Squad ability is an instant gain
This ability has a technical two effect system that has no technical ending nor timed effect.
This squad ability allows the user to have one extra attack with their zanpakuto on each of the releases, same going for arrancar and their release attacks.
How the system works is by giving one extra attack in Shikai, and One Extra attack in Bankai if earned. This effect works by one extra attack in Sealed, Reserreccion, and Second Reserreccion if earned.
Even if it is a Plus 1 effect, if you have not yet earned a Release State, such as Bankai or Second Reserreccion, then you do not have a Plus 1, or any for that matter in that field what so ever and you must still earn the rank in which it allows you to call upon that ability in order to use it.

Spirit’s Biography: Jigen is one of the rare occurrences in Seireitei, it is a direct spiritual decedent of the "Cursed Sword" in the Gojiro Kiryu royal family. It's father is the Bleeding sword of Time and Space manipulation, a type of weapon found in the Gojiro Kiryu family somewhat often because of the family crest being of that of a combination of time and space in perfect unison. Jigen like it's father is somewhat darker than most zanpakuto because it wishes to follow in it's father's foot steps in order to be used in the countless murders, and hopefully be used to bring about the ultimate end of the Gojiro Kiryu family except for it's wielder, it's father's wielder, and the wielder of it's curse sword family.
Because Jigen is a spirit sword in which has the unnatural ability to manipulate time and space it creates a small break in the world that causes a cold air around the wielder that generates a red ice.
Inner World: A large world that has the main surface covered in snow that is being gravitationally pulled upwards from the ground as it turns red, while white snow falls back to the ground. Some of the snow moves at extremely fast speeds, all the way to some not moving at all while in mid air. Randomly in this world portals will appear and close. What is most important happens to be the large blocks of ice that float in the air, moving in a gravitational pool around a large ice structure that appears to be a red ice castle. The large blocks of ice appear to have small structures on them, and because of the portal that randomly appear they will vanish and appear somewhere else in the world, only to end back up in their original spot.

Shinkai Form: The sword quickly splits in half as what appears to be a clock made from red ice shoots in the middle, nothing holding it, and what looks to be little rips in the space time continuum appearing around the clock.. The sword itself becomes double sided in a sense that it has an edge on both ends of it's blade with the only blunt end appearing down the middle of the blade.

Shikai Release Phrase: Freeze their cadavers, Jigen bureiku!
Shikai Ability: The control of Time and Space with a Red Ice creation that smells of blood.
Shikai Attack One: Time lash - This attack causes the wielder to bring the zanpakuto to their body for a time control. This attack if they hold the blade pointing upward and move it backwards can cause time to shift backwards with the wielder able to move from their position as if they were able to shunpo away. However any damage taken onto the body cannot be reversed while they are reversing time. If however they move it slowly forward they can cause time to slow down in order to give them an advantage at moving what appears to be shunpo like speeds while the target almost seems to come to a pause. If the target is using shunpo it allows the wielder to see them in mid motion so as to position themselves to attack the target.
While casting this ability a glass like sheet of red ice appears beneath the wielder and follows them as they move, it appears because the blade becomes covered in red ice while it controls it's time manipulation.
Shikai Attack Two: Frozen Hell - This attack is a remake of Iraku's "Bleeding Hell" in which causes rips in space with a single portal appearing before the wielder. With this a set of 10 portals appear around the opponent, 5 circles around them horizontally, and the other 5 appearing above them. (Or 3 above them and 2 beneath if in mid air) At this time a large burst of cold air would whip around the opponent in the middle of all of these portals, and quickly after wards the wielder will usually stab through the portal in front of them so as to bring their blade out of all 10 portals at one time to generate a devastating 10 way stab. This portal can also be used for taking hold of small objects at a distance, or even communications at a distance.
Shikai Attack Three: Gravitational repel - This ability pulls upon the power over space in order to tamper with the laws of gravity. The initial ability pushes away enemies, to even attacks unless they are able to use a compressed enough attack to pierce through the nearly invisible barrier. During the summon of this attack appears a growing red frost in the air that shows the exact length of the 15 square feet in diameter around the wielder. Another version of this attack while on the ground is to make the gravity around the wielder 20 times heavier 15 squad feet in diameter around them.

Her Mask
Full Hollowfication
~Hollow Mask~
The Vizard remain in complete control while wearing their masks, the Vizard use their Hollow powers to augment their existing Shinigami abilities, granting them massive increases in speed, stamina, and strength. The only known side effect in donning their Hollow masks is the specific time limit, which varies from user to user. Fortunately, there is a remedy to this problem: Training (but to what extent is currently unknown). Every time their masks are used, the Vizard's voices echo as a consequence of both their normal voice and their inner Hollow's voice speaking simultaneously.
It is also known that during fights Vizard's Mask does cracks or even pieces falls off but they can repair their mask completely by using their reiatsu to do so as long their is a piece of their mask that still remains on their face. But if a Vizard's Mask is ever completely shatters off their face by an attack or even if the Vizard reach their time limit, the Vizard reverts back to normal and it will take them at least five minutes before they could go Vizard once again.
~Mask Protection~
Body damage can seemingly be ignored while wearing their masks, but this one factor that can cause the mask to crack or even chip faster.
~Power Augmentation~
With the acquisition of the mask through the subjugation of one's inner Hollow, Vizard gain access to an additional and separate source of power - aside from the Shinigami powers they already possess - Hollow powers. The accumulation of both powers greatly augments their powers beyond what a Shinigami and/or Hollow alone would be capable of.
~Reiryoku Enhancement~
Vizard have dual spiritual power of both Shinigami and Hollow, which enhances their abilities. Also while in Vizard the Shinigami seem to act a little more hollow like due to their hollow within them.
~Cero~
Vizard gain access to certain Hollow abilities, such as the Cero blast. To see the full description of cero go to the Arrancar Skeleton (New) and read it under the post that says "Hollow Abilities."
~Telekinesis~
Vizard apparently hold varying degrees of telekinesis; Vizards are only able to use this ability on their own zapakuto so with a flick of their wrist they could bring their blade back to their possession.
~Sonído~

Biography

Isabella Gojiro Kiryu was born to two captains of the Court Guard Squads, Kisara Kaicho and Reddeye Gojiro Kiryu. The pair were married when their daughter was born. As she grew, she lived within the Seireitei. Although she was mainly always with her father, Isabella started to pick up a bit of her father's psycho pathetic side. The only reason she didn't become a complete blood thirsty psyho is because her mother did try to teach her to not be before her sudden disappearance. From her mother's disappearance, Isabella spent all her time with her father. As she grew, she went to find her mother since her curious nature couldn't seem to be dulled. While she was away, her father supposedly was "killed" although the girl didn't believe that. She had been raised by her father and knew he couldn't die so easily and has always known, in some way, that he was really alive.
