The Purple furred, superslick obsessed moogle, Don Artemicion, or "Don Art", for short. Located in the undercity with his Band of Brigands known as the Striped Mafia. After being teased for having purple fur, taunted for using large amounts of superslick, and accused of being a horrible thief, the lone moogle took a dark turn becoming the leader of this deep undercity ring.
Always surrounded by his Four Girls and an assortment guards (all male, his "Girls" being the only female members of his Mafia) he will aid people, for a price, of course.
Also in charge of Black Market, many people become entwined in the dark dealing of this undercity mob lord and his wicked schemes.
