✩ ѡеɭϲσϻе______________________________________________________We start with a poem about an object..It sat in a room alone by itself.
Staring with lifeless eyes into a mirror of knowledge and wealth.
It hears foot steps from time to time from children playing around.
It cries for help, to return the world to how it wanted it to be..
The it is a doll and it's truly a curse
The doll is a girl that is trapped with one reverse.
She needs to touch the mirror to obtain magic again.
And she does one day when a child saved the day..
...Or destroyed your fate...

((Thanks asian sushi for putting in the fanceh stuff for me ;w wink ) A new time and age_____________________________________Our story begins ______________________Or a renewed theme from the past..? .... And that child listened to that doll when she said, "Come here," when she said, "Bring me there, to the mirror," and when she spoke the last words before the world has changed it's form, "Bring my hand do the glass." The last action shattered the glass into small pieces, making it impossible to bring the mirror back together again. The child was pushed back and bleeding, for several shards were stuck in his body. The girl who was formally a doll...disappeared somewhere.
Humans changed. They could now cast spells or had mastery in a certain skill. Such sudden change brought confusion and chaos to the world, so that even Earth had change it's appearance. Countries were rearranged, renamed, and some even disappeared. Humans went to war with each other for almost a decade. Houses were annihilated and some became unfit to live in. That is, until the same boy that changed the world in one second stepped up to right the wrongs. He knew how to control the land, and was going to use it. His knowledge was received by the mirror, and the doll handed her wisdom that was also trapped in the mirror to him so that he could control the earth the way it was supposed to hundreds of years ago.
He spoke of putting an order together, a council of people he can trust. The few that were calm and collected about the whole situation were selected, and were treated with reverence as if they were royalty.
100 years have passed since the day the child took control and passed on. Over those years, unrest has accumulated among the ones that want the old world to return to its original state. The main conflict has been affecting one country more than the the others....the country of Rocao. Rocao is home to the council and two infamous clans that will fight to the end to get what they want of the world.
Operation Genjitsu (G.O.) is one of these groups, making their way through to destroy this 'new' world. They believe everything is a dream and try to do everything they can to destroy the dream and return to a world what they think is normal and real.
The other group is Dreamers, and will do anything to keep the world as it is now. Whether they believe this is the true world, or just want to stop G.O. from destroying innocents, or love magic and do not want to let such powers go, some of these people are very greedy and will do ANYTHING to get the G.O.s out of their way.
People who are not apart of either group are neutral, they are still involved with any fighting because of of rising conflict. The neutrals may even do odd jobs to help the G.Os, Dreamers, or both. Odd jobs consist of spying, making delieveries, or even helping them fight the other group.
Of course, as infamous as these clans are, they have headquarters. Over the years, Rocao has been divided by these two clans into 5 districts. The 1st District has the G.O.'s headquarters, while the 2nd District does not. Many G.O.s live in both, with the ones in the latter being less radical. The 3rd District is also known as Middle 3. The council's building is located here, and many neutrals, or citizens who do not have any power reside here to stay safe. Usually this is a safe place, but every once in a while, there is fighting. And lastly the 4th and 5th Districts hold the Dreamers. The Dreamer's head-quarters is in the 4th District having more neutral like Dreamers. The 5th District has more Dreamers who are more set on their ideas.
What will you do.
...Save the world? Destroy it? Stand by and watch?

Follow these..._______________________________The Rules 1. Follow the Guild's rules! I'll mention a few of them again in case you have forgotten them
2. Absolutely no god-modding. No one is perfect. Everyone has flaws.
xxxx- When you decide on a race, you may not be an angel or a demon. If you want to be a vampire, you are not a Twilight vampire (no Twilight will be involved in this rp). You will be a vampire that bleeds and is blinded by the sight of a Holy Cross! (Garlic and stakes are not necessary, because the vampires bleed anyway) There are many decisions for races! More information will be provided in the next post.
3. Cyber on your own time, such as via PM. If you don't want to do it that way, time skip. Please, we don't need to hear details..
4. Stick with the setting. You are in a small country known as Rocao, with 5 districts as described in my previous post. The weather, time, and day will be posted else where. Also, it is 100 years into the future! There is some high technology, but a lot of the technology we use today has diminished because of the magic that exists.
5. Post at least 1 paragraph (5 sentences) in your posts! It's good to have details about what you are talking about. And It makes it more interesting.
6. Have lots of fun okay? Okay! If rules need to be added, crew members or I will add them when necessary! Characters and Abilities_______________________________Races: Ever since the world has changed 100 years ago. Humans have evolved to fit the new fantasy world. Any race is fine except for godly races. (Angels and demons are a part of this group of godly characters.)
Abilities: Humans have not only evolved into different races, but have also acquired magical powers. Please read the below descriptions and your options!
xxxx Magi: Have gone through training to get where they are. In some cases, the training is more dangerous than others. Official Magis of the council must go through a magic academy with a diploma. They can have control over one main element, their powers must be related to this element. Magis must have an object to cast spells from, like a wand, an umbrella, a cane, spell book, etc. Each magi has one special curse they can use to caste on people.
xxxx Alchemist: These people are smart with the sciences and chemistry. They know the periodic table by heart and are sometimes naturally intelligent. To be on the council, an Alchemist must have a decree from an Alchemist Academy with the top diploma. Alchemist have control over one element, just like the Magis. They can also use other elements to draw their own main element and use it.
For example: You are an alchemist in control of water, you may draw water from the humidity in the air and use it to attack.
Another example: You are an alchemist in control of fire. Coal or a burnt piece of paper can be used to produce fire and attack.
xxxx Puppeteers: Usually artistic and graceful. They usually control animals, inanimates, or monsters to attack their opponents. To be on the council as a puppeteer, you must show that you are a great puppeteer by controlling several selected monsters at once and also must be able to control a doll or toy to their advantage. A puppeteer usually has a main animal or monster they use to control and fight. Skilled puppeteers can control dolls and toys as well as monsters
xxxx Swordsmen: Agressive, and loyal, most Swordsmen work for the council as a body gaurd or law enforcer. If they don't work for the council they are our citizens that have just been playing with toy swords since they were a child and eventually evolved to become skillful. To be a swordsman for the council, you must have gone through all the procedures for proper military training and have been placed in the highest rank. Swordsmen have the option to chanel elements through their weapons to attack or to continue building their strength.
xxxx Archers//Gunner: The requirements to be on the coucil are the same as the swordsman. But rather than being in the highest rank, you must have very good accuracy. The options for having elements or strength is the same as the swordsman.

The council: I have been talking about Rocao having a council. This group of people make the laws and are very strong. This does not make them invincible though. Because they are apart of the council, they are also bound do a law and contract assuring that they do not do anything rash to the country or world. This makes the council, kind of like an equal, except with a bit more power, so whether it is my decision for you to be apart of the council if you would like, or the captains of this guild, make sure you tell us. Only one of each skill can be apart of the exclusive group of people. The council usually just keeps people restricted by the law and helps keep the peace. ANYWAY the skeleton to be on the council is the same as any other character, you just have to ask if you can be apart of the council.. Understand? Oh goody :3 Now here is something you guys have all been waiting for. (lol i hope..>_> wink Color#1 is any color you chose to use! but make sure it is the same color all the way through okay? OKAY! Note: I don't know if the words turned out right on your guys computer screens... but if it didn't, let me know and i'll change it just for you. :3 One last thing, when you chose your ablilities, be sure it follows through with the same element. If you have one ability that has something to do with fire, all your other abilities must have something to do with fire as well.
