Appearance: Caterina has chocolate-brown hair that is in odd choppy layers until you get to her chin, and then it falls straight to her lower back. Sometimes it is worn in a ponytail and butterfly clip. Even more rarely does she put it in two long braids.
Her skin is fair, she has olive-green eyes, glasses, and keeps her nails moderately long and unpainted. She also doesn't wear much make-up except for eye-liner and maybe a little lip gloss.
Her clothes are usually black, gray, or brown dress pants and some sort of blouse that usually ties in the back around the 'empire-waist' area. She hates wearing sleeves, unless it is a sweater or jacket. Her shoes are usually obscure slip-on flats. She very rarely accessories, usually already having several ponytail holders around her wrist.

Personality: Caterina is somewhat of a 'silent force' in the workplace. She does her work with gusto and dedication, putting her heart into the cases placed before her, but has a bad habit of 'going it alone.' She hates to ask others for help, feeling as if she'd just be a bother. Her self-esteem has a lot of lows and highs, though more lows than high.

Along that same line, she doesn't often let her negative emotions manifest them self. She is good at bottling things up and showing little trace that she is doing so. Granted, she is normally a very quiet lady anyway.

But this quiet girl is no chicken. When it comes to action, she'll jump to it, but again, usually prefers to go it alone, recklessly putting herself out there to do what needs to be done. She has a very strong sense of duty.

People always say, after all, that it is the quiet ones you have to look out for.

Even with friends, Caterina is still the reserved type, prefering to keep her opinions and ideas to herself, but has no fear of going out and trying something new, although she does have a bit of a pride issue that keeps her from doing anything too wacky or embarrassing. She cares very, very much for how other people see her. It perhaps matters to her more than it should. She always wants to be seen in the absolute best light possible, and is actually quite sensitive to other people's negative opinions about her.

But again, Caterina is the kind of person that internalizes her pain. Mulling over it for hours on end, she focuses hard on what she needs to do to improve. However, she seems to miss the point that you can't please everyone, and opinions are like assholes - everyone has one, some people's are just bigger than others.
