Bio: His father taught him Martial Arts and how to use the sword that was also given to him by his father. His parents died on his 15th birthday and he left his house and town to find a place for him. He got into a accident on his travels and no longer remembers his past, the only thing he know's is his name and the name of his sword. His parents where both human but the soul living in his sword influenced his body and powers turning him half dragon. His music can influence the mood's of people who listen to it. The dragon nicknamed him Wind Walker because of his power. He talks to the dragon often speaking out loud making some people think he is talking to himself
Personality: Hebi is a passionate fighter, he likes talking and playing music, he's not afraid to speak his mind and can be sarcastic to most authority, he does know when to stop. He may like talking but he doesn't like certain people. He normally won't tell people about his sword unless he finds it necessary for the moment. He may be a passionate fighter but he doesn't resort to it unless he is attacked or feels absolutely threatened
