::Raccoon City:: ::Streets:: The city of Raccoons, a place run by a corrupt medical company who bought and paid for the residents. It's your first day on the job, and you've just arrived but already you sense everything is too quiet. You pull in to a local diner because you're not awesome, you do not get the Leon route, and in a completely Claire Redfield-esque fashion you get jumped by zombies and stuff. I suppose I could provide a better setting, but who cares about that right? Especially when you have bigger fish to fry. You are one of the few survivors of a zombie apocalypse, and now you're standing smack in the middle of a town filled with human munching, brain dead monsters. Your only mission is to survive... ...and also to wrack up a high score! Here's how the game works. Quote: You are a survivor! Though you're trapped in the city, you also met some dude you thought was a flasher when he pulled open his coat, but he was actually a merchant! He says you could win big if you help him in the business of zombie killing; and buddy, business is booming. Also, "what'ya selling?", and "What'ya buying?". He also occasionally says "I'll buy it at a HIGH price!". We're pretty sure we don't want to know what 'it' is... The Rules
-You may kill one zombie per turn at first, then an extra zombie per post! (So 1 first turn, 2 the second, 3 the third). One zombie is worth one point! -There are also big monsters transformed by the virus, who can give extra points! But they're also super scary, wooooh~ (Appear as NPC Bosses occasionally) -The person who wracks up the most points, will be our super epic zombie hunter of doom! Yus! And with that title, comes great responsibility...and a prize! -If you get hurt in a zombie attack, but survive it, you can heal with a First Aid Spray! You don't start with one of these, so be careful! -First Aid Sprays can be bought by paying with 10 points (the points you earn for zombie killing). A steep price, but if you die...well...you're dead! -If you get killed, you can use a Zomb-Aid to revive as one of the hungry undead! As a flesh nomming monster, you can earn 15 points for devouring one of your human former friends!
The game will end at Midnight, Nov. 1! Quote: Locations in Raccoon City
* RPD Police Station * The Clocktower * Raccoon City Hospital * Umbrella Secret Underground Facility * Raccoon City (Streets, etc.) Quote: Enemy Guide
* Zombies (Kill 1 per-post, 1 additional zombie each post after that. You do not require a mod to NPC them) - 1 point each. * Licker - Agile, crawling creatures with long tongues capable of piercing a human torso. Cannot see but have inhuman hearing. (NPC - Mini-Boss) - 5 points each. * Mr. X - Large humanoid monster in a long, black coat. Superhuman strength, durability, agility. (NPC - Boss) - 10 points for a knockdown, 15 points for a kill. * Tyrant - Large, humanoid monster with a massive claw arm and a visible heart. (NPC - Boss) - 10 points for a knockdown, 15 points for a kill. * Nemesis - Large, deformed monster in a black coat. Capable of wielding human weapons, usually a rocket launcher. Intelligent and relentless. (NPC - Boss) - 10 points for a knockdown, 20 points for a kill. * William Birkin (G-Virus Monster) - Creator of the G Virus and T Virus researcher, injected himself with his own G-Virus to escape capture by Umbrella. Large, intelligent, relentless creature. One strike may result in complete infection and/or death. Evolves with each knockdown. (NPC - Final Boss) - 15 points knockdown, 25 points for kill.

Izaya Amatsu "YOU'RE DEAD!!!" Knuckles met bone, and the sickening sound of skulls cracking under the vicious pounding of his fists quickly faded as the sonic boom of the strike went flying, along with battered brains. As the body of the once zombie hit the ground, Izaya gave a feral grin and raised his fist, eyeing all of the walking dead gathered in the street as they shambled closer to him moment by moment. "Come on, your a** is mine." 'Izaya Amatsu knows no fear!?'. That probably would have been the first thoughts of the monsters if they had the ability to think about just what trouble they were getting into, but instead all they did was moan back with a pathetic amount of hesitation, not even stalling like he thought the shattering of one of their comrades might have done. Some things he guessed you just couldn't beat into the walking dead, and in this scenario the one who was going to be in the most trouble was probably himself. But that was okay, because Izaya wasn't going to be afraid either...not of some stinking dead bodies anyways! He might break his own bones throwing them like toys, or he might wind up burying himself in a mound of foes, but there was no way he was going to lose just because a few shambling idiots thought they could creep up on the god of destruction!

Al AzifThere was always a lot of evil in the world. This was something Al Azif knew, deep in her heart. And it was to deal with this omnipresent darkness that the world required a savior, somebody who would step up to fight the darkness. Yes, somebody who would hold the flame of righteous anger in their heart, and stand up against the forces of evil. More practically speaking? There were zombies to kill, and Al Azif had never been more ecstatic in her entire life. After all, it was true that no matter how hard you tried, you couldn't really destroy evil. It wasn't a thing, it was a concept. However, it was perfectly possible to kill evil stuff, and zombies rampaging around a town were perfectly satisfactory choices. The girl really wanted nothing more than to jump out there and go kill every zombie in her path, but for now, she needed to pay more attention to exactly what kinds of zombies were here... how fast they were, what their senses were like, and so on. Which was why the girl allowed the flame of justice to burn steadily brighter in her heart as she waited... and waited... until finally, there was just one zombie in the area for her to target, and the athletic girl began running forward. The zombie did have enough time to turn its head... before a pair of boots slammed into them, and following that, crushed the zombie's head against the wall. Al sprang backwards a moment later, landing lightly on the ground as she surveyed her handiwork. That was one minion of evil down... and there were still hundreds to go. Oh, yes, this was going to be fun. Quote: Zombies killed this post: 1 Zombies killed total: 1

Yue Adomachi "Unfortunate Junior Brother, Hermit's Philosopher, and Scrappy Protector" Yue cursed under his breath. Separated from his sister again. You know what made it worse than being separated from his crazy a** sister? Well, when he put it that way it wasn't that bad. But she would have been great company about now.
Since he was running down the street, trying not to run out of breath cause of the fact he was running from undead zombies with the munchies. What. The. Hell. Well...might as well put up a fight to live, if he really had to. He stopped, wheeling around to a zombie with the knife he held in his hand. He shouted and swung his fist at teh zombie's face, stopping its run dead right there as its head turned to the side. But it merely staggered a bit before trying to rush him again. It groaned and grabbed his arm. Yue shoved the knife into its arm, then jerked it out and pushed the blade of the knife right into one of its eye sockets. "Ugh. Damn that's nasty." He muttered, lifting his shoe and using it to kick the zombie off the knife. This was going to be a looooong "vacation."Quote: Zombies Killed In Post: 1 Zombies Killed: 1

Yue Adomachi "Unfortunate Junior Brother, Hermit's Philosopher, and Scrappy Protector" Barking. Barking? Oh s**t, really? He could hear barking and people shouting in pain. Not a good combination. "Don't tell me there are animals too...." He muttered. This knife wasn't gonna be enough in a while, or his fists, for that matter. Suddenly he wished he had his gauntlets. Should he go towards the barking sounds? Or...maybe just nearby. A zombie suddenly leaped onto his back. "Holy--!" He exclaimed, his heart pretty much beating out of his chest. He elbowed it and kicked it off him after turning fast, grabbing the collar of the shirt and jamming the knife under its jaw and twisting. No freaking way these guys were gonna take him, not today! He pulled the knife free and spun on the spot, grabbing another zombie near him trying to run at him, and giving it a good eye full of knife blade. He quickly let the zombie go and ran down teh street, stopping and hiding as he spied the scene. Dogs. F**king zombie fidos!? Great...he looked at the sign of the shop, trying hard to ignore the sound of the live people getting attacked. It was a little hard though, but he did see it was a gun shop. Oh god a gun shop. Like heaven in something like this. But...the hellhounds...hmm, he couldn't just go charging in there.Quote: Zombies Killed In Post: 2 Zombies Killed: 3

Al AzifKnife and boots versus pack of zombie dogs... not smart. A splatter of red hit the ground as Al sliced through one zombie's muscles, severing the bits that give it its nasty strength before plunging her weapon through its throat hard enough to behead it. Well, she had to admit, it would be lovely to have a Sniper Rifle of Justice right about now; not that she didn't enjoy crushing the forces of evil with her kicks, but zombie dogs were a totally different type of opponent, and she definitely wanted to avoid getting swarmed. So... either wait for somebody else to handle them, or perhaps try to distract them and lead them away from the shop somehow. Al Azif was actually very confident of her ability to run, but she wasn't about to go find out whether or not she could outrun a pack of zombie dogs without observing for awhile, first. Which meant some sort of sound or smell to distract them? Whirling around another zombie that was coming her way, Al whipped her foot up fast enough to snap its neck and drop it to the ground... and stabbed through its throat to behead it for good measure, first. Right then... picking up the head by its hair, the girl whirled it around a few times before pitching it across the street and into a store that had remained largely undamaged thus far, creating quite a loud crashing sound; even before her improvised weapon had struck, the girl was hurrying the other way, to try and avoid anything else that might decide to come check it out. Hopefully, the dogs would get away from the guns for a moment... Quote: Zombies killed this post: 2 Zombies killed total: 3

Al AzifSilvery steel coated in red flashed under a light as a young girl carved through her opponent's neck part of the way, then kicked the head hard enough to rip it off the body of her foe. Yes, as long as she could keep taking them out this way, justice would most definitely prevail! A faint smile crossed Al's face as she crouched down again. As a protector of justice, she'd long since learned to understand street layouts, and these American cities were so easy to understand. She'd decided to loop around after working to create a distraction, and come at the gun store from the other side to see if it was safe to pick up any weapons that could be used for great justice. Didn't want to have that pack of doggies rushing her, after all... but, as expected, there were still a few enemies even in this alleyway, and a wide smile crossed Al's mouth as she surveyed the zombies in front of her. Her knife flashed again, reflecting the light as she ran forward, then jumped into the air and hit the next opponent in the chest with both feet, riding him right into the air before plunging the knife into his brain over and over, until the foe was still. By now, her beautiful white dress was pretty much covered in blood... and it wasn't likely that it was going to get any better. Fortunately, she still had quite a lot of spares at home, and she could find a change of clothes somewhere. Which didn't do a thing to solve the more immediate problem of the remaining enemy in the alleyway, and Al Azif lunged forward. If there was anything she had confidence in, it was her athleticism. A protector of justice had to be fast enough to respond to calls for help, and strong enough to deal with the situation! And also smart enough to know when to run away... for those who fought and ran away could serve justice another day. For now, though, she was having far too much fun. This was several of her dreams coming true all at once, after all. There was evil stuff present! It was killable! Innocents could be saved! Yes! Al AzifThree bodies hit the floor, still twitching, as a blood-soaked defender of justice looked down at them, a smile on her face. Blood-soaked zombies now. Falling like petals in spring. This is so much fun. Haiku. the girl composed. At least these Americans made good knives; she'd found it in the mostly-looted ruins of what was called a "Military Suplex" store (or something like that; her English wasn't particularly good), and it was suiting the cause of justice quite nicely. With that, however, the girl peeked out from behind a corner, though she frequently glanced in other directions to help avoid ambush. It was probably just as well that she had; Al raised up her knife and slammed it into the face of the zombie that had been coming up behind her, then kicked the beast in the chest hard enough to break several ribs before she cut through its throat. Right, then. An increasing number of enemies were being eliminated; more importantly, had her plan to draw the dogs away actually worked yet? She'd be glad to shoot them from a distance... but close combat was definitely the wrong plan there. Quote: Zombies killed this post: 4 Zombies killed total: 10

Al AzifNyeh. It hadn't worked. Sigh. Al considered her options for a few moments, rubbing her chin... then noted that one of the dogs had indeed broken away from the pack and come in another direction. A grin crossed her face, and the girl darted forward, running towards the dog. Being a sensitive animal, of course, it did notice her coming... but it wasn't prepared for a human that came flying through the sky, skirt fluttering up, to crash into its face with two feet used to hitting things hard. The bone of the dog wasn't quite enough to stand up to the heavy impace after Al crushed it into the ground, and the girl glanced over to look at the rest of the pack, then nodded. She just had to start working to draw them away from each other, and at that point, she could work to take them down. It did take a few moments to figure out how to attract each one's attention, but bit by bit, Al Azif began to whittle down the numbers of zombie dogs that were infesting the area. Right. Perhaps she could get that Sniper Rifle of Justice after all. Quote: Zombies killed this post: 5 Zombies killed total: 15 Hellhounds Killed: 5/10

Al AzifCarcasses were pretty much littering the streets by now, each with a head that had been thoroughly crushed or otherwise removed from functionality; it seemed to be the best way to get rid of them. Al panted slightly, having had to race around somewhat when dealing with all of those dogs. Definitely pack animals, those, but at least throwing her knife into one had distracted it long enough for her to deal with the other, then return for her weapon, and she'd taken out one more human zombie in the meantime as it had shambled up to her. Well, a few moments to catch her breath would be good; things were complicated enough, and she definitely didn't want to tire out too much this early on. Fortunately, she was used to running around a city all day, so all she really had to focus on, right now, was not overdoing it. Right, then. Time to step up, head out, and see what she could do about investigating this weapons store. There was probably something useful still there, right? Right? And if not, she could probably improvise somehow... nodding, the girl headed towards the store. Quote: Zombies killed this post: 6 Zombies killed total: 21 Hellhounds Killed: 10/10! Al AzifHmm. Sadly, no Sniper Rifle of Justice... but perhaps it was too much to expect that she would find such a lovely item just hanging around. On the other hand, there was a lovely machete in the area, a respectable improvement over the knife she'd been using, and the girl grabbed the weapon. It wasn't quite as fancy as the guns, but it could be a nice, steady improvement to her combat capability, and she didn't have to worry about losing it and running out of ammo or something when she needed it the most. With her new weapon in hand, the girl headed out of the gun shop and began heading towards the next source of the infestation, using both weapons in tandem to begin carving through the enemies that got in her way. Though, mostly beheadings, unless she had to stab them a few times to get them out of the way so she could finish them off properly. She was starting to get used to killing them now; she just had to be careful, and remember to not get overconfident... Minori Koroko What the... The girl couldn't help the chill running down her spine at the moans getting louder with each step she took. The deserted streets and the feeling of being watched didn't help either. Why had she accepted to come here? What really made her believe it was a good idea?! The revolver on her hand was held tightly, the blond preparing for whatever she might encounter. All the time, she muttered, reassuring herself that this was just a nightmare, and that she would be back home in no time. Yes, it would be no time before- A loud groan and bare teeth made her return back to the situation in hand...the horrid smell and the voided, milky...undead eyes indicating that this was as real as it could get. Her arm swung in the monster's direction, hitting it with the butt of her weapon just to make a space between them before, with a swift step back, a loud shot rang on the empty(?) streets. The creature collapsed to the ground, a newly formed hole where its eye had been making the blond's insides recoil. And just as if the noise had been a trigger, or the putrid smell had attracted more of them, groans and growls echoed from everywhere around her...Inside buildings, down the corners, behind cars.
How hadn't she noticed them before? They were everywhere. A small sigh escaped the girl's lips, before a non-humorous smirk curled the corners upward. "Well then... let's get this over with quickly." Fixing up her hat over her head, and curling her fingers around her weapon, Minori turned to face the upcoming zombies. They won't take her down here...Not yet.Quote: Zombies killed: 1 Total: 1

Al AzifIf people weren't fairly athletic to start with, it might have been a little harder to accomplish to start with... that was, whirling around and bringing the weapons one was using to bear properly, cutting through torsos, limbs, and mostly necks in order to defeat the swarms of undead that were in the area. Al raised her machete up, cutting through one zombie's arm before carving through its neck with one sturdy blow. In her other hand, her knife was being used more as a defensive measure, jabbing at any of her foes that got too close to help keep them at bay before she got around to finishing them off. Things were definitely looking up, however, as she got used to eliminating the foes that dared to rise up against goodness and truth. Indeed, the girl didn't feel very sorry, except for the fact that people had died to create these monstrosities; zombies were evil, and there was nothing for it but to deal with them as best she could. And for starters, that meant killing as many as she could to try and create an essentially safe zone where she could perhaps gather other survivors.
