As we are both owners of new Sailor Moon related guilds, I'd like to have an alliance between us.

Sailor Moon Reboot would be honored to have Gaia Gemstone Guild allied with us.

I don't see why not! I'm totally fine with an alliance between us. Could you PM me your banner and then, once we set up a guild banner, could I send you ours?
