Something had crossed Jacques mind of late a silly pondering of a charismatic stallion more then anything, or perhaps an idea with merit. He was formidable on his own yes, but what if he had followers. A herd, could he create one? Were there other like minded souls for him to gather under his leadership. Well he could try it wasn't like he had anything to loose in such an endeavor.
For once he set out not looking for a meal, but for others like himself. Perhaps if he was lucky he could find himself a lover or two as well. He only hoped their were a few souls left awake at this late hour of the night.

The night had fallen, and all that glew in the suns glory was now faded into the shades of blacks and grays. It was time for Jazzy to play. She was alone, not bothering to be part of some herd that would only look at her with such disapproval eyes. tho, those eyes normally came for a reason, or her stirring up some trouble of course. She was in meadow, eating on some white daisies. They must have been her favorite. She liked to be out in the open, and not hidden in trees and bushes. They only made it harder on herself to keep track. And she liked to see what was around her. After a couple of midnight snacks, she thought she would go and play some. for she grew bored far to easily these days. she walked alongside the meadow, keeping an eye and ear out for anything that caught her interest. Perhaps a fox to chase? or an owl to scare. Jazmyn sighed, not finding a soul around her. what was there problems?! she couldn't have been the only thing awake at this hour. Till finally!! a sound arose nearby, and she stopped walking. Her ears at attention towards the sound, she was ready to run towards it, till she saw it was a stallion that came forth. She watched him, a little puzzled at the sight. Well! there were others like her. . . She didn't move nor make any sound, tho her green eyes slightly aglow in the dark. ' well, well, a stallion?. . . .'

Jacques sniffed the air and narrowed his red eyes. There was something near by, but it was always so hard to tell the difference between one smell to another on a night such as this. He flicked his tail, curious as to what might be lurking near by. He started to look about licking his long fangs out of habit. It also helped him pick up better scents of creatures around him. Soon he pin pointed the source and spotted the pair of glowing eyes. Now just how to react to this silent on looker? Normally he would hunt them down and drink their blood, but this time he was looking for followers.
"Greetings their fellow night walker, be you friend, or be you foe?" Night Walker now that was an interesting term he liked it. Without a worry or care he started to stroll towards the mare flexing his muscles making sure their would not be any chance of a fight breaking out unless necessary. Not that he couldn't fight he just rather silver tongue his way into things.

Jazmyn watched with eyes on alert, as this stallion came closer. Her ears twiched slightly at the sound of his voice. A mighty one at that. Tho, she stood her ground, not sure what expect from this night creature. that was a perfect term for him, it seemed. It wasn't till he came closer, that she noticed his large fangs that stood out. They carried the scent of blood on them still. This made her slightly giddy. What a creature! she had never seen one such as he. She listened still, and not move yet as he spoke. Her green eyes still slightly aglow, and as she slightly moved her head, they changed. Much like a cats. "foe? certainly not. . ." She shook her mane and walked to him, close enough to n** at his ear. She spoke into his, for she was close enough. " friend?. . . well, im not familiar with that term." She smiled, and turned on, her long tail dragging from under her. And her small beads she wore from her feathers making the light sound of almost bells. Jaz looked to the stallion again, feeling playful. " you. . . your not like others." she almost gave a delighted giggle. " you come from the shadows. . .literally." she again stay still, swaying her long tail once. "who are you?"

Jacques ears flicked watching the eyes with a hint of excitement reaching him as well. She was a brave mare for sure coming so close to him the blood in her veins called out to him like a fever. He hissed, but more in an alluring way then a threatening one. His fangs seemed scratch along an invisible barrier in front of her neck before snapping shut. Jacques pulled his head further away from her she wasn't afraid of him and she liked the night. These were good indicators that he should treat her as a real mare not food.
"No I'm not like others, are you?" His deep voice questioned her as he stared at her through his bangs. "I do, do you?" Jacques asked in quick replies to her questions. "I am Jacques Deshoulières, and who are you, you pretty little night mare?"

Jazmyns eyes flared with interest. Perhaps he wasn't so different from her, besides his fangs. and from the slight smell of blood, she knew he fead off of blood. For this stallion reeked from it. Not that is was a distasteful smell. For he smelled of the earth as well, and the night air. Normally one wouldn't be able to tell the difference in night air to day air. But there was a difference, just as much as if it were day, or night. Jazmyn smiled at Jacques. what a name, it was just as mysteries as he was himself. a name suitable for him, it seemed. She gave her tail another slow sway, as he bounced all the questions back at her. She was a little surprised this male would answer them truthfully. Or for what she thought was the truth. Being one of the night children, one had to think of some games to toys with others. Tho, there was no need to lie to another night child. No need at all. " i cant say i am." she said referring to being like others. She was different, that she knew. and much like Jacques here. Her lovely green eyes stayed on the stallion as she continued to answer his questions, it was only fair, she supposed. Tho, she gave a slight flick of her tail, and ears at the compliment Jacques gave her. She wasn't used to them. " Im Jazmyn. . .just jazmyn" she had no other name. But was always a little envies of those who had. a silly thing to be envies over she always thought. Her aglow green eyes looked behind Jacques, seeing if he had a herd. But no sign of any others. she walked some a little more into the meadow, instead of the outskirts of it. The moon seemed to liked to shine his light in meadows more it seemed. She turned her head to look at the stallion. "alone? you have no herd Jacques? or would you much rather have it that way?" She turned her slim body, so now she faced him completely.

Jacques followed the mare as she moved starting to circle her a little. To bad she did bare fangs, but she was still a child of the night he could tell that about her now. He licked his fangs again and flicked his bangs slightly while watching the moon reflect over her. "No you don't seem like a day walker to me. You smell as if only the night wind kisses your flesh."
Jacques pondered why she said her name as such. Just Jazmyn did she view her name as plain or did she search for a last name as well? It could mean so many things or her could just be over thinking it. "Jazmyn fits you I think."
"I am alone, but I do not wish it to stay that way any longer. I search for the like minded walkers of the night to follow my leadership and form a strong and powerful herd. Are you like minded Jazmyn? Tell me more about yourself if you might be interested in such a herd?" Jacques tilted his head and came round to face her square on.

Jazmyn wasn't all surprised to see that Jacques had followed her slightly into the meadow. His well built body seemed to block out any moonlight from where he stood, making shadows in the shadows of night. she listened to his words, processing them all as he spoke. She took this time to look him over, as he was now in moonlight. His body was black, with white incircles on him. She could see red on him as well, as in his mane and tail. She gave a little smile, as in approval. In all her years walking alone, she had never met one such as he, in looks and personality. She looked down some, when he mentioned that her name suited her well. She would have protested, if she didn't want this male to know her silly sensitivity in her name. Instead, she continued to look away from Jacques. Till he mentioned a herd. She ears perked, as well as her head. She was giving this stallion all her attention now. 'a herd?. . ' Jazmyn had never been in one before. She didn't like the idea of fallowing all others, who walked in their way. But, Jacques was different. He walked much like her, in the night. Jazmyn stood her ground as he came face on with her. This gave her some time to examine his face close up. she smiled. "a herd you say? to be honest Jacques, i'm not fascinated with that term." She was teasing of course, she could care less. But if perhaps, joining this herd with Jacques, would ease her boredom that came all to fast these days. She then trotted around the stallion, taking her time as she examined him. letting her long tail drag behind her. "but. ." she said as she came to a stop, facing him once again. "i am intrigued! this herd, will it ease my insanity?" it wasn't a serous question.

Jacques inched closer to her as she looked him over and processed his words. Getting used to not hunting everything with a pulse was going to take some time. His stomach rumbled slightly which made him wince trying to hide the sound. He would need to hunt later tonight for sure, but for now he wanted to spend more time with Jazmyn.
He seemed to be considering her statements, trying to figure out just how to answer her. Jacques took a step closer so that his hot breath seemed inches away from her before he grinned wickedly and whispered into her ear. "Ease it or perhaps encourage it. Either is fun if you ask me!"
