-Like always be polite to other members in this subforum. As we are all know there are MANY MANY different kinds of diets and exercises, but not all work for one person. So, be polite if your suggested diet/exercise doesn't seem to work for others.

-This subforum is meant for discussing healthy eating habits, fitness and body building and everything else that goes with health and fitness. Anything posted here that is not part of that will have that threat moved to the right subforum.

-There can discussions on the use's of supplements ONLY. No, discussions on steroids. (I'd like to see gain results without having to resort to that.) No topics on drug use either. These threads are meant to get our bodies in shape and stay that way. Not destroy them.

-As always duplicate threads will be locked with the address of where it can be found within the subforum. After some time, about two weeks, that thread will be deleted.

-These threads are meant to encourage everyone to get in shape and eat healthy, it is in no way forced because we do not have that kind of power...but how I wish we did twisted

-Just like in every other threads and subforums have fun!
