Name: Ian Davis
Age: 16
Fav. Food: Pepperoni Pizza
Hated Food: Strawberries
Hobbies *Lock picking- I wonder what's in here. It started when he was 8, when he had forgotten his key and would have been stuck outside in the rain for hours had he not managed to pick the lock of his window and slip in. He realized that he enjoyed doing it, and moved on to other things, bedroom doors, lockers, anything that was locked away from him. He's pretty good at it now, and has even acquired a set of lock picks.
*Gardening - How does your garden grow? Since he was young, Ian has always enjoyed making things grow, starting with the bean plant in kindergarten. There is just something that he finds relaxing about working in the earth, and, in his backyard, he has a small garden filled with a variety of vegetables and herbs.
*Photography - Say cheese He is the first to say that he's not very good at it, but he always has his camera on him. He'll take pictures of anything that interests him, whether it's a funny spot on the sidewalk, or one of his friends making funny faces. He wants to take a class to improve his skills, but he always keeps getting distracted when it comes time to sign up for one.
Virtues Loyal- I will follow you until the world's end If Ian gives you his loyalty, there is nothing he won't do for you. Need something? He'll get it. Someone bullying you? He'll deal with it. Someone stealing from you? He'll steal it back and then make sure it won't happen again. He's very protective of those who he has given his loyalty, and doesn't really care if he gets into trouble because of what he's done for them as long as it protects the person he did it for.
Of course, on the other side, it is very hard to gain his loyalty, but once you have it, there are very few ways to lose it.
*Outgoing - Oh, hi guys! Ian will interact with anyone, even if they aren't that much fun to be around. He more than believes that there's something interesting about everyone and has every intention of figuring it out. He'll join any group that'll let him, and it's to uncommon to find him in the middle of something that you never knew he was interested in.
Admittedly, if he does get bored with what the group is discussing or distracted by something, he'll vanish, off to find something more interesting. He'll probably be back, eventually, just as interested in it as he was in the beginning.
*Energetic- They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun! Everything Ian does, he does with all of his energy. There's no middle ground, and he never walks when he can be running. He's the first person to volunteer to do a task, and, as long as it doesn't take too long, he will make sure it is finished.
Now, even the best person can't have an unlimited supply, and when Ian crashes, he crashes good. He'll fall asleep where ever he is, taking a long enough cat nap to get his energy back up. so he can get going again.
Flaws *Larcenous - Wait, that's mine! Things go missing around Ian, and everyone knows it. He can't really help it though, it's almost as if there was a second person controlling his actions, and when someone confronts him, he will return their object. Otherwise, it's his, and is added to his collection. He prefers to steal things that are easily hidden, and not very noticeable, like trading cards, and pencils, but he will take larger things if he thinks he can get away with it.
((At this point he hasn't stolen anything that would get him into serious trouble, and avoids stealing from stores.))
*Short Attention Span - I don't have A.D.H.D, it's just I get... Oh, look! A Squirrel! It is hard for Ian to keep his attention on anything lasting for more than a few minutes at a time. There is always something more interesting to see or do, and he wants to do everything. Even when he's talking to someone, he cannot concentrate on just one thing, and he bounces from one unconnected topic to another.
He's got a few techniques to use when he's in class, to at least try to pay some attention, and his notes are typically filled full of scribbles. They make sense to him though, and he does manage to at least get down the more important things.
*Dishonest - I'm telling the truth, honest Ian is a liar, plain and simple. He does it mostly because he can, and only ten percent of what he tells most people is true. It's hard to tell when he is telling the truth, as his voice sounds the same whether he is lying or not.
If he gets caught, or even accused of lying, Ian will react one of two ways. If it's something that he knows that the other person has definite proof about, such as film, pictures, and sometimes witnesses, he'll go ahead and fess up.
If there's not proof though, he'll attempt to lie his way out of it. After all, if they don't know exactly what he did, who's to say that he did it..
