Kaidan walked the streets of the city alone, a frown on his face. "I can't believe I messed up such a simple spell." He sighed. He had no idea what world he was in, but he had to get home somehow. Sadly, that would have to wait, as a group of three large men walked up to him, ordering him to give up his money. He tried to cast a spell to stop them, but it didn't work so well. He was surrounded, and he wasn't much of a fighter, so he was probably gonna be hurting for a while when this was over.

Fraya was coming back from the shop with some sweets for the movie she was wanting to watch. she noticed the group of guys surrounding someone and she slows down seeing that they where surrounding one of the males. he was smaller then the others and looking alittle scared. she set the snacks down and picked up a board that was against the wall "leave him alone" she tries to get in there to keep the other from being hurt. she was rather scared but tried to seem brave.

Kaidan watched as the girl came to his aid. The elf mage didn't care about male pride at the moment. He was just glad someone came. The leader of the thugs smirked at the girl. "Who's gonna stop us, little one? You? Hah!" He said with a smug grin. Kaidan, noticing that one of the other two was distracted, kicked him in the groin. If he was gonna get hurt, at least he'd help this girl who stuck her neck out for him. The leader glared at him, leaving himself open for the girl to hit him.

She smirked when the boy kicks one of the men in the crotch she takes that as a good way to fight back. she hits the leader hard across the face with the wood then hits him it the stomach and kicks him in the chest knocking him back

Kaidan smiled as the girl smacked the leader. The leader and his goons ran off in a panic, and Kaidan looked over at his savior. "Thank you. Those guys would have seriously hurt me if you hadn't stepped in."

"I hate to see people being picked on." she tosses the board down and walks back over picking up her sweets "your not from around here are you?"

Kaidan shook his head. "No. I just moved here a week ago. However, my house had a gas leak and burned down."

"I didnt think there was any fires around here but i guess im mistaken" she shrugs and starts off down the road "you really need to be careful when your in the dark allyways.."

Kaidan nodded. "Yeah." He said, a frown on his face. He felt a sense of culture shock here. He was cut off from his home and family, stranded in a new world. He knew no one here, and he had no magic. He had to get home. Staying here would be dangerous, if more people like those thugs showed up.

"you are homeless now are you not?" she said having reached the end of the allyway. she looks back at him "there is a place near mine that help people out.. sortof a homeless shelter.. might help you.." she motions for him to come. she always had a hard time leaving people in need.

Kaidan nodded, following the girl off. The elf had no clue about this world, but this shelter was probably the safest place for him.

She kept her walk slow til he was walking next to her. "I am Fraya by the way.." she gave him a soft smile "and you might want to get some new clothes.. they will help you there to get new clothes.." she smiled friendly at the man.
