The race is still on right now. Lap 15, Hornaday went to make it three wide and got into Busch just to get past a lap car. Hornaday bounced off the 17 truck then into Busch, nearly wrecking both. Busch then dumped Hornaday in turn three under caution at 120 mph, destroying both trucks. Thoughts?

I could say so much about how stupid and idiotic Kyle Busch was. But I'm gonna hold my tongue.

I still think he should be parked though. That was insane

Really now. This is lap 15 and you are doing this Kyle Busch? I'm glad he's parked for the rest of the weekend. He needs to learn he can't do this. He's been in the series for how long? He's how old? Kyle Busch needs to grow up.

I'm not gonna defend Kyle Busch for running both his and Hornaday's truck into the turn three wall. That was pretty bone headed and destroying two good trucks was uncalled for...however...

Lap 15...I'm not gonna roll over to all the comments of, "Well Hornaday was running for a championship" and all that garbage. Quite frankly I'm surprised Hornaday hasn't been fenced like this sooner.

Cons:
1) Busch took both trucks head on into the turn three wall at about 130 mph.
2) Two totally destroyed trucks.
3) Possibility of hurting someone.

Pros:
1) Busch didn't wait to wreck him at 200 mph under green and take out other trucks.
2) You can use the, "could have killed Ron" excuse, but lets face it, at 130 mph with the safety equipment these racecars and trucks have, hes gonna be just fine.
3) Championship picture - Are you kidding? Four truck championships and trying to work on five? Hornaday is complaining? Hornaday should have been looking for a Nationwide ride after the second one. Can't exactly whine about the whole cup series drivers stealing wins from truck regulars with Hornaday looking to increase a gap in a series where he's active with four championships.
4) Hornaday isn't exactly a saint. I look at guys like Hornaday and Harvick and the first thought in my head when stuff like this happens is, "He had it coming." Hornaday has been involved in more than his fair share of fender rubbing action this season. And I am tired of the whining where everyone thinks just because he's a championship contender that nobody is allowed to touch him. Fact is Busch still had a nose next to Hornaday's quarterpanel as they ran up on the lap car on a track where there were only two lanes to run. If Hornaday had checked up a little, rather than make it three wide, bounce off the 17 and put himself and Busch into the wall, this would have been avoided. I'm not trying to excuse Busch for killing both trucks, but Hornaday showed no patience with moving around a lap car, and frankly got what he long deserved this season. First race or last race of the season, it doesn't matter where you are in points, if you're gonna do stupid things on the track, expect to get it back. (Part of that rant came from listening to Hornaday's interview after he climbed out of his truck while he was acting so entitled...)

That being said, I don't really shead any tears when Harvick's equipment gets torn up, with the way Harvick seems to like to screw around with Kyle Busch since their dust up at Darlington earlier this year.

I think if it were anyone except for Kyle Busch, (like perhaps Matt Kenseth or Jeff Gordon) Harvick wouldn't have screwed with him like he has this year, and NASCAR may not have parked him for the weekend.

Either way it's kinda sad that a person which so much talent like Kyle Busch can't seem to really behave himself. I'd like to cheer for him, but his behavior and more importantly his actions makes want to boo him. Why do I want to cheer for a driver that constantly shoots himself in the foot. (figuratively speaking) I wouldn't have said what I said if Kyle Busch wasn't part of the equation. I would have equally blamed both guys. It's just the bias I have for Kyle Busch.

I have to laugh at Kyle Busch. He deserves his punishment. Something about being a Busch makes him do retarded things.

Hornaday is a truck regular, I can't really see him racing anything else other than trucks.

That being said though, no matter who you are, or how fast you're going or if you got pushed into the fence or the person around made a bonehead move, it was still childish of Kyle Busch to do what he did. He still could have taken other trucks out of the race, there were trucks behind him as well, including the points leader Austin Dillon. 200mph or 130mph that was completely uncalled for and as Melethia mentioned before, Kyle is a talented driver, its his head that keeps getting in the way of him being a champion. And I think Harvick is one of those guys that is getting tired of this Kyle Busch crap that he keeps pulling. I could say somethings about Kyle Busch and what he's done this year. My favorite one to come back to is him running Carl Edwards off the track this year at Phoenix, he's a talented driver, I will give him that, but he has to get his head in check and I still think NASCAR should pull him for the rest of the season, and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he lost sponsorships because of this

Well, M&M's will not be on the #18 car for the last two races this year. Not even the little logo you see when Interstate batteries is the primary sponsor. Do you guys think M&M's is going to dump Kyle for good?

Crown Royal to M&M's? That's kinda funny to me for some reason. Maybe because I'm tired.

That would actually be hecka cool if M&M's went to the #17 and Kenseth. I had an M&M's fictional made up for a friend on NASCAR Racing 2003 Season for his #17. That would be crazy ironic razz
