I heard about the story and just watched the CCTV video they released. I honestly felt sick to my stomach when I saw how cruel and careless those people were to that 2 year old. She got run over TWICE! gonk
Has anyone else seen the video?

No I haven't, and I really don't want to from the sounds of it.
Yesterday on the news here there was a story about these 3 people in their 50's that all have mental disabilities and were locked in a basement. People in an apartment upstairs had the ID's and SSDI (Social Security for Disabled people) checks and all this stuff to basically steal from these 3 older people.
Some people in this world are just...sick...and do horrible things to people. It makes me very sad. emotion_8c

Well this little girl got run over, the van stopped, realised she badly injured and just carried on driving, another van later on ran over her totally oblivious that she was in the road and a total of 18 people walked/drove around her until someone finally helped and dragged her out of the road for safety. Apparently the people were scared to help incase they got blamed, or had to pay out money towards helping her.

Augh, that kind of thinking will never make any sense to me. I know! But apparently someone in that area had helped someone and they had to go to caught to help pay towards the person or something. But the person that helped her ended up getting loads of rewards from the government etc. for being so helpful. They did look a bit worried to start with, but then realised the child needed help.

See, I could understand the kid wandering off if I was finishing a purchase, because I might not be able to be watching the kid at the same time. But that only takes a minute or two and I would notice right after that the kid was missing and I would FREAK OUT!
