It was a whim that had Arian popping into the charity shop, the small collection of fair-trade craft items had looked inviting and well, it wasn’t as if he had anything particular he needed to do.

Arian gave the man who popped in from out back a polite greeting, pausing long enough to reassure him that he didn’t need any help at that particular moment in time and then wandered over to take a closer look at the few jewellery items on sale. Some of his best beads had come from jewellery picked up from charity shops and it had the added benefit of being kinder on his wallet. As he moved towards the jewellery selection, the dark-haired teen noted a miscellaneous jumble of books across one of the side walls towards the back of the store – maybe something worth taking a closer look at later.
