HELLO and welcome to yet another little miniplot thread~! I know i know, the BIG meta is just over and you might be thinking WUT ANOTHER? Well trust me, this one is in no way as involved or BIG as the metaplot (Kudos to you GMs for running that and the players whom took part btw!) This is more of a plot that is meant to be fun and silly and laid back. I wont go deeply into details, because you will have to see them unfold, BUT i do need to have some notice if you wish to partake in a certain part of it! This is where you come in!
Who wants to have their characters be turned into a cute ickle guardian cat for a OOC week? >>
YUP you heard me. Something is going to be happening to Destiny City that, if you opt to have this happen, will be turning your characters in to cats for the time being! ICly, it will probably only span a few days, but OOCly we will give everyone a week to run around to their hearts desire!
There are some rules though so listen up!
Rules:
1- Firstly, You may only enter one character a piece in this! I am sorry but its more for management purposes.
2- They can be a powered character OR a civilian if you so choose! The GMs have also given permission for those without characters whom wish to play, to play disposables! So this will be open to everyone!
3- The rules for powered and civilian identities still apply. A nega cat may not find out the civilian identity of a senshi or vice-versa. A little unbelievable yes, but shop-breaking if it happens!
4- For the same of RP, feel free to RP the characters as growing feline like tendencies if you wish! Want to chase that bird..? Groom your fur...? Rake claws on the couch!? Have at it!
5- IF you are playing a powered character, then there are a few strict rules that apply to this.
- ALL of your powers while you are in cat form are negated. No senshi magic, no knight weapons, no nega weapons, NADA.
Teleportation and mirror-walking are also a NO.
One they will retain is the ability to sense auras when the other they are sensing is in powered form. So they will sense uniformed negas, uniformed knights, and senshi in their fukus etc. So they can tell if a cat is a enemy or not, they will be able to sense a aura around the cat as well. Either a 'good' aura or a 'nega' aura.
You will not be granted the full powers of a guardian cat. Real GC's still keep all their skills, but the 'fake' ones do not. Fake ones can not sense senshi in civilian form, they can not awaken senshi, and they can not summon senshi items.
The only power that these fake GC's will be able to keep is their natural cat abilities, like agility and claws, they can still speak human languages (hell probably even understand real cats as well!) AND their forehead lazerbeams. ****
**** Remember guys! the forehead lazers are pretty much a one shot per RP deal. They are sort of a last straw, a final attack, and are really powerful. These leave the cats REALLY drained and tired. For the sake of power level ranks, all stage 4's will be granted two forehead beams a RP. This power is left behind so the players are not left totally defenseless! If there is a giant ORP, the limit might be raised for forehead lazer beams.
I will be enforcing these rules guys! These rules are put in to place for the safety of your own characters identities while they are stuck in these forms.

You will not be able to RP your character in cat form until after a ORP for the cats happens! You should see the RP started the day after these sign ups close. So just wait for the go ahead guys!
