Welcome to Element's Realm, a unique roleplaying guild where you recieve elemental powers in accordance to whichever element you choose. The highest level in this guild is the master position, and while they may be open you have to prove yourself in order to become a master. One step lower is the apprentices. Not having quite as much skill and power as the masters, they train in battle and roleplays and if you prove yourself you may become a master.

Rules-Follow the Gaia ToS -No flaming or racial comments -No godmodding in roleplays. We can't stress this enough!For those of you who don't know what godmodding is, here is an example. What NOT to do: He sliced her wrist and her hand fell off. What TO do: He sliced as he went for her wrist. -No killing. Unless the victim never wants to be in the RP ever again. - Read the first post of every thread you enter! Some threads are meant for specific things, like banners or announcements, and outside commentary will not be allowed in this threads. In roleplays, be sure to put outside comments in (( )). The topic titled "Wahah! I did it!" is the main chatting thread in this guild. -You cannot be in more than one element at once! Any powers you had are lost when you transfer to a new element. -Also, make sure to check up on the 'Updates' thread every once in awhile; Information posted in there will not necessarily be moved into here. ^^ Also: Every couple of weeks there will be a member clean out. If you have less than 10 posts you will be banned from the guild. This is not because we hate everyone, it's just so that we don't have hundreds of inactive members clogging up the system. And here's a bit more from Walk! ^^ The Walking Contradiction Hey, everyone! It seems, in my few days absenses, that everything has calmed down, and everything's nice and neat. LET'S KEEP IT THAT WAY. He he he! ^.^
Anyway, this'll be nothing too major, just some things to make sure the guild stays nice. RULES
TOS rule - Although we've never had a problem with this, please follow the TOS.
On-topic rule - Please, unless otherwise stated by the owner, please don't post randomly in the threads. Stay on topic!
Forum rule - Make your topics in the appropriate forum! We have a roleplay forum, a spam forum, and forums that act as bases for the elements. Organize, people! >XO
Random rule - Now, instead of stating that ALLOW randomness in your thread, you must state that randomness is DISALLOWED in your thread.
In other words, in the first post, the thread creator must state that randomness is NOT allowed. Thus, if they say nothing about it, it's ALLOWED. This is to prevent any accidental off-topic posts in threads, and thus reduce the number of punisments we have to issue. Anyway, thanks.
And, if you do make a thread, as long as it's in the right forum, we don't care. It's fine. Go ahead. Yay.
Punishments
Well, you knew it'd come. Finally, we have a punishment system for rulebreakers. No more chastizing, no more rude PMs, if you don't follow, you get THE BELT!
Also, not every rule carries the same punishment. Breaking something as simple as the thread rule isn't nearly as bad as breaking the TOS rule. Well, here it goes.
First punishment - ...OK, maybe you get ONE rude PM... ^.^���
Second punishment - A PM, and a 50g payment. ...To the guild. I'm not that poor! DX<
Third punishment - A PM, and a 100g payment.
Fourth punishment - Banishment for three days. And, of course... a PM.
Fifth punishment - Banishment for five days.
Sixth punishment - Banishment for a week.
Seventh punishment - Banishment for two weeks.
Eigth punishment - You've caused too much trouble. You're gone, until further notice.
OK, now that you know the punishment, here's how they work. If you break a rule, then you go up one punishment every time you break it. If you break the TOS rule, then you start straight from the third punishment, and you go up one punishment every offense.
For example, if you break the forum rule, you get a PM. Break it again, you have to pay 50g. Next time, 100g. Then you're banished for three days. Et cetera, et cetera.
But, if you break the TOS rule, you automatically owe the guild 100g. The next offense, banned for three days... Get it?
And, moderators... Please, do your job! Don't leave it to us Vices! You can PM and ban members, and report other mods! Please, don't slack! DX Anyway, just follow the rules, and you'll do fine.
Also, I'd like no one to post in this thread, unless it's SPECIFICALLY ABOUT A RULE OR A PUNISHMENT!!! PLEASE, I BEG OF YOU, NO RANDOMNESS!!!. Thanks!

Masters and Apprentices
There are 4 master positions availible to each element, 2 male and 2 female. If you become a master, you will be given mod powers. Create a sticky (if one isn't already created) and use that to write the names of your apprentices.
If you do become a master, do your best to look the part. For instance, an ice master shouldn't be wearing all red. For apprentices it isn't as strict, but encouraged. It just makes pictureing things in the RP easier.
Also, no more elements will be created. We have enough as it is.
