The model looks great though, good use of shading and highlighting, and the model looks very fitting for Tzeentch.

I keep growing tempted to stick it on a Disc, actually.
But, I just can't quite pick an idea I'd be pleased with. I was tempted to sculpt something warpy and magical. Maybe something all glowy and light blue, to give the impression it's lighting up his robes..

Perhaps warping faces. Or sculpt rippling effects emenating from his robes that merely extand on from a normal base, to make it seem as if he's warping the ground beneath him..

There's a few places I know that sell cheap, high-quality resin bases with various themes, if that's something you're interested in. I've gotten over 80 bases from Dark Art Miniatures, I like them a lot. Here's a link.
