Arrived can be left blank if you want it to be when I actually cert. Otherwise a date anywhere between when I dropped the uncert and when you post for a cert is fine.
Neighbors New neighborhoods start with 3 Neighbors from the AC games. Unavailable Neighbors are here and lists of official Neighbors are: Animal Crossing, AC: Wild World & AC: City Folk. I'll have Neighbors for the 3DS up when I can find them.
If you are adding a new Character to a preexisting neighborhood, and have less then 9 Neighbors, then you only pick 1 Neighbor.
As well, official AC Neighbors must use the 1 word personality given in game for them.
Personality This is a 1 word descriptor and is not limited to the words used in game for the neighbors.
House colors Hex codes or a palette from colourlovers is much appreciated. If you only tell me "red, orange, blue" or "sky blue, grass green, lemon yellow" I'll search colourlovers and pick the colors I think fit best. Alternately saying "green, pink, gold" with color tags on the text will also work.
You can also tell me where colors go, so "red roof, blue doors & trim, yellow house" is fine too.Character[b]Name: [/b]
