Here is an easier way to connect with your fellow guildies.
I am adding everyone with a gold membership to the friends list of our silver account. It is probably going to take me a while, so please be patient. (or speed the process along and send me an add!)

Apparently there are only so many requests I can send before xbl makes me take a break so shooting the GT a friend request will help me out immensely if you have not already gotten one. If I have to do every one myself, it will probably take me days. @_@
