((Finally! xd )) The lights go out as you hear a choir like sound softly ring through the arena. A golden ankh with angel wings glows on the titantron. A hooded figure slowly makes his way out onto the stage, carrying a kendo stick. As the guitar hits a spotlight hits and Angel flips his hood back staring down to the ring. Angel starts to walk down to the ring. They fall in line One at a time Ready to play (I can't see them anyway) No time to lose We've got to move Steady your helm (I am losing sight again)
Angel slides into the ring under the bottom rope. He stands, holding the kendo stick high.
Fire your guns It's time to run Blow me away (I will stay, in the mess I made) After the fall We'll shake it off Show me the way
He climbs the turnbuckle raising both arms and the kendo stick high into the air. Only the strongest will survive Lead me to heaven, when we die I am the shadow on the wall I'll be the one to save us all
Angel removes his cloak and drops it outside the ring. He then sits cross-legged on the top turnbuckle. Laying the kendo stick across his lap he holds his hands out palms up and begins to meditate waiting for his opponent.

The opening for Papa Roach's Kick In The Teeth is a grinding, almost creepy sound that is timed with a red rotating light, much like what would go off when a team scores a point in a sporting event. Across the tron scrolls the letters 'G-O-A-L-!-!-!' and the moniker 'Savage Striker' skids into place, 'Tyler Maxwell' falling like a ton of bricks kicks the moniker to the side. We see on the tron Maxwell ripping his shirt off and running circles in the ring. The video loops from here.
On the stage, under the red rotating light, we find the man himself. The jersey Wales wore for the World Cup doesn't do much to hide his sleeved arms. His tights are silver and black, covered at the bottom by white kickpads utilizing yellow trim. Black boots take to the entry ramp.
The Ring Announcer calls out the following with bravado: "Ladies and gentlemen! Introducing now, standing at six feet, two inches and weighing in tonight at one hundred ninety-eight pounds... Representing the United Kingdom, and fighting out of Fresno, California, he is The Savage Striker, Tyler Maxwell!"
The fans aren't keen on providing a warm welcome to the newest member of the roster - the majority sitting in silence, unable to determine whether they cared fir him, or not.
It wasn't but a few seconds before he had reached the ring. Maxwell opts to take the stairs as opposed to sliding in and ducks between the middle and top ropes. He finds his corner and bounces on the balls of his feet a few times, swinging his arms loosely and rotating his neck as he awaits the bell.

Angel opens his eyes and glares at Maxwell across the ring. He drops the kendo stick outside the ring and then dropped down into the ring. As the bell rings Angel circles around the much taller opponent. Avoiding a lockup, Angel attmpted a few low kicks to Maxwell's leg.

Maxwell is able to fend off the low kicks with fair ease using his shins in a sweeping motion. He tosses a couple light punches out in his opponent's direction as he circles in response, using them to gauge his reach against the smaller man.
The referee is circling in the opposite direction, watching closely for any foul play and the fans in the arena have began to chatter quietly amongst themselves, pointing at the two figures in the ring as they discussed their choice of victor.
None of the strikes Maxwell had thrown had landed, or if they had it wasn't with any noticeable force. This wasn't the intention, however. Knowing it was a risk to further open his guard, Maxwell raised his arms above his opponent's head anyway, inviting Angel to engage in an collar-elbow tie-up.

Angel managed to avoid the punches with a fair amount of ease. Stepping back he looked as if he would accept into the coller and elbow tie up. At the last moment Angel attempted to duck under Tyler's arm and lock his arms around Tyler's waist.

Out Of Character:I have decided to color code the following post. This allows you to choose your next action based on whether or not you allow my action to resolve. In the event that the action does resolve, continue to read light blue colored text and disregard the rest of the post. In the case that it does not, skip the light blue color of text and continue to the orange text. Please tell me if this is something that you like, or if you would prefer me to write with a more orthodox method. __________________________________________________________ In Character:The former soccer star lunges forward with both arms as he sees the smaller individual moving to duck the engagement, but he is too slow and is caught off-balance. Maxwell looks down to find two well clinched arms tight around his waist. He bends at the knees and drops his a** quickly, widening his base and then attempts to roll his opponent's thumb down and away from his hand to loosen the grip. Accept | Decline Following up with his initial motion, Tyler comes down hard with a vertical chop to break the hold entirely and pivots on the ball of his right foot to escape this cumbersome situation. He rubs the skin just under his nose with the back of his hand as he stands straight up and backpedals calmly. Concern is absent from his eyes. Instead a glimmer of understanding sparkles in it's place. He places his balance on his back leg, ready to kick with the speed of lightning using his other and taunts his opponent to step within range of his feet with a single finger. He struggles against the leverage of his opponent, nearly loosing his footing, and wildly swings an elbow backward that is less likely to hit his opponent than would be to knock out Superman, throwing himself further off-balance.

((Whichever way you want to post is fine with me. If you want to do things this way I can try to follow suit.))
Maxwell manages to break Angel's hold around his waist. Angel immediately puts his hands up expecting a retaliatory strike. He relaxed a little as Maxwell backed away. He smirked as Maxwell threw the kick and taunted him. He cautiously moved toward Maxwell fully expecting another kick.
((It seems to work best when countering, not as much when on the offensive.))

Out Of Character: Alright, I'll go back to the other way. __________________________________ In Character: Angel was right to expect another kick. Maxwell's face - a palate of arrogance and cockiness - contorts drastically into sheer determination and almost hatred for the object in his war path: TJ Angel's head. The high roundhouse kick came from his right leg and was on track to collide with devastating force against the left side of his opponent's head. The question on every fan's mind as they watched from the edge of their seat in tension-soaked silence was how this maneuver would conclude!

Angel tried to duck out of the way, knowing the kick was comming, but Maxwell's kick was too quick. The roundhouse connected hard to the side of Angel's head, sending him flying. Crashing down hard near the ropes Angel grabbed the side of his head in pain.

Tyler looked shocked to see his opponent crash to the mat with such authority, but wasted little time as he scampered over his opponent. He move to hook TJ's leg, looking for a quick pin.
The fans in the arena erupt in excitement - could it all be over this soon?

"1.....2" Angel reached out and grabbed the bottom rope. He couldn't let it end this way. Angel still had plenty of fight left in him. When Maxwell would get off of him Angel would try to roll out to the ring apron. If Maxwell allows him to get out to the apron he would start to pull himself up to his feet.

Maxwell turns his back to Angel, picking a bone with the ref's count speed. He quickly slaps his hands together three times in quick succession. When the official tells him something in response he shakes his head and waves the official off before turning around. Angel should have had enough time to stand by this time.

Angel had managed to get back to his feet, and stood on the ring apron holding the top rope. He shook the cobwebs from his head while Maxwell argued with the ref. A smirk crossed his face as Maxwell started to turn around. Jumping to the top rope, Angel launched himself into the lights, attempting a high cross-body.

Maxwell turned around and found himself with just enough time to put his arms up in an attempt to catch his opponent, but alas. TJ was already on his way down, leaving Tyler no time to prepare for the force he would be falling with. With the collision of Angel's torso into his own, Maxwell quickly found himself propelled violently backward, before his shoulders, neck, and head, crashed into the canvas with a hollow thump!
