NonStopStates is a Hetalia-esque dressingroom roleplay. States, territories, and all kinds of cities have been taken from their everyday lives and placed inside Headquarters, a small town with a mind of its own, along with many powers. Lots of crazy things happen at Headquarters, some fun, some horrible, and some just plain wacky.
There is no application process, we simply ask you make a character journal, read the
f.a.q., and fill a small profile! After that, you’re ready to play!
