Personality: Outgoing, nice, but sometimes snobby like a person in high class: which she was, being in Paris.
Weapon: Similar to Percy's pen-sword, Toni has a necklace with a charm the shape of a wing. When yanked off (this is done easily, but it can only be yanked off by toni), it immediately transforms into a 3 foot sword of gleaming celestial bronze. It also magically reconnects itself. Sometimes, it glows with a dim white light, which leads Toni to think that there is something else about it... She also has another magical weapon that is a pure black ring. When tapped it becomes a bow and arrow, but she doesn't use it a lot.
Biography: To sum things up, things were strange about Toni. Her mom (Okami Tomaya) knew about the rumors about San Francisco. How you were supposed to stay away, how Mount Othrys was there, etc. etc. So when she was born in San Francisco, her mom was terrified. Her mom being someone who loved to travel the world, she decided to live somewhere outside the states. She thought about Japan, but that would be too similar to how she lived when she was a child. She wanted a new point of view. Moving around the states for a few months at a time, each city farther from San Francisco, she pondered the ideas and ran away from monsters. She decided on Paris, 3 years later. She had always loved Paris, how their food was supreme, the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre being there, and a lot more reasons. However, when they were on the airport, waiting to board the plane, a hellhound followed them. Toni saw it first, and cried, "Mommy, what's that big huge humongous dog doing here?" Toni's mom quickly boarded the plane. In Paris, life was luxury. They weren't poor, they were rich. Toni quickly became fluent with languages, learning English, French, and Japanese. In every school she went to, she was the popular girl almost immediately. Everyone loved her style, her clothes, how pretty she looked, and how her hair just seemed perfect. However, strange things began happening again soon. Whenever she would walk home with friends, she always noticed an old woman -with wings?- that would stalk her everywhere. Rumors began spreading that she was cursed to be around. Her life was miserable. It happened a every school she went to. Then something big happened with monsters, and they were forced to go to a different school. Sometimes, she would talk to the monsters, and they would back off, which made Toni think they were human. But later they proved not to be. It wasn't until she was 12 that a friend at her school, Jerome, told her, "Have you noticed anything strange in your past few years?" She replied with "Uh... why do you want to know?" He said, "You're in danger. Come with me." That she had no trouble believing, but she was worried about her mom. As if he had read her mind, he said, "No need to worry about your mom. He already knows." Toni was about to protest when she suddenly felt a presence behind her. She slowly turned around to find a draconae behind her, staring hungrily. "Come on. We have to go. Now." Jerome pestered. This time she didn't argue. When she got to Camp Half Blood, she was explained to about the whole demigod thing. She's been a campers for 3 years there.
Description: Long, black curly hair. She's pale skinned, and doesn't dress like a person in Paris. She speaks English fluently, although she has a bit of a French accent.
