Biography: Grew up in a monastery high in the mountains of Mount Fuji. He was raised by Buddhist monks his whole life and learned the way of peace and love. He also was taught many styles of martial arts while there. One day a terrible storm hit and when he went to protect the others he was struck with lightening. He died almost instantly after seeing a vision of a man with blonde hair.
Once in the Soul Society he lived amongst the regular people for a long time. He helped people out and was very well respected. But one day some Soul Reapers approached him and demanded he be sent to the Training School. After much time there he was very well known for his massive amount of Reiatsu. Thus the other students called him The Reiatsu Beast. Once he graduated he served as the Vice Captain as Squad 8 for the longest time. But after his Captain was assigned to the Royal Guards Kage was now moved up to Captain class after the higher ups deemed him worthy. He now is the Captain of Squad 8 and rules with peace and love.

Description: The Final form of his Shikai. This allows him to surround himself in his lighting and use it the move as fast as Lighting both in running and in attack speed.
