Is there a breeding limit?

Like how many times a pony can breed? I don't think there's a limit on total breedings at the moment. In our main thread it states that ponies can only breed after 1 month of adulthood and they can only breed once every 2 months.

I'm also guessing the other restriction is non-rpers can only claim one slot a month while rpers could purchase as many as they've ponies eligible for/ and are open.
