To the left is a staircase and short hall. Going up would lead someone to a pair of equally sized rooms, while going down the hall would do the same, aside from one bathroom being squeezed in between the lower set of rooms. The only thing differing here is the residents of said rooms. The first room at the top of the stairs is the master bedroom, where Neil and Romane sleeps. The room just beyond that is Mimi's room, the young and ritalin-friendly daughter of the pairi! Covering the first floor, the first room is the owner' younger sibling, Catrina Murrow, with the last room being forJulian. The last area of the home is accessible from the outside, where a door leading down to the basement lies. This, though, is only the location of Catrina's detective agency.

“That is the rules and schedules. You will pass these out to the children as they arrive. I expect care and abidance by the schedule at all times. Should an issue arise, I trust you will use this accordingly.” Romane set down a Smith & Wesson Model 317 Kit Gun atop the papers, full loaded and ready in case of emergency. Mimi took one look at the revolver and jumped from her seat, clinging tightly to her mother's legs with a squeal. She knew better than to talk without being given permission to, so she simply hummed loudly all the words she wanted to say~ After a few minutes of this and an small pat on the head from her mother, Mimi let go to grab the revolver and hug it. Oh, this was going to be the best slumber party ever!

  This was a long awaited day for Icis. Well, a short time had passed since she got the invitation to the sleepover, but the way time moved slowly since then made it seem incredibly long. She had spent night after night fantasizing about the occasion. School wasn't a fun place for her to play with the girls ever since the whole being arrested thing, though goddess knows she tries. However, truly the best time to make nice with the little ladies was out of that hell hole. And this, this chance brought upon by one of the more energetic girlies was just the place she needed to mark her territory. Maybe if she was lucky, even Miah would be there. Though she could only hope. Icis got everything she needed ready and packed and began her walk to the designated house. A house that she found more than odd as she arrived, but decided to ignore the fact. And was distracted by the fact as she saw a less than desirable face guarding the house. She frowned as she saw the cop who arrested her, but when the girl told the woman she was invited, she was let in easily. Icis entered the house and looked around the interior, not really taking in the sights, more of looking for her companions. She walked in a bit and noticed where Mimi was and immediately rushed to her side. "Mimi~" She called, of course she already memorized all the girls in her class's names. She wrapped the girl in a hug, disregarding any personal space issue she might have had. Hugs were fun after all. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On the other end of the excitement spectra was little Skyla, who was less than thrilled by the invitation. She never really got along with the rest of her class, and didn't understand why she was invited. However, since her father told her that her best friend was going, she just had to go herself. Skyla didn't spend much time getting ready. Putting on her simple light blue cloud print pajamas and a pair of shoes with a large puffy coat, she let her mother hand her a sleeping bag and got on her way. She had expected for Brooke's father to walk them, but the blonde girl's father offered instead. Which was fine with her. She disliked the snow, so it was nice that she could just have Alt carry her the whole way. Sure it would be nice to hold Brooke's hand the whole way, however being held away from the frigid ground was definitely a better option. Arriving at the house, Skyla was put down and immediately grabbed her best friend's hand. After being let in, the small girl trotted in and looked around. Unsure of what exactly she was supposed to be doing now. She'd let Brooke handle that.

Slumber party. Jeremy had never been to a slumber party before! ...Well, not one with kids his own age. He and his mother and aunt had slumber parties all the time! But it wasn't the same. This was different. He was just bouncing with excitement when River dropped him off at the Murrow's funny house, hugging his sleeping bag to his chest. He wore his pajamas, too, though he didn't like those pajamas much. He liked the ones with soccer balls on them, or the ones with rockets, not the pink ones with ballerinas! But Zhi had gotten them for him, so he didn't complain, though as he walked into the house, he couldn't help but notice that his pajamas kind of looked the same as the other girls'... "Hi, Mimi!" he greeted Mimi cheerfully before looking over at Icis and Skyla. He recognized them from his class, but he didn't really know them. "...Hi."

...She didn't understand. Yue just didn't understand. First off, when she had been invited to a sleepover, she was perplexed. She didn't have any friends in the class. Who would invite her to a sleepover? Her AND Chun Fei? It didn't make sense, and she didn't want to go, but her mother had made her. Why couldn't she be in charge of what she did? If she didn't want to go, she shouldn't have to go! And she didn't want to spend a night in this weird shoe house! She refused to spend the night in any house that looked like anything but a house. But here she was, holding Chun Fei's hand, walking into a complete stranger's house. She wasn't wearing her pajamas, only children did that. Like Chun Fei.
Chun Fei didn't like this situation much, either. She didn't like the girls in her class, they were scary and loud. And there wasn't even Jian there to protect her. All she had was Yue, and she was scarier than anyone else there! But necessity was sometimes more important than fear, and so when her mother told her to go, she did, and she clung to her older sister's arm. Not that many people were there yet, but she still felt like she was on the verge of tears. Jeremy and Skyla were strangers, Mimi looked scary, and Icis... Icis! Chun Fei's eyes widened. "The dog," she murmured.
"You know her?" Yue looked down at her sister. This was her chance! She shook Chun Fei off her arm. "Go play with her, then." And she gave her sister a little shove, pleased to be able to stand off by herself now.
Chun Fei gave Yue one last horrified glance. She was caught between Yue and Icis, and the brown haired girl was closer. And so she hurried over to Icis and grabbed the back of her top. Just holding onto someone made her feel better, and she had failed to notice that Icis was busy with Mimi. She just needed a familiar face to use as an anchor and she could calm down.

While her best friend wasn't exactly thrilled by the invitation to a slumber party, Brooke was actually liking the idea. She didn't really know the girl, aside from being loud in class. Well at least made the point of making sure everyone knew her. Her mother supplied her with a sleeping and a couple of extra things, along with her dark blue star print pajamas and warm coat. Well whatever happened, she had Skyla with her, that more than made up for it. The girl tagged along with Alt and Skyla, walking next to the male while the girl got a lift. Soon enough they were inside and Brooke was holding on to Skyla, or backwards but such details never mattered. "Hey Mimi" greeted the girl once they were inside. She recognized the kids who were already there, well by face anyways.
Miah, oddly enough, was looking forward to this little event. She was practically twice the girl's age and that should've been more than enough reason for Miah to ignore her. Surely she would've, if Mimi wasn't Julian's step-sister. Which was another reason why she was here, if it turned boring she'd just go hang with her best friend. Of course that was if Romane forgave her for that tomato in the festival... the last time she was over Romane still hadn't let it go... Miah really only had a pillow and a backpack with her pajamas and a blanket inside. No way she was coming in this snow with pajamas on. So once she was inside, noting Icis and merely chewing on some bubblegum while everybody moved around.

“JEREMY, JEREMY! You can't be seen! You can't! This is a girl's only party and you have to be DISGUISED or else we're gonna get in big trouble – good job getting past mama, she's a hard one to get past, did you bring the supplies? OH, NO! You didn't! I didn't tell you about the supplies! HURRY, JEREMY, INTO THE ROOM!” She ended loudly as she pushed the younger redhead into the bathroom and slammed the door after her. “You look like A BOY! You CAN'T! You have to look like – AH! A girl!” As she said that, her hands which had been searching through the bathroom drawers came out with a pretty, red bow! Back when her mother was reading parenting magazines again and trying to 'bond' with her. She didn't know she still had some~ She looked to Jeremy, “Sit on the toilet! I'm gonna disguise you, okay?”

Icis smiled as her host gave her a big ol' hug back. Mimi stood out in class since she was always so energetic, making her one of the more interesting ones. Though she was soon out of the brunette's grip and up the stairs. A bit saddening, but the older girl had something else to keep her attention. A small little tug on the back of her top. She looked back to notice a very familiar and cute face. She grinned widely and clasped the young girl's wrists, gently pulling her off her shirt so she can knell down face to face with her. Of course, it was to wrap the small girl in a big hug. "Hello there Chun Fei!" Another name she had memorized. She let go of the girl and with her hand brushed Chun Fei's hair a bit, " Your pajamas are cute!" Well really Icis just thought she was cute, but that was besides the point. The girl stood back on her feet, still smiling down at the little tyke as she began to look around the room. Skyla and Brooke were here, an adorable little duo. There was the boy from class, the quiet weak looking one. And Miah. Miah! The brunette fought the urge to run over at grapple the girl in a large embrace. She knew the blonde was a cool girl so she had to act cool as well. Ah, but she still had Chun Fei with her... Well, she could have them both. So Icis took the small girl by the hand and skipped over to Miah happily. She wrapped her arms around one of the blonde's arm and smiled, "Miah~"Skyla had been zoned out since they arrived. Not really giving much attention to anyone in the room, besides Brooke of course. Though, she made sure she gave me a small, "Hello." Her father told her always to be polite after all. But, after the greeting was said she let her eyes wander the house. Not looking at people, just her surroundings. It was a weird house... Kind of like a fairy tale house. "Mama would like it," She let out as she rotated her body around to see the place. Eventually she faced back to her friend waited for the girl to do something. Skyla wasn't going to be the one to interact with someone else, so she stood and waited until Brooke made contact with someone else. The little blonde would just wander in her own mind until she did.

Jeremy was used to sharing his friend's attention, but it was a little odd seeing her hug all of these people he didn't know as well. He could share, but where was his hug? He probably would have gone over there and asserted himself as Mimi's friend, too, but at the moment, he was a little busy being dragged upstairs by his fellow redhead. "A girl? How come?" Why did he have to look like a girl to go to a slumber party! When he had slumber parties, there were always lots of girls (sorta) and he never had a problem before! "Boys can go to slumber parties too, right?" He glanced at the bow the girl was going. It was practically as red as his hair! "...What are you gonna do with that?" he asked once more. As if he didn't already know. He had played dress up several times in the past, and with two mothers, there weren't many articles of hand-me-down boy's clothing lying around. Part of him knew what was happening, and so he just climbed on top of the toilet and waited patiently. Whatever made Mimi happy couldn't be too bad... Right...?

Chun Fei's eyes grew as large as plates as Icis pulled her into a hug. She spoke so sweetly, she hadn't expected it. Yue would have protested loudly and pushed her away, but this girl hugged her. Already, she was quite content in her decision to cling to Icis. "...Thank.... you...." she managed to mumble. It was if she was in a stupor, staring at the brown haired girl as she took her hand and led her off to talk to another girl from their class. It was just so natural, the way she took the lead. Chun Fei's grip on Icis' hand tightened slightly. This wasn't so bad. This could work.

Oh~ That would be so fun! Then she could pretend to be a boy and infiltrate the boy's room and.. and they could share their information! Or something! She stepped back and admired her handy work – ah, yes! Now that Jeremy had a big, red ribbon tied to the side of his head, he looked just like a girl! “Okay! You're a girl now! You're Jerrie – with an I! Okay? You have to giggle and twirl and you have to go.. TEEHEEEEE~ ♥” She squealed and pulled her balled up hands to her chest before relaxing back into her authoritative voice, “Like that! You have to do that a lot, okay? Because that's what girls do! Now, let's go! Back downstairs! HURRY, JERRIE! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!” She yelled as she pushed him out of the bathroom, turning back to shut off the lights and let Jerrie make HER spectacular entrance~!
