Meeting and Greet! Nyx- *butt wiggle at the pets, rubbing her head against Apps hand like a cat, grinning*Brie: Ooo... Other Halloween Noodles! -Takes a picture-Nyx- *allows the love, really enjoys it. When she hears the click of a camera she turns her head to the side, spots the other Halloween Noodle, and grins ear to ear, fangs showing* Oooo! Hi! The first Noodle I've met here. What's it like here? *looks around for a brief second, leaning in closer* More importantly, where can I find some skittish noodles? I've been getting hungry lately... Brie: -Waves while still taking pictures- Hello! You're actually the first Noodle I've met too sadly... -Frowns slightly as she lets the camera drop below her face.- So I can't help you with skittish Noodles... -Doesn't understand the hungry part- We can go get something to eat if you're hungry?Nyx- Am I really? *Frowns briefly, is this place an isolated shop then? Or did they have zero luck in meeting others? Or, more likely, this other girl was new, like her.* Well, I wish it was that simple. *referring to the food* I don't eat regular food. Well, I can, it just doesn't fill the hole. *pauses* Oh! My manners! I am Nyx Tra'veil <3Brie: What do you eat then? -Still doesn't understand.- Not pumpkins... I hope. -Gives a brief laugh but smiles.- Nice to meet you Nyx! I'm Brie.Nyx- *Goes a little quiet, tail flicking lazily* Promise you won't judge? *Before she hears an answer she flashes a famous Cheshire-cat grin, nervously poking at the ground with a claw* I come from a town where everyone feeds off fear. It's some curse or something, I really don't know. But, it's not like I am bad! *Looks up at Brie, ears flicking backwards* I can't help what I need to feed on.Brie: -Tilts her head to the side while hearing the explanation. Suddenly her feline eyes flicker.- Oh! I feel dumb now. -Her tail curls around herself as she sits upright.- Kind of.. -Thinks for a moment.- I guess I wasn't entirely honest when saying I hadn't met anyone before you... I have a few housemates. One of my housemates is a cat, and I believe she comes from a long line of witches. She likes playing tricks on others.. Her and her daughter both. Maybe they could help you or something.. -A weak smile pulls at the ends of her lips.- I'm not really one to judge anyway... We're both Halloween Noodles, and it really isn't that uncommon for a Halloween Noodle to have something.. scary about them. I'm a bit of an oddity not to, I think.Nyx- Oh? I suppose I should take the time to meet them, though I don't really enjoy what I have to do. *Ear flicks, deciding to not mention that usually she doesn't enjoy scaring others. Sometimes when she has a bad day, hmmm.* Oddity? Do you want to have something scary about you. *Frowns, just a little* We can trade. Brie: -Gives her shoulders up in a shrug.- I don't know. Sometimes. Sometimes it would be nice to be unique instead of fairly normal. -Chews on her lip.- I could... introduce you to a different housemate of mine... If you promise you won't ever try to scare her. She's afraid of everyone, until she gets to know them. You could feed off of that.. at least for a little while. Then maybe you could help her actually expand herself to others, it would be good.. for both of you. Nyx- *Nods quietly, eyes flicking to the side. She doesn't like the idea of feeding off someone so naturally skittish, but.... being nervous is close to fear, enough for her to at least slowly feed. Her eyes lift at the girl, frowning* But you are unique. Everyone is. *Tail wag, lips twitching into a frown and flipping her front paw to poke at her Brie's pumpkin* See, unique. In a non-creepy way! :3 And I won't try and scare your friend, I promise.Brie: I just figure... if you don't like scaring people purposely... it might be a trade off. Besides.. if she knew, she'd want to help anyway, that's just how she is. And.. she needs to start getting out there to meet others and stop being so scared all the time, even she knows that. -Looks down at her pumpkin- Oh, that? That was.. what I grew from. I was that pumpkin once! Kind of unique... I guess. -Cheeks grow red-Nyx- *Eyes widen* You grew from a pumpkin? Really?! *Circles her, poking her. She felt like flesh.... so.... whoa. How is that even possible?* Oh my god, that's the coolest thing ever. When you have kids will they be pumpkins?!Brie: Yep, really. Me and my brother both. We were just regular pumpkins in the pumpkin patch... until someone carved us and then.. Before we knew it we both kind of.. grew. Sparkled as if we were regular bowls and all that. -Mulls over that question- Honestly, I don't know, but I guess it is possible!Nyx- You have a brother? *Is very interested in this girls story, it's unique!*Brie: I'm not sure pumpkins can really have siblings... But he came from the same pumpkin patch, so I consider him my brother. -Smiles at her.- Do you have any siblings?Nyx- Nope. I wish I did. *Whines a little* Can I borrow yours?Brie: -Looks at her in slight disbelief- You want to borrow my brother? What do you need him for? Nyx- .....For brotherly activities? *Ears flip back, claws tapping against the ground* What? Wait, it's not like... I don't want to do anything weird I swear. @_@Brie: Erm, well.. if you want a brother I'm sure I can find someone to adopt you. But, I guess if you really want.. and I see him around I can introduce the two of you. I haven't seen him in quite a while though. -Giggles lightly at her nervousness.-

Nyx- Adopt me? But.... aren't I to old? *Pauses, nervously looking down* And... and and....would anyone want me as their sister? Brie: Nope, never too old! -Smiles and pats her on the shoulder.- Of course they would. I can help you find someone, if you'd like? Nyx- *Looks at Brie with large eyes, grabbing her paws and nodding* You are amazing. Yes. Yes! *Tail waggles, her head flipping hair from her face as her smile widens, elated. However, once again her smile vanishes. She has...had....has a family. Waaaaay back. Though they hardly could be called a family....*Brie: -Looks down at her paws when they're grabbed, her cheeks glowing slightly at the compliment.- Not as amazing as you! -Purrs slightly in a playful manner, though her head tilts when she sees the smile fade. Had she done something wrong?- Is everything okay? Nyx- *Head raises, shaking her head so fast that her hair becomes a wild mess, laughing and pushing back hair with a claw.* Just thinking! Wait... technically your mother is the Earth! That is extremely unique. How many people can say they are the child of the earth? See. You are unique. Brie: -Ponders the thought.- I never thought of it that way! -Turns her head and smiles at her. Glancing down at the leaves around her tail, she fiddles with part of it. Moving her paw upward, she removes some of the leaves and then puts them in Nyx's hair.- Now you look like you are apart of the earth too. Nyx- Hm? *Eye-brow raises, looking at the leaves in awe, then back down* Do you grow leaves off of you? Do they hurt coming off? Can you move them? Or do they move on their own? *Rambling at this point*Brie: Both, kind of. They grow on their own, but if I focus I can grow or move them. They hurt if someone else tries to pull them off, but I know how to do it with minimal pain to myself. I like to use them when I make jewelry and stuff. Maybe I could make you something? -Hopes she'd like it.-Nyx- Make me something? Really? I'd love that! I'd wear it everyday, whatever it is~ I wish I could make you something but I can't even bake without setting my hair on fire. Aha.Brie: -Can't help but giggle.- I'll have to teach you then! Halloween is coming up, and what good is Halloween without costumes and sweets? -Licks her lips just thinking about it.- I could always use some help, if you'd like? Nyx- Costumes? Aren't I already costumed up? *Butt wag, swirling in a circle for a brief second and grinning at the female* Course I'll help~ What are we going to do? : DBrie: -Shakes her head back and forth- It doesn't count as a costume if you wear it all times of the year. Costumes are about dressing up in things you don't usually wear! Hmm.. -Thinks for a moment, wondering what kind of treats would be best.- I saw some recipes for gummy spiders and worms, and we could make a dirt cake... And some Halloween cookies. Oh! And decorations! I saw some things in a magazine about creepy eyes and glowing pumpkin lanterns. It would all be really fun! -Giggles in glee, her eyes twinkling.-Nyx- Really? Well... hmmmm. *Doesn't know who to dress as, tail wagging* Gummy spiders and worms? Dirt cake? I hope those aren't real worms and dirt. *It was apparent she has never had these sweets*Brie: -Nods frantically- I think I'm going to dress up as a pixie. Or maybe a mime... -Blinks at her when she hears the statement and grins.- No no.. Gummy worms are made with gelatin and sugar. And dirt cake is usually pudding and some sort of crumbled layered cookies, like oreos or something. They're really good. Nyx- Pixie? Mime? *Well, now she has to plot, too!* OH! That makes way more sense. Though where I come from I wouldn't doubt people eating dirt and worms. -_-Brie: -Wrinkles her nose thinking that sounded weird.- They'd really eat worms and dirt?Nyx- I wouldn't put it past those weirdos.Brie: -Tilts her head to the side as she reads the look on Nyx's face.- So.. do you miss being there? What's it like?Nyx- *Shoulders tense, head moving so she can stare at a flower* No. I don't. *Tail flicks briefly* It's full of people that look terrifying, which in itself isn't bad, but they lure people there to frighten them to feed and to keep them if they can as permanent sources of food. I was not scary looking enough, so they would make me greet people into the town and ignored my existence. It is a very frightening place to normals. I wouldn't bring you there.Brie: -Frowns slightly, twitching in place.- I... I'm sorry.. I shouldn't have asked. -A nervousness sets in and she stares slightly at the ground, eying the same flower.- Nyx- Ah no, it isn't your fault! I'd be curious, too!

Brie: -Smiles softly at her, though it was a bit unsure.- Regardless... I bet I could take lots of interesting pictures there. I need to go take more. -Looking up from her thoughts.- What about you.. What kind of things do you like to do?Nyx- Oh~ Play games, play with those candy things that you can make jewelry out of. Mmmm, meeting new people. *Grins dorkly* Talking to you.Brie: What kind of ga- -Pauses short as her cheeks go red.- But I'm nothing special... -Glances away to try and take the attention off her face.-Nyx- But you are~ You're super nice to me despite these. *Flashes her fangs and claws* And you're an earth child~ Did I mention I love to garden?Brie: But your fangs are cool! I love vampires! Like.. Anne Rice vampires... not Twilight.. -Blushes in embarrassment- Not that you're a vampire.. -Smiles.- Of course, Hippies are the best. -Smirks teasingly.- Really? What are your favorite plants? Nyx- *Frowns* But I'm not a vampire, and alllll my teeth are fangs. Makes it hard to eat plants. D: But I can try to be a vampire for you~ *Grins, twirls* Tiger Lilies, cuz they're orange, like me!Brie: -Giggles and shakes her head- I know you're not a vampire! But your fangs are cool anyway. -Her cheeks continue to flush.- If you haven't picked out anything for Halloween yet maybe you could be a vampire? Ooo... Maybe I could make something with Tiger Lilies for you then. -Contemplates- Nyx- Really? For me? I'd like that! If you don't mind~ *Nuzzles her new /best/ friend, flipping dark hair from her eyes, then gives a haughty look* I will be the best vampire in this shop for Halloween. Yes. *Frowns* But I don't sparkle.... Ever seen that terrible movie about vampires that /sparkle/? Brie: Yep, of course. I love making things. -Cheeks grow even more red at the nuzzling. Returns the nuzzle with a purr.- Yeah.. That's what I was talking about. Twilight vampires. -Shudders.- Anne Rice vampires are ten times better... they aren't even in the same league. I can help you with your costume, if you like?Nyx- That is what that movie was called? Yuck. -_- *Looks at her, twirling for a second* Yes! Please! <3Brie: Yep. Alright! The first thing we need is black leather... Preferably in the form of a leather corset, then we could do a black flowing skirt, or leather pants, whichever you prefer. We'd need to make you a tad bit paler.. Your hair a little more ominous.. Larger fangs on your canines, of course. And some blood. Can't be a vampire without blood.Nyx- Will I frighten people? *Head tilt. She could get her fill at the same time..*Brie: Of course, if you'd like to. -Nods and starts messing with Nyx's hair to see what she could do with it.- I can try and make you really scary looking. Nyx- *Closes eyes as her hair is tussled about, tail wagging* Yes yes! Scary as scary can be~Brie: Alright. Well, give me tonight to come up with all the stuff I'll need. Come meet me here tomorrow? I'll get you dressed up and bake some more goodies. Then we can have some fun for Halloween. -Lets her paw slide back down as she stares at Nyx for a moment, contemplating make up options.-Nyx- *Bows* Thank you Brie~ *Gives her cheek a lick* I'll be back tomorrow! *Rushes off, deciding to get Brie something, too~*Brie: -Chews on her bottom lip as she watches Nyx leave, a small smile on her face.- Bye Nyx. -Waves-

Baking~ Nyx- *Looks about for her friend, tail flicking side to side.* Brie? Brie: Oh, hey Nyx! -Smiles brightly.- Do you want to help me bake?Nyx- Help you bake? *Tilts her head, nodding* Sure, but, I may set the place on fire. I rarely bake.Brie: -Nods as she looks at her.- Yep. Don't worry, you don't have to do anything with the oven. You can be the taste tester. -Gets a small spoon and scoops some out before handing it to her.-Nyx- Oh! *Takes the spoon, looking up* What is it, first? I can't properly judge it unless I know. It could be supppppper delicious but not taste like it should~ *Grins up at her friend, tail wagging* Brie: -Her lips lift up in a half smirk.- Chocolate cookie dough. I'm going to add peanut butter chips to it when I'm finished. Nyx- *Grins, taking the spoon into her mouth and wiggling, her tail wrapping around Brie's in joy* This taste delicious, Brie! You are amazing~Brie: -Her cheeks flush a bright red.- You don't think its going to be too dry? -Purrs softly and snuggles against Nyx.-Nyx- Noooo. Why? I like it! Are we going to put them in the oven now? :3 I'm excited, I love sweets~ Oh! Oh Brie! I met a new person recently!Brie: I just want to make sure they're good. -Nods softly and pulls out new spoons.- Do you want to help me put it on the cookie sheet? -Starts to form small balls with the dough before her head lifts.- Oh? Who is that? Nyx- Of course! *balls up cookie dough with her, happily plopping them on the sheet. They are a little lopsided compared to her friends.* I met a girl named Pandora. She seems to be fears living embodiment, but she's super sweet. She feeds me just by be near me and she isn't mean at all~ She lives with me, now! Brie: Oh wow, that's really good! -Smiles at her. Taking the sheet she opens the oven door and puts them inside.- So you don't have to go out scaring people now? Nyx- Mmmm. Not usually. Sometimes she hides though so I do have to once in awhile, but lately, no. Which is such a relief! *Smiles dorkily, fangs showing* I already have a hard time making friends... scaring people was... *Shakes her head, looking up at Brie and grinning at the sight of her* But it's okay because you stuck beside me, so even if I did get strange looks I didn't really mind because you always stuck beside me despite my appearance. *Wiggles onto her stomach to look at the oven, impatiently circling* How long is that going to take? D:Brie: What do you mean "despite your appearance"? -Gives her a stern look.- You, my Dear, are sexy. Very sexy. Don't let anyone tell you differently. -Her look softens into a smile.- Of course I stuck by you, you're an amazing Noodle! I love hanging out with you! -Watches her wiggle and can't help but laugh.- See, you're cute too! -Light blush to her cheeks.- Just a few more minutes. A little more patience. -Giggles-Nyx- *Stops everything to just stare, both shocked and unsure what to even say. She is what? For a brief second Nyx laughs, however that stern look suggests that it wasn't a joke.* I-I'm what? *Then she is called amazing and cute! A blush touches her face from the three compliments, tail wiggling slightly. It kind of made her happy that they were coming from Brie. She wouldn't believe those compliments from anyone else..., b-but... NNN. Now she was blushing brighter. At the mention of patience she snorted, twirling again* Patience patience. I wish I could use magic to make them ready in seconds. *Glancing up, Nyx's eyes met her friends, nodding.* Say Brie, where do you want to go that you never have been before?Brie: -Lifts her paw over her mouth in a giggle.- You.. are sexy, and cute. -Pokes Nyx's nose.- We could use magic... but I don't think they'd come out as well. Patience is love.. and love makes it taste better! Besides... I think if I asked Tambre to help with her magic she'd burn them. -Wrinkles her nose.- Nyx- *Blushes slightly, unsure why the hell she is even blushing but.... she is...smiling at the vixen she giggled slightly, unsure what to say about the compliments.* Does love make everything better? Brie: Of course it does. -Finds her own cheeks to be slightly red. She sticks her tongue out at Nyx in a playful manner. Walking toward the oven, she pulls the cookie sheet out.- Ooo... they're perfect! Just let them rest on the sheet a little and then they'll be ready to eat!Nyx- We have to wait? These cookies take forever. *Pauses, grinning* But since you made them they have to taste good. *Flops down on the ground, tail curling around herself* Brie, do you like anyone? *Has heard girls talk about this, its apparently "normal"*Brie: -Lets out a soft chuckle and shrugs.- Well, technically we don't have to. They just turn out firmer if you wait, otherwise they're softer and they tend to crumble more. If you don't mind eating warm cookie chunks than you can eat them now. -Takes one for herself. She pauses completely when she hears the question, blinking slightly.- Er.. well.. umm... I guess you have to know people to like someone, right? -Turns her head to look at Nyx.- I still don't know anyone but you. -Her cheeks were flushed.-Nyx- I suppose... *Notices the blush, taking a cookie quickly. Why is she kinda happy that Brie didn't like anyone? Because she didn't want to share her friend? Frowning slightly, she nibbled the cookie and yelped. It was hot! Nnnnnn!* Ow ow ow. *Blowing frantically on the cookie she looked up, frowning* Maybe we should go to a mixer!Brie: A mixer? Like a party or something? Sure, we could. Its been a while since I've been out. -Tosses a chunk of cookie in her mouth and swallows.- Eeep, are you alright? I should have warned you that they're still really hot...Nyx- I'm okay. *Fans her mouth, nodding* Yea, like a party. We could meet new people. Or you could go and I stay back and make more cookies! I don't really need more friends, I'm happy with just having you. Besides, what if I get hungry? Pandora won't be around...Brie: -Muses at her, a frown lining her lips.- Well, what use is going to a party if your best friend doesn't come with you? I don't want to go without you, so there. -Puts her paws on her hips.-Nyx- Best friend? *Her eyes light up, tail wagging quickly* I am your best friend?! * Immediately she flings herself at Brie, hugging her tight* I'll go I'll go!Brie: -Nods fervently.- Uh huh. -Grins and wraps her arms around Nyx in a snug.- Its alright, you don't have to. I like just spending time with you.Nyx- But... If it makes you happy I want to go for you. *Tail waggles a bit, blushing slightly* You enjoy my time? Really? O-Oh. *Briefly looks down at the cookies they had baked earlier* Are they ready to be eaten now? Or still to hot?Brie: -Giggles a little- Yes, you can eat the cookies! -Smiles at her.- And of course I enjoy your time, you're so nice.. and sweet, and you're fun to be with! -Curls her tail around herself and purrs a little.-Nyx- *Blushes again, looking at the ground briefly. Hrn. No one ever...compliments her. Looking up, a grin touched her face again.* Thank you! *She went to grab a cookie, nodding at her friend. Best friend. <3* Well, when is the party? I have to get ready!

Brie: Its a CHRISTMAS party! -Giggles and twirls around as if in a pretty dress.- Its for me and my housemates and friends! There will be lots of food, and chocolates! And presents! That's what I'm making the cookies for. -Grins at her.- Tomorrow. You'll have fun, I promise. Nyx- Christmas?! I've never been to a Christmas party!! I must study! All I know is mistletoe and and eggnog and caroling!Brie: Yep! Basically. -Nods excitedly.- We're going to have egg mcmuffins in the morning... then we'll open presents, spend some time together, then have lunch/dinner. Then at night we'll be doing a gingerbread house, and have Christmas games, Secret Santa and all that. Sing Christmas Carols, and drink spiked egg nog. -Licks her lips-Nyx- *Tail wags at all the activities mentioned to her, head tilting at the last one* Spiked? There are spikes in the eggnog?! Why would you drink that?!Brie: -Rolls over laughing.- No! Not spikes. Spiked. It means there's alcohol in it. -Giggles.-Nyx- O-Oh! *Blushes a little* Hey! Don't laughhhhh. Where I come from that'd be perfectly normal. *Eyes narrow briefly* Weirdos.
