The manor has several rooms to explore. For now, the characters are unable to find the stairs to the third level of the manor, but there are stairs to the first and second floor rooms.
From Monday - Thursday, you will temporarily make several groups of 2-4 characters to explore these rooms. These groups can last as long or short as you want (you can explore several rooms together or just one room before breaking up). You can RP at your own pace in these groups, although it is suggested that you RP around the hours that there are staff online so that you get an immediate reply when events occur.
When you have formed a group, you can post the following form in THIS thread to explore a certain room. A staff member will make an official thread for your group members and link you to it via PM.

Now get your group members to quote this form
In every post a member makes in the thread, they must roll one 100-sided dice along with their RP post. This will determine what events may or may not happen while you are in the room. I will post in the first post of the thread which numbers are "special" event numbers and once a group member rolls one of them, you should post this code in a new post in your thread IMMEDIATELY after you roll it. You can continue to post around until a staff member does reply, but do not roll any more dice because you can't have two events at once!

When you enter a room, you must post around your pokemon's HP on your posts at all times and at least one pokemon must be out at all times to keep you safe. When a pokemon has 0 HP, it is knocked out. When a group member has no active/un-KO-ed pokemon, your whole group is ineligible for wild pokemon encounters and will take double the damage if you run into a damage-inflicting event. You cannot enter a room without at least one group member with a pokemon that has some HP. If at any point, no group member has a pokemon with HP during an exploration, you will all have to flee from the room immediately.
You can heal your pokemon by giving it a berry, even if it is fainted. A Razz berry restores health by 100 HP. A Kelpsy Berry restores health by 200 HP. You may use them at any time in any multiple you want while exploring a room by just posting the image of the berry and the amount that you want to use. Outside of room-exploration, you can post in the inventory thread here to use your berry.
You will have a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) to finish exploring a room. You can experience a maximum of 2 events in a room before you must leave - you can leave sooner if you want as long as everyone in the group agrees. Individual group members may also choose to leave as long as the group still has at least 2 members. No one may join a group midway through an RP.

Type of Encounters
[Wild Pokemon]
A pokemon will appear somehow and you must battle it!
The simplified battle system will be used. There are no type advantages, move limits, special effects, etc. It's just straight up dice rolling.
The staff member will first post the pokemon/how it appears/its HP. Remember, a pokemon's HP depends on what evolution stage they are
If they are the first stage out of an evolution line (ie: Charmander, Rattata, Zubat), the pokemon has 800 HP
If they are the second stage out of an evolution line with 3 stages (ie: Charmeleon, Golbat, Pidgeotto), the pokemon has 900 HP
If they are the final stage or the only stage in an evolution line (ie: Jolteon, Charizard, Crobat, Stantler, Miltank), the pokemon has 1000 HP
In that first post, the staff member will roll 1 6-sided dice and attack the person who triggered the event
1 = miss
2-5 = 100 damage
6 = 200 damage
Then, the post order will be group member 1 (member who got attacked) -> staff member (as the wild pokemon) -> group member 2 -> staff member -> group member 3 (if any) -> staff member -> group member 4 (if any) -> Staff member
Each post, the group member may attack the pokemon or attempt to flee. To attack, roll 1 6-sided dice.
1 = miss
2-5 = 100 damage
6 = 200 damage
To flee, roll 1 4-sided dice.
1 = unable to escape
2-4 = escape successfully
By escaping, you have chosen to leave the room and end your adventure there. If a group member's last/only pokemon faints, the battle will be over and the whole group must post a "flee" response (no dice roll required)
Once a wild pokemon gets down to 0 HP, group members (that are still in the room) may throw a pokeball at it or choose to pass the chance at throwing a pokeball. The pokemon will be raffled off among the group members.
[Puzzle]
A staff member will reply with a sort of puzzle your characters will find in your room. You may discuss with your group either through RP or through OoC chat (or both!) about how to go about solving the puzzle. Just remember to quote the staff member any time your group attempts to solve the puzzle RP-wise.
These puzzles may be anything from riddles to find-the-difference-between-the-pictures to perform-certain-actions-to-unlock-something.
[Find an Item]
Your group members will find an item somewhere in the room and rejoice at their good fortune. Unless it's a bomb. Then I suggest throwing it far far away and running for your lives
[Damage-Inflicting Event]
Sneaking around rooms can be DANGEROUS! Something horrible will happen like something will explode or fall on your group. You will not only have to avoid it to save your life, but your pokemon will probably get hurt in the process.
Dice rolling done by staff members will decide how much damage your pokemon take.
