Dice Roll Results: 1-5 = Pokemon Encounter 6-20 = Puzzle 21-65 = Nothing Happens 66-70 = Damage Event 71-80 = Find an item 81-85 = Pokemon Encounter 86-100 = Nothing Happens The kitchen is surprisingly modern. There's a full set of culinary tools that seem brand new and there is even electricity and running water. Basic kitchen devices such as an oven and a stove are present. No microwave though. There is a refrigerator, but it seems glued shut... There are also cabinets and pantries waiting to be plundered. You will be able to open some only to find...bread crumbs. Others will be glued shut like the refrigerator.

Ren sighed, not used to holding a pokemon in it's arms. It was nice though, honestly. Having his own companion. The Rattata seemed to enjoy being pampered too, smiling as it rested peacefully in his arms.
He looked back at Jack, to see if he was still following. "Hey, there's a room up here, I'm going to go check it out!" He moved into the kitchen, giving a quick look around the room. Mmmmm, a fridge and some cabinets? Well this looked good! He began wondering around, looking through things to see if he could find anything useful.

Zubat's HP 800/800 Ice Jack followed Ren to the kitchen, peeking around. He blinked, confused about why some things were off - like a kitchen with no microwave. He slowly walked in, being careful to balance the sweet zubat that rested on top of his head. "This place is strange." he said, opening one of the cabinets that weren't glued. "Crumbs? No food here." He said.

You notice on the refrigerator, there are a series of indents that don't quite look natural.  What could it possibly mean? quote the mule when you attempt to actually do something

Ren moved, trying to open it... But, it was glued shut. "Mmmm..." He paused, staring at the indents. What the heck? It almost looked to in a pattern of some sort. This house just got stranger by the second...
He honestly didn't know what to with it, so just shrugged and continued looking around. " No food? That figures..."

Zubat's HP 800/800 Ice Jack stared at the indents for a moment and tilted his head. "Looks like someone was having fun. Who in their right mind would take the time to poke holes in the fridge?" He asked Ren, looking away from the fridge. "I guess they were bored." He turned his back to the fridge, not knowing what to do with it exactly. "Oh look, running water!" He said and ran over to where the water was running.

Ren continued to look around, looking a bit annoyed as he held his pokemon close to his chest. Why did he decide to team up with Jack again? He smirked a bit, looking back at his fellow man, " At least they don't try to balance pokemon on there head." He responded, thinking it funny that Jack was questioning other peoples logic.
The Rattata rubbed its head up against Ren's chest, ahhh, this was the life for he little pokemon.

The lights to the room start flickering. Huh, well that can't be good. It flickers several times before the room is encased in darkness. It is now that you realize...you have no clue where the light switch is. Well that's wonderful. Might as well feel around for it... You can choose ONE option 1) Next to the fridge 2) Next to the door 3) Next to the pantry 4) Next to the stove 5) Under a cabinet 6) Behind the fridge?! whoever replies first gets the choice

Zubat's HP 800/800 Ice Jack didn't like the dark. He put his hands straight out and moved them around. He had glimpsed around the room when the light flickered, but he didn't see a light switch. At least, he didn't notice one. He moved around the room, feeling anything he could. He made his way to the stove. Stove sometimes have light switches, so he felt around the stove to find the switch and flip it, if there was one.

There was a switch on the stove and it did provide some light...but it also caused something else. It first started out as a gust of heat coming from the stove but soon turned into FIRE. It was like the stove launched a flamethrower attack and the heat burned anything close to it.
Ice Jack's pokemon takes damage equal to whatever I roll.
1 = miss
2-5 = your pokemon takes 100 damage pushing you out of the way
6 = your pokemon takes 200 damage pushing you out of the way.
2/2 events finished, leave the room after writing a reaction post to the damage you receive ovo b

Zubat's HP 700/800 "What just happened?!" Ice Jack exclaimed as the fire hit his pokemon. The poor zubat, taking the damage instead of him! He held the zubat close to him after it was hit, petting it. He looked over to Ren, his eyes looking up at him all teary-eyed. "Lets get out of this room before anyone else is injured..."

Ren couldn't help but think 'awwww' at Jack's reaction. It was obvious that he loved his pokemon as much as he loved his as well. "Alright Jack. We can go.". The Rattata looked concerned as Ren exited the room, hoping that his Zubat friend was okay.
