Anyone else see Jimmie plow the wall at Charlotte and fall 35 points behind Edwards? =P I know at this point he's still far from out of contention with Dega and Martinsville on the horizon, but one can hope =P

If there was any driver in that position that I would not count out, it would be Jimmie Johnson.
I'm not counting him out until he's more than a race's worth of points deficit and there's only one race left.

The way the race analysts were counting him out after Dover, then he wins Kansas and is suddenly the man to beat made me laugh a little.

Edwards hasn't shown a lot of strength but is very consistent. I think kenseth is the biggest threat to win it. Brad keselowski is somehow still in it and harvick needs top 5s or a win. Johnson is not going to overcome 50points in 4 races and was lucky to even win it last year.
