It was a call that went out to all of the ‘good’ cats. Some had never met before, others had not even heard their names spoken aloud… it was a real shame really. Senshi depended on them to help guide them, upgrade them, and yet they had all never met before en mass to discuss the problems and think up solutions for the war that had been raging for so long. Nonetheless, somehow the message made it out to them all. Maybe through their own special phones, an email, or word of tongue… maybe one of the cats had sent up smoke signals if desperate enough. It was a whisper through the city, only being passed by the fellow cats. A secret, one that senshi nor nega nor knight would have heard of. All the same, the message was out and about and it would be up to the cats to decide if they wished to come. The content of the message was simple and unclear, and unsigned. “Fellow Mauvians, there is something important we need to discuss. If you wish to attend then come but do not bring anyone with you for this is our business alone.”It followed with a time and a place to meet. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was the time, place, and the date of the meeting. Rather than have a meeting late night, which usually was the case for senshi meetings because most of them had classes or some sort of previous engagements to attend to before meetings, they were having this gathering around 5 in the morning. Why so early? They were cats, and cats slept during the day time hours usually and were awake during the night. Well, most cats. She thought the time was suitable, and if other cats bitched about it she really did just not give a rats a**. The meeting place was easy for the white moon cats to attend to; it was in the guardian cat HQ hidden under the game corner. Another reason for the early meet time, the place was closed (there was a hidden cat sized door in the side of the building for sneaking in). Chloe did not want to take any chances of humans seeing them inside the confines of the building… let alone the room hidden under the video game. Another good thing about the safe space was they could take human form with ease here if they could do so and wished to. There was a blocker that would erase any and all of their aura while inside the room. The room hidden under the game was quite large, and filled with computers and other techie things. There was a metal table here and there, but in general it was a very sparse room and very simplistic. The cats really did not require luxuries.. though some might have been desired, when in war you learn to appreciate the little things right? Chloe decided to remain in cat form, more because she was more comfortable in this form than her other. Plus she felt it easier to talk to everyone, some could not take human form just yet, so she felt if she spoke like this it would make them feel equals. They were all equals after all, the cats stuck together when they needed to and so far had kept to themselves other wise. So she waited in cat form, perched on a metal table to the side of the room. Eyes bright and blue and her tail curled around her body the Mauvian recited in her mind what she wished to tell the other felines what she found… and the general idea for what to do about it. What happened after that, happened. ************* OOC INFO:GUYS do not post here unless you were approached by me, and RSVP'd back to me. Basically, you need to have a guardian cat to post here XD Im going to quote everyone so theyll see this post. Cat RPers, feel free to post however many times you wish. This will be in ORP format, so there will not be a set posting order. I will be posting with Chloe as well <3 This part of the RP is for White Moon Cats only! Nega kitty RPers, i will be quoting you again when it is time for you guys <3

HQ was one of those places she had been, but not very frequently. With all of the running about the city she did, adding that stop to her list just seemed rather pointless. However, today was an actual meeting, and it was at a time she couldn't argue with. She didn't have to worry about Hygiea accidentally following her downtown to this place. No, the child would still be asleep under the guise of Ridley.
Trotting along, the manx cat seemed to almost jingle the whole way as she entered the building via the cat entrance and down to the HQ. Once inside of the simplistic room (by Mauvian standards that is), the infamous question of whether to stay in cat form or to turn to her other form did manage to pop into her head. This question got an easy answer after green eyes managed to catch the "hostess" (so to speak) in her feline form.
Being one of the early arrivals, the tailless animal hopped onto the table that the Siamese cat was perched. Not being the shy one, she seemed to almost trot over to her with a decent sized smile upon her face. "Hello, hello!" she offered before eventually resting her rump upon the table to sit. Followed by a conversational "Shall I take it we are in for a doozy of a meeting?"

She was tense, her muscles tight as if she was ready to pounce some small creature as it scurried across the floor. She was wondering if anyone would take her message seriously... should she have signed it? Only the guardian cats knew of the hidden place under the game... or at least how to get inside. She hoped that knowledge enough would let them know it was no rouse. Chloe felt a sigh of relief as she heard the doorway open as one of the other felines came in to the room. Her muscles relaxed a little, and the tip if her tail flicked back and forth to show the barest movements.
As the other cat approached, a manx, she gave them a brief nod as she remembered seeing her once before. "Something like that, yes. Hopefully more will show soon." Not that she did not appreciate the other Mauvians need to be early, she was actually quite impressed that she was.
"We should wait to see who else shows, I'de rather not have to repeat myself." She would probably be grumpy at those if she had to say it again, so if someone showed late she would more than likely expect one of the other attendee's to fill them in.

Poseidon was one of the cats, most likely the only cat, that had gotten the smoke signal message. He wasn't sure who had the ingenuity to send it, but he was glad for it. The phone that was supposed to be his had buzzed once or twice in an urgent manner, but the Egyptian Mau mix honestly wasn't completely sure how to operate the damn thing. His memories of being on Mau were faint and scattered, and he hadn't had much need for the cell phone during his years on Earth, and anyways, he didn't have that much love for technology. Atypical for a Mauvian, but it's how it was. It probably came from spending the past majority of his time on Planet Orion where they had no technology to speak of before he slipped into stasis for a thousand years and woke up again on Earth.
But luckily, for the silver cat, he did get the message and the meeting was even at such a time that he was easily able to slip out of Damian and Carter's apartment and head towards downtown. The two teenagers were passed out which wasn't surprising, neither of them were really morning people, and definitely not five in the morning people.
As Po crossed the city his gold adornments flashed from the shadows, but he never fully showed himself. The meeting sounded important, and secretive. Not only did he not want to run into an enemy on the way there, he didn't want to give anyone the chance to follow either.
The headquarters themselves were a place the Mau had never gone, but he was able to follow the directions that were included in the message well enough. It helped that when he was closer to the building his green eyes caught the form of another cat slipping through a hidden door. That was his destination. Flicking his tail he crossed the street and then ducked through the same door.
Entering the secret hideout he looked around, trying to take it all in, but he was paused by a curious feeling. ....Aura dampeners? He wasn't sure how he knew, but he knew that their energy was shielded inside the room. When that realization sunk in it wasn't long before the cat began to glow and then shot up in height until there was a six foot six cat-man standing in place of the cat. Poseidon's ears twitched as he took in the simple room, it was nice enough, if a bit bare. The computers brought him a feeling of familiarity he didn't quite understand, he never liked computers.
Turning his back on the electronics he moved towards the other two cats who were still in their cat forms. Maybe he should have stayed that way as well? But no. When he had the chance to stretch his legs, so to speak, he took it. While he was very aware that he really was a cat, he did enjoy being able to easily see things that were more than two feet off the ground.
"Greetings," The Mauvian's voice was soft, but strong, a warm sound. His wrap barely made a sound as he crossed the room, careful not to trip on the ropes that twined between his bare feet. He stopped at the table the two cats were sitting on and leaned against it, one hand on the trident tangled in the netting that circled his wrap. Looking down at them the corners of his lips pulled ever so slightly downwards, his small frown mostly hidden by his beard. Unfortunately for the Mau he both frowned when he was thoughtful and when he was upset, so he tended to look perpetually grumpy. "I'm Poseidon, Guardian of the Pleiades." Having never met either cat before he felt the need to properly introduce himself.

Her head bobbed up and down as the other cat mentioned her plans to wait for others to arrive. "Makes sense, makes sense," she cheerily offered before observing "...then it is you who is running this meeting. Yes?"
Soon enough, another presence made itself known with a polite greeting. The feline tilted her head towards the voice and soon enough saw that the Mauvian it belonged to was in his other form. "Oh my, you're a tall one!" With a small airy laugh, she stood herself up to all four paws before dipping down her upper body in a modified performer's bow. "It's a pleasure to meet you Poseidon. I am *********, Guardian of the Main Belt Asteroids." With her own introduction out of the way, she was soon enough back onto all four of her paws.
For a moment, she continued to look over the male Mauvian. In her mind, she was mentally trying to put other people she had met to standing next to him, as if trying to compare his height with those she knew. Ellie, Waylon, and Evie were all close to Poseidon's height, but in the back of her mind, she truly wanted to know who was the tallest of that cluster. Of course, she was certain if she ever had any of her girls with her when encountering Poseidon again, he'd be a feline just like herself. And that would not have been a fair comparison for height at that point. With a firm nod, she turned her gaze away from him and turned towards the entrance the other cats would no doubt need to use.

All in all it was probably going to be a total disaster that Chloe had taken the time out of her busy life to deliver an invitation to this particular guardian in person. It had, in fact, become an elaborate reminder system of macaroni art that Derpraline had not permitted Tate nor Parker to touch, screaming in alarm if she thought anyone was disrupting the 'Loeegram'. Apparently Derp had issues with the word 'Chloe' much like she couldn't quite manage 'Astraea' and it became 'Straya'.
Or maybe she just liked watching the Luna reincarnate's hair stand on end. It could really have been a whole spread of options where each was more and more obscure than the one before it until you were standing with glazed-eyes just trying to contemplate what went on in the corkscrew blonde's head. It was no wonder she couldn't keep anything straight really. No wonder at all.
Her bare feet were coming down two at a time on the steps as she hopped down each in her human girl form, the one that Derpraline preferred. After all it was much easier to get and consume waffles in this form! She didn't get syrup all in her fur, she was much prettier, and her cowbell was much larger. They could hear it announcing her presence all clanga-langa-lang before a striped poplin hat, covered with odd flowers and a muted blue ribbon was plopped down entirely over Chloe.
"Loee you get Derp's hat because you are the bosslady now. Paaarker says that a lot. Bosslady. So Loee is the bosslady." Small white teeth showed in a smile towards ********* who was faintly recognized and the other, shiny kitty who was familiar but Derp did not know his name. He was awfully fluffy and handsome though! "Hi *********! Did you get more cake yet? I remember the big angry cake. It was so fun!"

In Ainsley McMahon's room, a soft buzz alarm woke up the turkish van cat from her precious sleep that she had been having by side of the little girl. It was unusual to her summon her cell phone but this was special case which she didn't want to miss. Silently, Cora slinked from under Ainsley's arms and pulled the blanket over her shoulder before leaving the room.
She had reserved a lot of time to a walk from her home to the meeting place. Not only she couldn't go very fast with her little feet but also she wanted to enjoy of the slightly cold breeze that nicely brightened her senses.
She had never been in headquarters but somehow she knew the way. She arrived shortly after Derp and let out a soft purring meow as she greeted other guardian cats in the room.
"Morrrrrning."
Her gaze was wandering on each of them, especially on guardians in their human forms. "So, it's safe here," she said, just to be sure before turning into her human form as well.

It was no hardship to be around in time for the meeting. Pre-dawn was Tomlin’s favourite time of day, and he wasn’t about to get tired of watching the sun come up. He had crossed the city easily enough, finally getting used to his surroundings again, but the meeting place, when he found the location, didn’t thrill him. Mornings were too beautiful to spend cooped up in an underground box.
Still, the door opened to him, so the ginger tabby headed down the stairs, cautiously following the sounds inside. He slid into the room quietly behind the cream-coloured cat, though fortunately not so close on her heels as to be in the way when she took her human form. He hadn’t expected that, and rather hoped it wasn’t mandatory here. He didn’t have that kind of energy to burn.
The room was not what he’d expected either. ‘Headquarters’ was a nice idea, but the wide bare room, the stark metal tables were not his idea of a reassuring safe haven. This was a cat place, he reminded himself. There weren’t any cages. The consoles worried him less, so he jumped up onto one of those, examining the display for a moment while he composed himself to face the other guardians. Orange tail swishing gently over the various dials and keypads, he picked a corner position so he could get a view of them all, and high enough that said view was not entirely legs.
Apparently the gathering consisted of *********, a hat, and some human-shaped guardians he didn’t recognise.
“So what’s up?” he asked of the room in general. The message he’d gotten had sounded too serious to be a meet-and-greet.

Her ears flicked back and forth a few times as Poseidon entered, choosing to give him a brief nod of welcoming before turning towards ********* once more. She was opening her mouth to address the manx about how she might have called the meeting but this was a vote for all, not a dictatorship, before she heard a large cow bell clinking down the stairs.
Looks like Derpaline decided to show after all, not that she did not expect her NOT to… nor did she expect the hat to come down over her feline frame. The light of the room suddenly turned dark, and the voices of those surrounding her turned muffled even for her acute feline hearing. Giving the softest of sighs, she stood up, still under that hat, and placed a paw under the rim.
“So it seems most of us have decided…” Chloe confirmed as she caught sight of a third feline in human form. “That most of us will take human form.” Not waiting for a invitation, she transformed quickly while she was speaking. The feline whom was one trapped under the hat was now sitting on the edge of the table, said hat now adorning her head. Taking it off, she gave the smallest of smiles and returned it back to the Mauvian it belonged to. “It looks better on you, Derpaline.”
Her gaze paused on the little kitten guardian cat for a moment, momentarily lost in thought, before looking back up to greet the others once more. She took special notice of the time now, it was ten after and some of their fellow cats were late. There were six cats in the room now, a few of which she had never met before, but this was not some college class with a roll call… if they wanted to tell everyone their names, they would.
“I guess we can start now. If anyone else shows up then we can continue on and fill in later.” She grumbled a little at the thought, god she hated having to repeat herself. Squaring her shoulders she took a deep breath as her body tensed up. She was used to public speaking once and a while when it came to senshi, but for the cats to all meet up like this it was something rare and she was still uncomfortable.
“As some of you know, my name is Chloe and as you probably guessed I am who called you all out here.” Laying her hands in her lap, she relaxed ever slightly. The first staged of a speech were always the worst, once you began it was not as hard.
“We are the guardians and the protectors of the senshi. We awaken them, nurture them, smack them upside the head if they do something stupid, and we bring their powers to the surface when they are ready to advance on. We, also, provide them with their trinkets.” By trinkets she of course meant the pens, cell phones, etc. “We, with the help of certain phenomenal cosmic powers I have been told, opened a way to the stars for the senshi so they can visit their homelands. See where their roots started, their power bases… hopefully learn something of their pasts.” She let the words draw on for a bit, choosing her next words carefully.
“We, on the other hand, are pretty much grounded on this planet. The senshi use their connections to their home worlds to gain access to said words, and can transport others with them if they so wish. What I propose…”
Looking around she made sure she had everyone’s attention.
“I think it would be beneficial to us, and the senshi, if we too pooled our minds together and made something that we could use to visit our home planet. I wanted to get your input on this as well.”

More and more guardians seemed to flow into the meeting room, and many of them changed to their other forms quite easily. Even the host seemed to have a change of heart and shifted into an appearance of what seemed like an Asian girl. Yet Tomlin did not seem to change, and that was reason enough for ********* to stay in her feline form.
When Derpraline greeted her, the manx playfully called out her name a syllable at a time. "Derp. Ray. Lean." ********* preferred using the other guardian's full name. There was a gentle laugh that escaped her upon the question about the cake. "Oh goodness... I have definitely gotten my paws on more cake! Also had several other fun treats too... I think the most interesting was the Pomona Pepper Cheese Bread... too spicy for my tastes, but it was still good before the heat got to me! ...but yes, there have been many more cakes in my life since the big angry cake. Recently there's been a lot, since one of my girls apparently works at a bakery!" A feline grin seemed to spread upon her face as she confessed such a thing. It was the best coincidence ever, but the guardian would eventually be heartbroken if she decided to change occupations.
When Cora and Tomlin greeted the others, she waved a paw as best as she could manage in their directions.
Yet when attention was called to starting the meeting, ********* eyes instantly fell upon the blue-eyed guardian. When she agreed with a basic point, the manx had to will herself against nodding her head, otherwise she'd just be making noise with the collar about her neck. It was only when there was a pause for the input of the other felines that ********* would speak up.
"I have gone with a couple of my girls to the home worlds out there. It is definitely an interesting experience. If you ever get the chance to go, I'd say go for it. I know it's not the same as going back to our own home... but it is still an interesting experience all the same."
Obviously that wasn't as on topic as it could have, and soon enough the manx was aiming to rectify it by adding her two cents into the mix. "I know I do have a busy schedule, but I think it would be fun to add even more activities into the mix. I do wonder though, would it be a smaller transport device like how the phones are? Or would we be thinking on a larger scale, like transporting many Mauvians at one time?"

Of course Pippin was late. He hated getting up at such a ridiculous time, no human in their right mind would get up at such a time and why would he. But, he did...later then the rest but he did get up because he had saw the sign and knew it was a good chance to meet the others cat because he had yet to meet any.
Yawing he left the side of Wookie and Talia, moving to grab a hat and a scarf. Yeah it was weird, but he knew it was cold at this time and his little overcoat was not going to keep him warm. He had seen tons of human dress like this and had gain this idea to use multiple of times.
It wasn't hard to find this place, even though he had never been there it just seem natural to him. Moving in on the scape his jaw dropped. There was cat's in human forums, he knew. He had been right all this time. He knew it, he knew it. He was going to become a person. In utter shock he scream out loud, "OMG! I KNEW IT! I'm going to become a real boy! Yes, yes, yes yes yes yes. I knew it. All my hard work of watching people and gaining their wonderful little traits is going to make me human!"
Finishing his shocking announcement he look around, looking at the cats who where in their human forum. "How do I become a human? I've been waiting all my life. I've been wishing all my life to become a wonderful human, how do I do this? Please tell me. Please, please, please. Was this the reason why we came? Oh I'm so glad. It's a bit early but I can toss that away now for this. Oh I'm so glad! This is wonderful, no great news." he pause thinking about how he had yet to give his name. "I'm Pippin and I'm ready to become a human! Oh I bet I look great! I can't wait to tell Talia! Then we can go shopping together! OMG! I CAN GO SHOPPING!!!!!!" he said jumping around in excitement.
Pippin was overjoy. He couldn't wait. This possibly could go down as the best day of his life.

Tomlin gave the room another once-over, copper eyes sweeping the new territory with a slight frown. On second viewing, there didn’t appear to be any cans that needed opening, large objects that needed to be picked up, or high shelves that couldn’t be reached with a simple jump. Unless Chloe was planning to start building a spaceship right here and now, there wasn’t any pressing need for opposable thumbs. He was happy enough as he was, but it was nice to notice he wasn’t the only one. In his mind, this cemented ********* as ‘the sensible one’, and he responded to her wave with nod of his head.
But the meeting topic was too fascinating to worry, essentially, about what everybody else was ‘wearing’. Travelling to the stars, to their homeworld. That would be something amazing. The thought of going out that far, to see those old worlds up close, to walk their old roads... He would have to ask Callisto to take him up to her moon sometime, he thought. Maybe some of the others too, just to see.
He was still pondering the implications when the late arrival came in. He flopped on his console, unaware (or at least uncaring) of any buttons that got squished. “You’re Mauvian, not human,” he told the excitable little guardian, though he fully expected to be ignored given he was still cat-shaped himself. The way the little guy was leaping about in front of the others, he probably hadn’t even noticed him.
Turning back to Chloe, he addressed the more interesting aspect. “You think we can go back to Mau? Sounds good to me, if we could pull it off.”

( Sorry for the lack of posting guys i was just giving some people time in case they wanted to post. For the sake of time as well, because we can not have this run too long, Im going to say that after discussion they decided it would be best it would go for it so we can move on to stage 2 Also doing a time skip so we can move on to other matters XD)
For the most part she left the other cats to discuss back and forth what they thought about the idea. She would quip in some times, to make a point or two, before going back to listening. She had formed a opinion of the idea herself, and she did not want to influence the other Mauvians if she could help it. No... She would rather this be a democratic vote, not a singular one. They were all Mauvians after all and had no ruling body right?
When the other little kitten showed up, exclaiming how they were 'human', Chloe felt her claws flex a little... but it seems Tomlin got to the punch first. He said it much more politely than she would have too.
There were a few questions tossed into the mix, but she waited really until the end to answer them all. "Yes, i do think it is possible to pull off. It would need to be something that we all contributed on. Probably a smaller machine but one that would be able to take multiples at the same time to Mau." She had a feeling that it would be more difficult to choose only a few to go to mau, while it might be better to send a small group. They would need some cats here to watch over, right?
"If we are all in agreement..." Her tail flicked behind her human looking frame as she waited to see nods, she caught enough for it to be seen as a majority rule.
~~~~~~ (Fading out TIME SKIP)
Days rolled by that quickly turned to weeks. Days turning in to a few weeks... The planning stages took the longest. Technology was not some of the cats stron suits. After all while all Mauvians were known for their tech, it was not the ONLY thing they specialized in. So it was a strong point for some... others decided to not take part of the planning phase.
After all it was a bunch of bickering over what one thought would work and one didn't. It was also a lot of compromise... Oh and they really had no idea what to call it yet. The voting for that was still in progress even now.
The building stage was easy enough once they could find the materials they needed. Sometimes a cat forms touch was needed to fit their paw into a tiny spot, but a majority of the time the mechanics were handled by those who out take human form. Paws were not the best for fiddling with things.
Finally after what felt like ages a second meeting was called. This meeting however, was not the one they had been waiting for... surely the meeting was to project success right?
Wrong.
"Mauvians... i think we have a problem." She decided not to bother with feline form this time, she had been spending a lot more time in her humanlike skin recently anyways. "I do not think us by ourselves, have enough power to get us to Mau..." She had done some number crunching, and she concluded that alone as they were their power was not enough to get to their home planet, and back, in one piece. They would die from the effort.
The time spent on planning seemed to just meld into all of the manx's activities. ********* appearance varied greatly based upon necessity of each form. She was not the most technological of the Mauvians, but she also was no slouch. Overall she was pretty agreeable about the machine aesthetics and silly things such as a name. She wasn't like Ellie who needed to name every piece of machinery she worked on.
********* could have cared less if the name was something practical versus bad a** versus Dr. Seuss-esque. Though the last option would always be more fun.
For the sake of a basic meeting that required no use of hands, ********* felt she could simply lounge about as a feline. Not to mention the fact that on her way to HQ this particular day she managed to find a milk tab to play with. They were more fun to play with as a cat.
Mid-chew, ********* ears perked up at Chloe's proclamation. Casually setting the object from her mouth onto the ground, she sat herself upright.
She asked simply for clarification "Do you mean there aren't enough power sources?" That definitely was not good, considering that they, the Mauvians, were the power sources. Glancing about the room, the manx listed off the cats in her head before chiming in with an observation. "Well... to be honest, I know we don't have all of the Guardians from this city present..." There were two that easily came to mind for *********. One who was quite trustworthy in her opinion, and one that was not nearly as trustworthy.
“Come on Chloe, we’ve put this much work into it, I’m sure we can figure something out,” said Tomlin, projecting absolute optimism from his favourite perch on the computer banks, (faintly humming, faintly warm and very comfortable when they weren't actually being used). They’d come such a long way from the first draft of the plans, he was sure the power issue would be just another factor to tweak, a few more adjustments and it would work itself out.
It had taken him a while to wrap his head around the technology of what they were trying to achieve, but with the promise of travel to back it up, he’d been putting in all the effort he could – or at least, all he could offer with four paws.
More cats sounded like a good option, though he did wonder why they hadn’t been invited earlier. Or maybe they had, and just hadn’t wanted to be involved in the heavy lifting. He'd certainly been skipping out on it, by virtue of remaining a small ball of fur.
