done. +3 servings of fresh meat
11. You pull down some sturdy vines. Perhaps they'd be good for a snare?
12. You pick some Sunstone, mistaking it for dandelions and bite one. You become covered in hives. -15 health points
13. You take your chances with the river water, but become sick after drinking some. -10pts health & -10pts from thirst
14. You scan the outskirts of the jungle, and find some yummy raspberries. +3 servings of berries
15. You spot a small jet of water coming from the cracks of the wall. Fill your canteens
16. You dig some worms out of the ground. You get +5 worm bait

I kep on running jumping over logs going around trees every now and then I left a apple peice of paper yes I chose apple sticky notes as my thing to bring in the games it worked out too becuase thomas will know were I am but every one else will just be confused I went into a cave behind the waterfall and found a backdrop that drops into another one.I jumped down there not giving any trace were I am I also put a huge leaf on that hole.I sat down winded from running.Atleast I am fast thats what I have going for my self right now.Then I remember I actually grabbed something from the cornacurpia.
I opened up a the pack first I could use it to carry everything in there I thought to myself.I looked what was in there food a knife water nice I thought to my self.then I looked at the small container and found more medicine. Nice even more I can keep my body in good condition.But I am gonna need more food.Then it hit me let me grabs some worms when I saw some floating going back to the ground.I dug up 5 worms and put them in the small bag were the medicine was and put the medicine in my bag noticing that I have a nice blanket in there too.I decided I will wait a few more moments for thomas to come then I will leave so my track can not be traced.

Feelings: surprised,happy,content,unpatient
I waited a little longer to see if thomas would come.The 10 minutes passed.I decided to give him just a few more minutes while I fish.I grabbed a ferns branch and stabbed it threw a worm which was painful for me.I put the stick in the water getting sprits by the waterfall and started to fish.Later I collected 5 fish in total.I never knew I was that good of a fisher I thought being some what arrogant.I took all of my supllies and packed up putting my fish in my pack.I decided that I was gonna head off.I took some water and splashed my face with it and looked around. the water fall I could see a rainforest and mountains.Stepping on my tiptoes I saw some marsh.Most cover is here but I lead a trail here so I should leave befor more tributes follow me.
I put all the ups and downs of each area seeing the next place I go to I will have to sleep there. I decided on the mountains since it will most likly have a cave or something for me to sleep in. I got up into the main cave strapping my pack around me I set off.I walked there this time every now and then doing a gentle jog.I grabbed my hunting nife out and tied it against my hand when I stopped to rest for a moment remembering this is not just a hike for fun its to survive.I finally got up on the mountains looking down I saw a huge valley.

After a little bit in the trees I decided to gather everything early.Grabbing all of my stuff I headed out around the waterfalls looking for everything.Seeing some animals to kill I shook my head I had to keep my knife ready for other tributes if they come.Coming across some deathberries I shook my head.Then while I was almost on the edge of were the waterfall area ends I saw a bush with red berries on them looking harder they were edible rasberries! I grabbed enough for 3 servings.I jumped with joy almost yelling but catching my self.Putting all of the berries in the bag I went back to the tree.Relizing that there was no were to put every thing down I went back to the main cave that I was in the first time then I went down into the secondary cave underneath the cave.Putting the leaf up on the whole I sat down.
By now with not seeing last nights anthem I was getting anxious as far as having a allie go.Her only chance at having a allie and he could be dead or even hunting me right now because of what happened on the train.I shook my head uterly lonly.I looked at what I would think is the camera trying to get sponsers I smiled at it hoping that when I do need a sponser perhaps this would win them over.Its been very creepy latly with not seeing another tribute since being at the cornucorpia. I looked around waiting for she does not know what.

Right there, she sees the D12 girl, the one who killed Khal. Just her luck. Grunting, Arden left her too be, more intent on finding food and water. Who cares about that girl? Not her.
Instead, Arden just looks around, wanting to do something to spend her time before she makes it back to the Cornucopia. At least this will keep her mind off Khal's death, and onto surviving. He was going to die anyway... Right?
She keeps her distance far away from the girl, heading towards the flowing water. She was, surprisingly, not up for attacking now. All she wanted was peace and quiet, alone before tributes start falling onto the ground. It was still fairly early in the day. Arden will wait until the it is about late afternoon to head back to the Cornucopia, maybe even earlier.

Health::100/100 Hunger::100/100 Thirst::90/100 As I was thinking about this stuff I heard some scuffling noises I looked around the waterfall and there she was.The girls name is ARden from district 2.my face looked blank she is probrably trying to find me who killed her fellow tribute.I really didt even mean to.My breathing started to come quick and shallow looking around I back up in the cave and layed down on my sleeping bag. I also grabbed all 6 of my knives ready to attack if she came near but also ready to stay back if she doest advance. Then I heard more scuffling way to much to only come from one person.I started to freak out.Thats why I needed a aliance so alainced people couldt have the upper hand.I started to push against the wall like it was gonna solve anything putting every thing away quickly I decided that if i get a chance I would make a run for it. ᴅιsᴛʀιcᴛ 9 Quiet and Stealthy, she made her way to the waterfall. She looked around and saw them. Two girls, one from district two, the other, the girl from district twelve. Avril quietly and swiftly climbed into the leaves of the trees. There, she hid. Where was Doc? She hadn't seen him since the countdown. She hoped he was okay. Avril continued to sit there and wait it out. Thinking about district nine. Her family back home. Her sister. Hearing the soft noise in a the tree, Avril turned around and noticed the camera. She smiled softly before signing with her hands. 'I love you Koana.' Of course she would see it. Everyone would see it.
Avril pressed her back against the tree and took out her pack rummaging through her pack. In it she had a thick blanket, full canteen, healing salve, 2 Smoke bombs, Energy Bars, 2 Hunting Knives and a chained mace. It was a good choice honest to say. Avril took a sip of her water and tried to steady her breathing before crawling to the end of the tree and looking out. Hopefully, is she was spotted up here, she would have time to get away before anyone could actually get her. Her boots hung from the limbs swinging lazily and as she watched the two girls. They seemed to be avoiding each other. At least she wouldn't have to see that now. She would have time to gather her emotions before continuing on with her journey. It actually brought ease to her that the girl from district twelve, Ginger, was still alive. She had grown keen to her. It would hurt her if she were to die. Of the Person who was your last hope.........

Health::100/100 Hunger::100/100 Thirst::90/100 After being ready to run for a few minutes I relaxed relizing that the other tribute was walking away.Looking beyond the waterfall I saw the younger kid from district 9.Forgetting that she was hideing and this was the Hunger games and usually you dont allie with a different district other then if you were a career I waved and smiled.Remembering I slapped my face feeling stupid.then I smiled back at the kid relizing that she was not a present threat to her any ways and besides she needed a allie.I waved her on to come in looking around the waterfalls I gave her hand signals to watch out seeing this cave was beihind the waterfall. Getting a itch on my face I scratched it walking back in.
Feeling that I made the wroung choice I put my back against the wall slideing done thinking what have I done I might have just given away my hide out spot and any chance of winning the games.Then sliding to the floor putting my hands over my face.Relizing that the tribute will be here in a few minutes if shed exsept the invite and or is coming to kill me I became alert again.Grabbing my knife in my hand so she couldn't see it I listend for her footsteps over the sound of the waterfalls.I put my packs behind me making sure that if she did get killed that perhaps the gamemakers will take her with her stuff seeing if she trusted this kid and she killed her that would be unnice and I didt like the thought of someone killing me so they could survive after I invited them to be allies but then again no one does./color]

They were horrifying to see, but this was a waterfall. Fish can just take the drive-by food and then Arden will have dinner. She was smiling with a mad fervour just thinking about it.
Before she left for fishing, Arden caught sight of the D12 girl, who was looking at her. Arden gave a quick scowl. Had the puny D12 girl been feeling guilty? Had she known that Arden was right there when she killed Khal? Arden did. She was squatting right behind the Cornucopia, out of view but seeing the whole thing. It was torture, and the girl ran away while Arden was still in shock, staring at Khal's fallen body. Should she get revenge on the girl? How good was she, anyway? To kill a Career... unspoken! Maybe Arden should just let nature take it's course for now. She'll kill her if she had to, but not now. Instead, Arden just gave another scowl in the darkness and ran off to fish!
At the river, Arden began fish. Luckily, it was quick. Within minutes, Arden was sitting at the shore, smiling like an idiot, holding two flopping fish in her hands. She was not going to risk a fire, although she didn't think many people would risk an attack at a Career, and just eat the fish raw. How she wished for a fork or knife! Instead, Arden had to settle for second best. She took a stick, washed it clean and then started poking at the fish with it, all with a disdainful expression on her face. Although she was trained for the Arena, she had also been raised civilized, and the barbarism was killing her! More the reason to get this over and done with!
While eating the fish, Arden went over the events of the day. She had seen that puny D12 girl (that was her name from now on, puny D12 girl), the D9 girl (right?) while running to fill her stomach and no one else yet. Not even at the Cornucopia. At least, no one who didn't run off. Pretty boring day. SHe felt bad for her mentor and district citizens, watching Khal die and Arden do almost nothing productive, other than maybe fish and grab the bow. She sighed, now a tiny bit tired. Her stamina was good, but she needed sleep after a restless night before, with Khal. Instead of going back to the Cornucopia like she had planned, Arden built a quick but stable shelter near a tree, resting for the night. The fish in her stomach, Arden was feeling better already. She'll head to the Cornucopia the next day, picking up some pieces...

ᴅιsᴛʀιcᴛ 9 Avril put a hand two her stomach feeling slight hunger pains. She had been running for two days straight and still had not seen DOC. Where was he? Was he okay? Was he dead? That's when it happened. Avril caught sight of the girl waving to her. Avril waited for a moment and then decided to go ahead and go. If need be, she would have to fight her. Avril quietly snuck over to the cave and walked behind the waterfall coming in. "Hi." She said softly. Hi! H! That's the best she could come up with? Now she even sounded like the youngest one in the games this year.
Avril walked over to the other side of the cave and looked through her bag. "I'm Avril." She continued. "You're the girl from district twelve am I right? Ginger?" She asked as she came closer. Avril would need to eat soon. She hadn't eaten for the past two days and would need to go down to the lake and maybe forge for some worms, see if she could fish or find something edible. It would be best. Avril sat and waited to see what the girl would do. Of the Person who was your last hope.........

TRIBUTEHunger::100/100 Thirst::95/100 Health::100/100 While waiting for the hopefully going to be a allie my stomach started to growl.I looked in my bag for what to eat and licked my dried lips noticing that I was thirsty also.I took out the canteen first drinking 2 servings of it still a little thirst but she could deal with it putting the canteen away to conserve water I looked for some food.Beef jerky is always good but can last very long.Fish and apples dont last as long so I went with that.Grabbing 2 fishes and 1 apple again like yesterday I ate them savoring the taste of the fish and the apple was a bit more sour then yesterday but it was still preety darn tasty.Hearing the anthem play made me get up and look at the night sky of course not putting down my apple I continued to eat.It luckily showed who got killed yesterday seeing there was none today and that was 4 people.I cocked my head usually the bloodbath kills more this is not good for us tributes if the game makers get bored.Sitting back down the girl from district 9 came in.
"Hello" I said with a breif pause I continued speaking."so Are we allies then? And yes I am from district 12 and my name is Ginger I said laughing a bit and giving my huge smile," excited to see a freindly human face again.I said cool like not wanting to act like I needed her but I probrably did in one way.She nodded then I said."Ok lets get some sleep then tomorrow we could catch up on plans and become better allies."Trusting the kid enough I grabbed my sleeping bag and crawled in it noticing the kid only had a blancket I allowed her to use my blancket to sleep on and she could use hers to cover up."Dont mind the holes its so I can put it on as a shirt."I said pulling the sleeping bag over my head.When I awoke the kid who I am starting to remember is arvil was still asleep so I decided to forage quick befor she awoke.
Carrying all of my stuff I left the cave leaving the blanket of course behind to signify I was coming back. I started to search threw every plant hopeful I would find a rasberrie of some sort or something along those line nothing I was about to come back when this huge rodent creature jumped at me.Thinking in my mind it worked for me because I only enjoyed killing rodents.I yelled and threw my hunting knife right in the chest of the rodent killing it dead on. Making sure that my scream wast to loud which it wast I started to cut the rodent up of any good meat I could use leaving behind any organs and such.Putting the newly earned meet in the fish case I droped them in the medium pack were I put all of the food in there taking everything else and putting it into the large pack.That was a huge rodent I thought going back to camp or the cave. When I was gonna go inside I saw it theese strange looking vegetable fruits known as bittermelon I have saw them once or twice at the food market.Dropping my packs in the cave guarded by my newly alliance.I started to climb the water fall for it.Slipping every now and then and giving my self a chance to catch my breath I finally made it.There were 3 of them enough for 3 servings.I smiled grabbing all three I decide to jump down since my hands were full.Jumping down I fell right into the cave almost squishing all of the melons. Taking all of my supplies back but the blanket I sorted everything and waited for arvil to wake up.
Once arvil woke up I gathered all of my stuff then rememberd to tell her her plan."Oh I was thinking lets head over to the cornucorpia to see if we can get any more items from the cornucorpia."I wasn't gonna mention about the other incident with going to the cornucorpia and being almost killed then killing the attacker but the most items we can get the better.Just then I relized arvil went back to sleep looking back at her I smiled she looked so cute.I decided I would go alone especially seeing what dangers there were from last time dropping both of my packs by arvil since she was now her allie I took off with all of my knives./color]
