Harry Potter was currently on the swing in the park he often hung out at, his wand in his pocket just in case. He was 16 this year and still an under-aged wizard. He often hung out alone because he had no friends in the Muggle World.

Dudley and the rest of his gang came into the park having beaten up some smaller kid and got their treats. they where all laughing and fighting over them and they stopped smirking when they saw harry. they really didnt pay attention to a dark shape on the other side sitting on one of the benches. "oh look who it is.. you have any sweets Harry?" they said walking over to harry trying to be all tough.

the friends laugh some and Dudley just looks angry. "I think he is lieing.. hold his hands.. and lets teach him a lesson about not lieing to me.." he motions to his friends and they move forward to grab harry.

Harry took out his wand to threaten them with it. "I swear it! Don't touch me!" He was prepared to use it on them if they tried anything.

they end up knocking it out of his hand and pinning him back his arms spred as dudley laughs punching harry in the chest. "where are your freeky friends now eh harry?" he half laughed but there was someone quickly walking up behind them. he heard them and turned going to yell at them to leave this area but only made a squeek before the man, his blue hair shimmering punched Dudley hard in the face, a sickening crack sounding as blood goes everywhere and dudley drops. the guy looked at the other wiping the blood off "you want to end up like him?" he growls and they shake their heads letting harry go "then get out of here you freaks!" he snarls "and take him" they nod grabbing Dudley and they all hurry off. he moves over to harry "you ok man?"

Harry literally thought that he was going to get the s**t beaten out of him, but was shocked when a man with long shimmering blue hair came to his aid. Who had hair like that? Then again he knew Tonks who had pink hair on most days. He quickly grabbed his wand and put it away before standing up.
"Yeah I'm fine....they just hurt me a bit that's all. If you don't mind me asking who are you by the way?"

"My names toni, what's yours?" He said holding his hand out to the other he really didn't know this was the harry potter he had heard about. He gave Harry a soft smile, he thought the messy hair kid was rather cute. Though he knew the other was younger then him he figured the other was just a muggle that would of been beaten up.

He had assumed that the other knew who he was because of him being famous and all so he shook his hand with a smile. "My name is Harry Potter. Thanks again for helping me out just now. That chubby kid was my cousin named Dudley. He's always been that way."

"nice to meet you" he smiles, he recongized the name but figured it wasnt who he thought. he puts his hands into his pockets "eh i hate bullys.. I am sure Dudley will get his moment .. hopefully by your hand.. now umm want to share a coffee? I might have some pointers on how to keep him back.." he chuckles motioning to a coffee place nearby.

Harry followed him to the coffee place. "I'm not allowed to use magic outside of school. I'm just a 6th Year this year. Do you go to Hogwarts?" He figured the other was a wizard as well, so he decided to talk to him about magic.

"nah i graduated school last year.. went to Hogwarts for a year but my aunt transfered me to canada.. closer to her so she was able to worry less about me" he shrugs as they get drinks and sit down "I have always relied very little on Magic when i am in a fight.. easier and more humiliating to just punch them" he laughs with a shrug.

he remembered now why he knew the others name. he twitched when the other said the dark lords name. "well maybe I could teach you to fight.. you know if your idiiot cousin bothers you you could just give him another broken nose?"

"That would be great to learn thank you. There still are a few more weeks before I go back to school. Perhaps we can hang out together? That is if you have the time for it. I was also invited to another friend's house for something. They won't tell me for what yet though."
