Once I summon Uria, lord of Searing Flames, can I activate his effect to nuke a set S/T ASAP without my opponent trying to chain. Or, does my opponent get to activate whatever to stop Uria? Bottomless, Torrential, etc.

it activates immeadiately on summon. so if you hit the bottomless with it, they can chain that bottomless. sorry.
