If you could have any job, be any expert, and be able to do anything you wanted as a profession (that's realistic) what would it be?

I'd want to have a job similar to that in the TV series, "Lie to Me" and assist in investigations, reaching the truth through applied psychology: interpreting micro-expressions, through the Facial Action Coding System, and body language.

I really like cooking. I think it would be great to be trained as a chef and then work in some small, cozy restaurant somewhere.

I enjoy cooking as well, but I don't think I could continue in the food industry. sweatdrop
I want to be a teacher for elementary level. I'd love to be a art teacher but just plain elementary teacher will work just as well.

I think I would like to own a gun shop/ firing range. I find shooting relaxing and I want to teach people that there is no reason to be afraid of a gun.

That's interesting, I'm not big on guns though on account of the noise. I had to drive down a road that went between a gun range and an airport for awhile. It was funny, if you didn't know that they were there...there was a sign that said private road, travel at your own risk. There was no explanation as to why the road was risky. I don't know, I found it amusing. d:

I don't know, I found it amusing. d: Heh. That is pretty funny. As far as guns being scary on account of the noise, some kind of ear plug would cut down the noise quite a bit.
