sweatdrop If you're somewhat like me, then you have some issues with keeping correct form while weight lifting.
blaugh But thanks to the invention of the "Information Super Highway" we can get all the knowledge on anything we want! Including how to do seated good mornings correctly and the proper way to do squats.
Feel free to use this thread to share sites that gives good instruction on proper form to exercises as well as a large library to the secrets of working out all that muscles we have in our body.

One site I have found useful is... this one. Pick a muscle group you want to work out and see all the different types of stretches, isometrics, body and weight exercises there are.

Because of "Genetics" I won't grow too much bigger than I am now. crying But I can still tone and be stronger than I look wink

An all around excellent site for beginners who are trying to get into shape and eventually build some muscle.

Thank you so much for sharing this link - it's a lot more useful than a lot of exercise websites I've researched. 3nodding My only disappointment is they don't seem to have a section for the sides of your stomach, but that's ok.

Some of the core exercises do work that muscle group. I think scissor kicks/flutter kicks help with it too.
