Released for 3DS on October 18.
Anyone give it a try or thinking of it? Thoughts?
I had pre-ordered this myself. I think it's fairly fun and it succeeds in killing some time. It follows the pet simulation and mini game formula with a slightly morbid lighthearted twist and nearly one hundred badges to collect.

Yeah, I was really curious about what that game is about. Is it just kind of like Nintendogs with zombies instead?

That's a good way to sum it up. If you like pet simulation games it's worth giving a shot.
There is some more freedom in raising them. You can nurture (feed brains, pet zombie, etc) or torture (set on fire, use shock collar, etc). You pick one type of zombie and as you level up unlock the rest. Also all game shop items, mini games, etc are unlocked through leveling up so it has potential to outlast Nintendogs with maintaining interest.

I do not like pet games that much but the premise of it just sounds too ridiculous to not want to try. Torturing sounds a little dark though. o_o Edit: on a related note, this game just came out on Newgrounds: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/581901

I was wondering for a bit why the game was never mentioned on the eshop. sweatdrop Perhaps for that very reason.
Nice game! It's quite detailed.

I think I will wait on Pet Zombies until the price drops.
Next game I know I'm getting is Mario Kart 7.
