More Into the Magic
Nue is a storm elemental, electrical storm to be exact. He uses his this simple electric, or lightning magic, during battles as a "Starter" of sorts. As the fight continues, the magnetic force from his attacks & body begin to summon storms while he's battling. The longer the battle, the more powerful the storm, and the harsher the battlefield. The storms he summons are unpredictable, sometimes it has precipitation and it rains, boosting his electric magic. Sometimes there's no precipitation, but the winds becomes rough & and lightning strikes down from the sky. He has little to no choice in what he gets, the most he can do is pick a battle field that is dryer or moisture then others and hope lucks on his side.
Lightning Strikes
Nue takes a few seconds summon an electrical ball of energy in each hand, then stretches it out as if it's made of laffy taffy. He there, he may launch from his hand towards an enemy, or let it sit there in his hands and help him summon a storm faster.
Storm Summoning
Nue starts summoning a storm while battling with a human by using many Lightning strikes, which has an electric magnetic force that helps summon the storm. For dark clouds to start forming head only takes about 5-8 minutes, depending on how many he uses within' that time. From there the weather just becomes worse. The storm will continue getting worse, until about twenty to thirty minutes have passed, which it will suddenly dissipate and he'll have wait a while to summon another storm. This could take quite the long while.
Weakness to the Magic
If he's facing a fast paced oppononent, he will have quite the hard time against them, being that his summoning takes lots of time to prepare. They can also easily run away from battle, seeing as his summoned storm can only follow him so far.
After the storm is gone, he's left only with his lightning magic, which is less powerful after he's summoned a storm because of the magic it took to begin with.
