I am thinking about building a fairy deck. Any suggestions and where I can get most of the cards needed?

The new agent structure deck has a lot of angel support, so look into that.

My friend's deck is tech genus agents, with BLS and Gorz thrown in for the hell of it.
From what I've seen, the best angel support comes from having orange herald, Hyperion, and Venus + 3 shine balls.
For supporting this and fleshing it out, I'd look for a marshmallon and honest, plus looking up some of the new LIGHT support coming out in Photon shockwave.
IF you can, maybe also look into the fallen angels released in Legendary collection 2 (I'd suggest trading for them from people who go them), but generally keep just 1 or 2.
Other agents can complement hyperion, and would be necessary to make sure it's not rotting in your hand.

One of your best Fairy support cards would be Archlord Krystia, as well as the cards found in the Agent Structure deck. Also, as stated, you want to look into Herald of Orange Light.
