JB had put her back in the stalls for a little bit while he did his errands. Instead of just locking her in there, he took out the infamous tether and hook it to her collar so she could wander if she became restless, but couldn’t go far. He made a note to tell any humans on his way out to not let his fighter of the leash. Someone had done that last time, and his precious female had run off. He couldn’t have her running off this time. Not when he had precious stock developing inside her. If Ai was a great fighter, just think of what her offspring would bring! He’d become a millionaire in no time@
Although the stall was left open, Ai didn’t feel like wandering out of it today. She was resting comfortably on her nice soft shavings. She didn’t like to move much anyways nowadays. She was a fat fighter forbidden from the compound for some reason, and Ai didn’t like that. She would just waste away in her stall until she could be deemed worthy enough to enter the compound.

Imnir trotted through the compound, head held high and his tail wagging for the first time since his last fight. His wounds had healed faster than expected, and his shoulder hadn't broken but instead was merely dislocated. An easy fix. He was still a tad sore but he was looking forward to his next fight, which he expected to be any day now.
If his former opponent weren't so easy to notice, he might have walked right by her stall without even knowing it, but those markings and that horn, they were unmistakable.
"Well if it isn't the little brat who likes stabbing holes in real fighters." He snarled, looking her up and down for a moment before noticing that something was slightly... Off. "You're getting fat." He said bluntly with a slight smirk. Did she really think she was good enough of a fighter to lay around in her stall all day and stop training? "Or maybe you were always fat and I just didn't notice.

“Well aren’t you captain obvious.” Ai snorted, glancing up towards the slate male. There he was with the cocky smirk on his maw. “Surprised to see you wandering around. It’s a shame I didn’t get you bed ridden for longer.” A smirk plagued her own maw, as she rolled over onto her swelling belly. “Though, real fighters can certainly avoid stabbing wounds. Goes to show how much of a real fighter you are.” She sneered, rising slowly to her feet.
“And like I need to tell you, but I am not allowed to train right now. Owner’s and doctor’s orders for some reason.”

"Cheap tricks and easy shots, I won't go so easy on you next time." He snorted, "As if you could keep me off my feet for more than a minute or two. I can't wait for my next chance to get a shot at you." Ok, this girl was even rounder than he realized once she stood up. Wait a minute...
Imnir burst out laughing, "You went and got yourself knocked up, didn't you girlie?" He laughed, "Oh, that's rich. You really are a pet, aren't you? Just goes to show why the fighting should be left to us male mokai, we can go around having pups and never have to stop fighting." He smirked, "So who's the baby daddy, hm? Some little pet I'm guessing."
While Imnir wasn't keen on the idea of more mokai like her running around, he was at least going to take full advantage of her vulnerable state.
"You know that you're not going to be allowed to fight for a while, right? You have to keep those pwecious widdle babies safe, and keep an eye on them once they're here." This was good for him, the longer she was out of the ring the sloppier she'd get, and the stronger he would be the next time they met in the pit. All the better to crush her.
"Can't take good care of the babies if you're breathing through a tube."

“Cheap tricks is just an excuse. Just get over yourself that you lost fair and square. Keep it up, and next time I won’t go so easy on you” as Imnir would put it. “It doesn’t matter if I can keep you off your feet for a few minutes during battle. I got you off your feet when it mattered the most, at the end. At least I didn’t have to get carried out of the compound. Shows truly just how much of a weakling you are. And getting beat by a girl? Tsktsktsk. What a shame.”
She quirked her eyebrows at his word. Knocked up? He meant…pregnant…didn’t he? “I love how you think that I do these things to myself. But obvious it shows that my bloodlines are well enough to pass on through generations.” If Imnir could be cocky, so could Ai. “That shows you what a true champion is. After all, you’re what…at a win and a lost? And here I am, not a loser at all.” She shrugged, not letting the male get to her…just yet. “Guess your human doesn’t love you that much to not go out spreading your genes. It’s a shame really. Next time we see each other in the compound, when you come out you might not be able to spread them anyways.” She tossed her head up, making sure he’d get a good look at her horn. “This horn is not only good for puncturing cocky sons of bitches in the guy.” She smirked.
“I may not be able to fight, but that doesn’t stop me from training. Pups or not, it won’t stop me.” She glared at the male.
She kept Reisx’s words in her mind. Any minute she felt they might just be unleashed.

"I never said girls can't fight, at least once they're on their feet" Imnir shook his head, "But your sneaky tricks will only work once, little girl, next time you won't be so lucky." He ignored most of her statement, focusing on maintaining a level head. He couldn't let her ruin his happy day, but he'd certainly try to mess up hers.
"Right, good bloodlines." He shook his head, "I'll bet the whole thing happened by accident. Nobody would breed a mutt like you on purpose." He laughed, "You probably just got a little too comfy with some desperate male and didn't know what you got yourself into. You see, my owner is taking great care to make sure that my precious offspring are only going to come from the highest quality females." Imnir stared down his nose at her indignantly, "Which is why I'd never dream of doing something of that nature with you. My children, the best of the best, will be rare, rather than common mutts that happen every other month."

“If I do recall what exactly you said… ‘leave the fighting to the male mokai’. Sounds pretty damn close to girls can’t fight.” She growled, eyes narrowing. “Oh. I get you now,” she chuckled lightly. “See. You are so…incompetent with yourself that you must make up for it with your words. What are you overcompensating for?” She eyed the male, a sly smirk drawing on her maw. “Could it be that your precious human has actually tried to mate you with another, and you are just as useless in ‘bed’ as you are in the ring?” Another tsking noise arose. “What a shame. Actually…it isn’t. The world does not need your useless genes in it.”
She shook her head. “You say that. But probably reality is that you are as sterile as they come. Best neuter you now and save the trouble with all the females you will try to be with. At least I know the male I was with is actually capable of making something other than harsh words.” She gave a small stretch. “My owner makes sure who ever I am paired with is of the best quality inside the ring, and outside. I can tell you this for sure,” she was so close to the rammed male that she could feel warm breath. “however you think of yourself, just know---you didn’t even cross my master’s mind when it came to make a decision like this. Does that tell you something? It certainly tells me that something is wrong with you. Hence why he chose Erebus over you.” She didn’t care if she let it slip who the father of her soon to be pups was. In Ai’s eyes, anyone would be a better sire than Imnir.
A low growl uttered from her throat, her lip beginning to rise. Even in her state, the female still had some fight to her. Regardless of if she was suppose to rest or not, she couldn’t help but lunged for the male.

"Obviously you are too dumb to understand what I'm saying." Imnir rolled his eyes and decided to move on, "Jealousy isn't a good color on you, and it's even worse now that you've gotten so fat." He smirked, "You can say what ever you want about me, you should know that by now nothing you say matters to anyone, least of all me."
In truth Imnir knew that Naomi had plans to breed him eventually, though he didn't bother mentioning it to someone like her, "Oh really? Has this 'Erebus' won any fights? I'll bet that if he did he's done it by fighting weak mokai, because I haven't fought anyone like that. If I had, he would be dead by now." He snarled, not knowing that the mokai they were speaking of was that horrible white mokai he had met before, having never gotten his name. "Yeah something is wrong with your master is what it is, doesn't know what he's missing out on. Not that it matters, like I said I'd never have pups with you."
Imnir dodged to one side as she lunged at him, her less-than-ideal state making her slow enough for him to evade her easily. "Better lie down again before you hurt yourself or your precious little mutts." He laughed as he moved around her in a circle, taunting her. "Can't even hit me at such a short distance now. Pitiful."

“Anyone who would want to have pups with you would be totally out of their mind. Then again, humans usually force the females to do what they want, so really the humans would be out their mind.” When she missed the male, she just glared at him. “Just wait until I have these pups. I’ll come find you.” She’d try to drag Erebus with her, and maybe if it was nighttime she could get Reisx to come along. Sure it wouldn’t be fair, but that would really show the male.
“Better yet. I hope, just hope, that one day you and I will be pitted in the underground matches. You think you went easy on me, or if I went easy on you, you are in for a whole another world.” Truthfully she didn’t want to ever endure such things, but sometimes she couldn’t help what people did.
“Get. Out.” She snarled, wanting to lunge again but knew it would end up a futile attempt.

Imnir laughed again and turned his back toward the female, walking off slowly with his head turned back so he could shout a few final words her way as he left to do something more interesting.
"Have it your way, little girl. When we meet in the underground some day, you'll end up like that white powder-puff fighter who is too stupid to get in the ring with me down there. I can't wait to teach you your place, idiot girl." He spat, picking up his pace to a light trot, knowing that she couldn't follow even if she wanted to.
"Better watch your back." He shouted as he left, "Or I'll get you and your pups."
