Welcome.
This is my official quest thread for my character Sailor Phoenix.
Take a look around I`m sure you`ll find something of interest!
And if you`ve got time, stick around for a crit.
Depending on how this goes, I will also be entering in flatesales.
This is just a place for my idea.

*Please note that under no circumstances is she a leader for anyone under her constellation unless plotted otherwise!

Main Color: Reddish-orange
Secondary Color: Yellow

Collar -- x
Bow -- Ribbons of the bows should be phoenix feathers.
Bodice -- Here. Less frilly for future stages.
Sleeves -- Up to her elbows, tight. Like in the above ref.
Brooch -- x
Bottoms -- Here. Less frilly for future stages.
Tiara -- Regular one
Choker -- CC
Shoes -- Ref
Gloves -- None
Accessories -- x
Leaving the above open to the artist! As long as she's phoenix-y with a hint of rococo theme I am happy.
Attacks
Sailor Scout Attack: Ember Sensation
Range/Diameter | 3ft.
Duration | 1min
Visual | Reddish pulsating veins will appear on her hands to her wrist spreading out into an orange color.
Cooldown | 30sec/1 post
Effect | Anyone in the surrounding area gets a blast of a hot wave, the closer to her the warmer. This attack burns, and touching her will actually burn you.
Weakness | Effect is within a radius, takes a post to recover from because she exudes her own body heat for this attack.Affects friendly targets as well.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Ember Blaze
Duration | 1.5min
Range/Diameter | 6ft.
Visual | Sailor Phoenix will rub her hands together, the red veins appear once more crawling up to her elbow.
Cooldown | 2 mins
Effect | The heat is raised, touching her still burns you to a worst degree.
Weakness | Once more, friends can be affected by this.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Ember Burn
Duration | 2min
Range/Diameter | 10ft.
Visual | Sailor Phoenix rubs her hands together to make the veins appear again up to her neck and down to the center of her chest. A heatwave "booms" from her.
Cooldown | 4 posts
Effect | The heatwave now starts a small fire on contact, may cause burns if not put out. Touching her will burn you.
Weakness | Cannot keep friends close, weak to attacks from afar.

Constellations have been used before. XD;
There's Sailor Ursa and Sailor Draco(nis)!
Edit: That being said, I don't think there's anything against there being a Sailor Phoenix and have a Senshi of Phoenixes, if that's what you're worried about.

Rofl I'm not XD I always just thought it was stars/moons/etc.
Haha.
Edit; Um.. My reasoning (even if they have used before) is 'cuz a constellation senshi technically rule over a bunch of stars right? So what about those stars that people want to use? I think the question would come up: 'does that senshi rule over mine' type of thing.

You might be thinking of another shop that does have senshi named after constellations that "rule" over the senshi named after the constellation's stars. XD;
That's not the case here! Every senshi, knight, nega, and cat are just as important as the other. When it comes to names, at least! Ranking up is a different story! There's no "ruling" over others unless there is a specific court that follows a leader, like how the Zodiacs have Chronos as their Princess, and the DMC follows Ares.

Tasinei Oh hey I won this biggrin Super congratulations! I just love seeing existing characters get powered up. heart Her outfit looks super cool, though the choker link no longer works. Her powers however are going to need a little tweeking. Right now her powers seem to be very related to phoenix (with healing fire) and not embers. The name of the senshi really doesn't matter or affect their powers in anyway it's all about the sphere. So if she's the senshi of embers her powers need to deal with embers. If you have found somewhere that people use embers to heal stuff and can link me to that information then we might be able to work out something, but otherwise from what I can see Embers are just really hot 'coals/wood bits/etc' that glow and radiate heat and can sometimes start fires. I would be happy to try and help you come up with new powers if you'd like, but I'll wait until I see what you say just in case you'd like to change the sphere entirely.
