Appearance: Casper dresses in expensive clothing that his brother buys for him, or he has outgrown. Despite his clean looking clothes, he doesn't care much for the state of his hair, often leaving it unbrushed and slightly curly.

Background: Casper grew up in Death City with his twin sister, Suzie, and older brother, Aaron. For a couple of years, he was his sister's weapon, until recently when she moved away with their parents abroad. Casper has always wanted to go to the DWMA from a young age, and with the stories his brother has told him about his own time in the academy, he has finally decided to step up and join. The Jones are a long line of Meisters, with weapons popping up time to time on rare occasions. All of which are some kind of firearm, and Casper is one such weapon.
He used to act mean and tough when he was little because he thought it would scare off anyone who thought they could bully him. It was only when he got older, and heard of all the amazing things his brother did at the academy that he started to calm down. After that, he decided to care more for his role as a weapon to help people instead of intimidate.
Abilities: Previously being his sister's weapon, Casper has learnt a few tricks already. His most used is the ability of turning the fingers of his right hand into the barrel of his revolver form, with his palm acting as the cylinder, and can fire weak shots of his soul wavelength as an attack.
Whether in this half form or in full weapon form, there is another trick Casper can perform. He can load the cylinder of his weapon form with a single shot of his wavelength, as if to play a game of Russian Roulette. As before, in his half form, the shot will not be as powerful, and does a lot more damage when fully transformed, and fires his Meister's wavelength instead of his own.

Personality: Casper is seen as a very content young man, very relaxed but will promptly follow instructions when the need arises. He is quite confident and also has been known to bully when he was younger.
