A shot off a door with the name "Dallas Cruz" marked on the plaque came into view before the door somehow creaked open. The room was dark with the exclusion of candles placed in various locations, along with dead flower petals scattered about. The camera then turned to face a makeshift alter consisting of a large stone surrounded by several more candles. On that rock was her Open the Voodoo Gate title. The gold shimmered and glowed in the candle light.
Behind the belt what could be described as a human skull with something scribbled on it's forehead. It couldn't be an actual human skull, could it!? Before the camera could get a better view, a familiar voice called out, causing the cameraman to jump in surprise.
"I see you let yourself in." The camera turned and there stood Dallas Cruz, her eyebrow raised in amusement and her smirk spread on her colored lips.
The camera turned to the door as if to leave but was halted by the voodoo lady as she reached out to grab the cameraman by the shoulder.
"Hey, hey, what's the hurry? Stay for a bit...I might make it worth your while," she said with a wink as she guided him towards the alter. She then knelt down off to the side so that the alter was still in view.
"I showed everyone what I was capable of last time you guys saw me. Now only did I show you all my newly rediscovered talent, I defeated Kid Omega to retain my title and the right to call myself an official champion." While she said this, she gazed at the title that rested on the stone with a smile on her face.
"And now, I'm in the Crimson Road to Chaos tournament. Another title to add to my list, why not?""My opponent in the first round is Miss Sarah Skye," she announced, taking a candle and tilted it over above the skull, letting the red wax drip down onto it. The camera zoomed in and lo and behold, the words scribbled on the skull were none other than the name 'Sarah Skye'.
"I've had my encounters with this young lady before. She's quite talented, but really, she's nothing I can't handle." She placed down the candle, keeping her gaze down at the skull with a strangely calm smile on her face.
"I'm going to win this round, and I'm going to win the round after that and the round after that. I will come out of this tournament victorious, even if I have to call on my friends from the other side." With that said, Dallas swung her hand and chucked a handful of ash at the camera, causing the scene to black out.
