Personality/Motivation: Elliot Payne is a detatched, quiet man that could never quite fit in with other people. His negative experiences and abuse as a child leaves him with an excessive amount of bottled up anger now, which he tries to get rid of by burning anything he wants. He has an obsession with burning anything that angers him, which can include anything that reminds him of his childhood. He sometimes hallucinates.

Biography: Elliot Payne lived alone with his grandmother in a run down part of a large bustling city. His mother was killed by his father in a fight when he was a small child, leaving him only with his grandmother. His Grandmother was abusive, an Elliot lived a miserable childhood, his memories as a child still haunt him today. One day, his house was caught in a large fire that nearly burned down the whole neighborhood, Elliot survived, but his Grandmother did not. With his abusive Grandmother dead, Elliot was happy, but felt lost. For the next 10 years, Elliot would be moved from foster hoem to foster home, all of his foster families would end up with the same fate as Elliot grandmother, this time though, Elliot caused these fires. Knowing that he would eventually be persecuted for this, even though he left no evidence, Elliot ran away from the Authorities.

By the age of 23, Elliot had joined and left various street gangs, and learned to live on the streets on his own. But Elliot couldn't care less about any turf wars or drug trades, he just wanted to fill the gap in his heart, the only way he ever felt complete is when he watched things burn, violently. So, Elliot did what he loved, he became an arsonist for hire, Elliot was the best at making sure the cops wouldn't find any evidence, it woudl always look like an accident, he would be hored by various mobsters to simply burn down abuilding, either to make a point or to get rid of someone, either way, Elliot never asked any questions.

Elliot was content with his job for almost a decade, he was never caught, but Elliot started to feel his life falling apart. The gap in his heart began to grow, he needed to burn more. Elliot's sanity worsened, he was lost in madness. Elliot constructed a fire proof suit, and started constructing devices that would make it easier and more natural to burn things. Wrist-mounted Flamethrowers, Incendiary explosives, anything he could use to make stuff burn better. When he finished his preparations, he went on a rampage. In pure daylight, he started burning everything in sight, leveling an entire neighborhood and taking more than 30 lives, including 5 cops. Elliot expected death, instead he was sent to No Man's Land when he was eventually brought down. Elliot had his stuff smuggled through the security. After his rampage, Ellito was known as Inferno, he liked the nickname, it stuck. Last anyone heard of him, he was in the inner city of No Man's Land.

Personality/Motivation: Jason is ruthless, he is immature, and extremely violent. Anything he wants, he uses force to get. He wants nothing more than power, money, and women.

Dreams and Fears: Dreams to rule the city, fears losing his power granted by the Trolkien drug.

Biography: Jason had grown up in the streets of L.A., born in a family using welfare, he never really knew his father, and he was an only child. Jason joined the gangs of LA, becoming a ruthless gangster, he loved the thrill of betaing a chump, he loved assetring his domination over others. Eventually, he beat up a reputation as a ruthless street thug.

Life was good for awhile, but Jason needed to do more than be a street thug, he wanted to be a big time criminal. He made a few attempts to join the mafia, all of which ended with him being humiliated, even they saw how much of a fool he was. Then, the chance came, a new drug came on the market, the Trolkien drug. It was said to grant whoever took it the strength of a bodybuilder and the athletic skill of an olympic athlete. So Jason, took it, without any hesitation.

When Jason took the drug, it rejected him, he fainted, only to wake up on the streets, his friends had stripped him and took everything on his person. Jason felt like s**t, like he was half-dead, pain coursed through his body. Jason returned home to find it destroyed, he lost everything, his so-called friends screwed him over. He fell asleep in the streets, homeless, but when he woke up, things would change.

Jason woke up, different. The first thing he novitced was his size, he was twice his own size, he looked at his shands, to find ferocious green claws. He had gone through a transformation, he had turned into a massive, green monster. Jason had gone through a rare transformation that the Trolkien drug could induce, one that the original creator had suffered through. The drug would give them their desired side effects, double it actually, but it would mutate them, turning their skin green, turning his eyes bloodshot, and giving him deadly fangs. Witnessing his new power, he took revenge on his so-called friends, then he dominated the streets, he had power now.

Personality/Motivation: Mr. Phantom isn't exactly a likeable guy, he always retains a calm and composed personality. He believes that only a human who experiences all the sins of humanity can be on the path to enlightment. He has a hate for society, and wants to remake in his own twisted image, he doesn't really have loyalty to much as respect for the Leader of the Black Dragons, Ayase.

Dreams and Fears: Dreams to remake humanity, fears humanity as a whole.

Biography: Mr. Black's name is Simon Giovanni, he leads the Black Glove Society, a secret society that worships Cain, the original murderer. The Black Glove Society has roots in western Society, but it is a subsidiary of the Black Dragons, and their leader, Simon, works directly for Ayase. Simon is responsible for thousands of crimes, from murder to human trafficing. He claims to do it all for the betterment of the Black Dragon, though he acts independant of the organization quite often, many of his crimes were random murders and sacrifices for his society's twisted rituals. He has been sent to No Man's Land and escaped numerous times.
