Feliks was out at the skate park. It was getting a bit dark and Feliks frowned, "Man I wish it wouldn't get dark so soon."
He had slid to a stop on his skates staring at the sunset colored sky. The good thing about it getting late was that there were less people around. However, Feliks had forgotten about the terrorist rumors as he was trying to work out a new trick. He was still a bit rusty at it. "Oh well... I'll give it another go."
He shrugged, it couldn't hurt.

Speaking of the supposed "terrorists," there was one close by with a small round animal upon her shoulder. They weren't in sight quite yet, but as the girl and "familiar" moved along, the animal seemed to be leaning its face towards the girl's ear.
"Eunomia... I'm sorry that I had to come get you... but I think I am going to need help on assessing this... um... cat situation." The manx had found the girl before she left work and filled her in as best as she could on the situation of the mysterious people turned into cats. It took a moment to convince the dark haired girl that being with the cat counted as not patrolling by herself, but now the pair were out and about seeking more star-marked cats.
However, the manx rather suddenly seemed to perk up, ears absolutely alert as she turned to face the skate park nearby. "...there's something over there..." Something that was making her brain itch.

Eunomia still wasn't convinced this was absolutely kosher, and was already acutely paranoid they were going to run into something they couldn't handle as a cat and senshi-with-no-grasp-on-her-attack.
She had almost given no thought to ********* explanation of the fiasco earlier. People turning into cats had been filed away under 'too weird to react to', and any consideration given to the notion was ended abruptly with a blank expression and a subject change.
"Yeeeeah," She droned out when ********* said 'cat situation'. But the cat's sudden reaction to something over there put her right back on edge, especially when she couldn't sense anything herself.
"...Anything bad?" She asked as she started tentatively creeping towards the skate park in the hopes of seeing whatever it was before it saw them.

Feliks attempted once again his newest planned move. It involved a lot of momentum so off he sped down the ramp attempting to stay as low as he could.
The wind was whipping through his hair as he raced down and then up the other side a few times working for the momentum he needed, each hang time getting longer. Of course when something goes up it must come down. Feliks' attempt at the final jump ended with him missing the landing by half an inch and he had to tuck and roll.
Incidentally the direction he rolled was towards a creeping senshi and a round furball of a cat. Not that he saw them because he was busy trying not to break something.

Keeping to her shoulder perch, the manx turned slowly so her maw would be at the dark haired girl's ear. "One thing good, one thing bad..." she said in response to the question. "...there's definitely a youma in the area... but there's also..."
A crash in front of them occurred just as she was about to reveal the "good thing." It was a red haired individual, though it was hard to tell at the moment what the tangled mess in front of them was. Boy or girl? So many boys grew their hair out long these days, such being the case for this individual. It made it very hard for the feline to see this person's facial features.
"...that..." she lamely ended her statement, seeming to grow quiet in her current spot. People usually didn't seem to react well with a talking cat from her previous experiences (though there were always the outliers like Ridley who embraced it the very moment ********* first spoke to her). All the tailless animal knew was there was also a senshi that needed to be awakened, though she hadn't even gotten the time to explain that to Eunomia, thanks to the crash landing.

"Eeewugh."
If a grimace could be audible, then that was the sound it'd make, and it was the sound that Eunomia made herself as she side stepped and then moved to lean over the boy who'd just escaped his crash landing. Just because she was powered up didn't mean she had any kind of internal voice telling her not to approach people the same way she would if she was in her jeans.
"You okay, dude?" She asked him, ********* mysterious 'that' being shuffled to the back of her mind. She even extended her gloved hand to help him up

He'd stopped rolling on his face. Feliks twitched for a second, after hearing two voices. He was pretty sure he'd heard two voices either, both female? Maybe.
"I meant to do that." He muttered unsticking his face from the ground. To look at the.... ".... aren't you one of those terrorists?" He asked looking curiously at the woman. He took the offered hand up though, taking a moment to brush himself off.
Then he was looking around, seeming to be a little confused. There had been a second voice right? Oh well whatever, "Or are you just dressed up to look like one of those terrorists?"
She was kinda tall, considering; but 'cute'. She was probably just being nice, Feliks chuckled. "Apparently my timing was off, or I had a wrong angle..." His board had rolled to a stop a little ways away from him. He moved to quickly flip it up and hold it. "I'm Feliks." Yup he totally didn't mind that she looked like a terrorist.

The cat could never be accused of being a shy one. She easily sat there on Eunomia's shoulder, leaning in like she was totally apart of the conversation. Her eyes were easily upon the boy, who by this point she had already figured out was a senshi. Unfortunately, she hadn't gotten the chance to inform Eunomia of such, but she'd find out soon enough.
Especially with the youma wandering about nearby. For a moment, the feline stopped looking over the skater boy so she could give Eunomia a nudge. It was a silent reminder that there was a youma nearby.

"We're not terrorists!" Eunomia huffed as she put her hands on her hips. Yeah, it was insulting on a pretty basic level to be called a criminal when you hadn't even done anything, but there was a certain sort of culture she was raised in that made it sting especially bad every time it was brought up.
********* nudge reminded her that now also wasn't the time for media-deprogramming-and-education time.
"We're the good guys, and if you want to live and see proof, you might want to take a step back," She said with a slight finger wag, turning her attention towards the feeling of dread and Chaos approaching quickly.

Feliks paused looking at Eunomia as she huffed, "Woah chill out chick. I'm just sayin' what the news was sayin. You guys don't look like the criminal type, more like cheerleaders...."
He had glanced at her Fuka curiously. Yup totally cheerleader style. "Huh, live?" He tilted his head before actually taking a step back, what was she talking about? Glancing around to see whatever she was talking about. "... I don't see anything that looks like it'd kill me."
He was actually double checking his skateboard. Almost wondering if there was an axe murder around, or if he should stop watching those horror movies.

It wasn't one of the many cats that had been in the city, but ironically, a very canine-like Youma seemed to stalk out from its hiding place. In all honesty, it looked like a rabid dog on steroids with two heads. One head was foaming, and the other barked out viciously. It then pounced at the spot where the boy had once been.
The barking head snarled out "Starseeds!" before lunging at the senshi.
As firmly as she had been on her perch, the moment the youma started to attack, the poor guardian seemed to topple off of Eunomia's shoulder, landing rather solidly on her four paws.

In the split second Eunomia had to brace herself for the attack, all she could do was put her arms in front of her to block the tank of lunging teeth. She still sucked at dodging. "Guh," The foaming head was visibly disgusting. Dogs were disgusting.
She made a blind attempt to plant her boot in it's belly while it attacked her. Right now her only plan was to try and get it back enough she could slow it down with her attack and maybe get skater-victim to run in the process.

"Holy cannoli!" Feliks gapped as some two headed freaky dog showed up and started attacking the senshi. "Dude did that thing get in some bad chemical waste or what?" He backed up again looking at his skateboard....
Terrorist chick looked like she needed something to hit it with. "Here Cheerleader." He rolled the board towards her. "Just don't break my board. It took four paychecks to get that." He said watching the cat as it had toppled off. Yup he was going to let the terrorist handle that dog.
However, he wasn't very sure about picking up a cat that was close to some rabid-mutant dog. Where was batman when you needed him?

********* was quite a capable guardian, and as soon as she landed, she practically was running to get out of the line of fire. Right now she wasn't going to be dealing with the youma.
She had something more important to deal with.
Once she felt she was a reasonable distance away, she rather quickly did her common place back flip to summon up two objects. However, once the objects had clattered on the ground, she saw something which made her shout out.
"....oh my god he's Victoria!" The symbol on the henshin pen was one she knew to heart, which meant that this boy was one of her girls! The last one of her girls too!
As much as she wanted to dance about in glee, now was not the time for such. "Hey you! Get over here and pick this pen up! Then shout out 'Victoria Power, Make-up!' Do it do it do it!" The manx bobbed up and down in front of the henshin pen.
The kick caused the youma to cough up a bit of foam which landed on the ground. However, attacking it made it get angrier, which the non-foaming head started to snap in Eunomia's direction.

Eunomia was seriously wishing her fuku didn't come with gloves as she tried to use her nails in the neck of the snapping head to keep it away from her chest and face. She hesitated and uilt up a bit of force to shove it and quickly hit it with a shout of "Eunomia's Good Order!" Slowing it down enough to jump back and grab the skateboard offered to her. "No promises, kid!" She shouted, running to whack the snapping head with all the force she could.
And then ********* was yelling something about Victoria, and she was distracted enough to stop to look back with a, "Who?"
