 How long had she been waiting? She had been waiting on the top of that damn mountain for at least a good hour now. Finnian and the rest SHOULD have find her kidnapping note already. It’s not like a giant Neon sign on the front door of their house saying WE HAVE KIDNAPPED THE FABULOUS POPCORN AND ARE GOING TO SACREFICE HER. DON’T COME LOOKING FOR HER AT THE MOUNTAIN TOP was not a good enough hint as to where she was. Or maybe she had over estimate Finian’s intelligent to understand that “do not come” meant “She’s there”. Yeah, next she was going to be less subtle about it. Or bring a magazine with her to pass time as well as a blanket. The mountain top was quite chilly in the beginning of fall and there was only so much her black hearted evil kidnaper without a soul, Mister Fuzzy Wuzzy could do to warm her up, even though he made a wonderful little pushy right about now.
Popcorn stayed there, sitting against the pole she had pre-lube with Vaseline (for when Elliot came to untie her =D ) for another ten minutes as she played with Mister Fuzzy Wuzzy by pinching and stretching his cheeks (only to make him look more evil), when she heard some rustling in the forest nearby. FINALLY! It was them! Or a starving panda… With that island, you never knew what could be in the woods. Still, she had hope it was her favourite group of super hero that was coming to save her! Quickly, she tied herself up (loosly) on the lube pole, threw the evil rabbit away and took her best damsel in distress’ airs. ”Ah! No! I am but a poor and lonely damsel in distress!”, she cried as loud as she could, trying to hint of her direction to Finnian and Company. ”Wouldn’t there be any man or woman brave enough to come and save me? Ah! Sorrow! Pity! Help me! Quick! I am about to be sacrifice! Won’t you come! Oh, where arth thou hiding mine hero! Come! Come and save your belle! ~

 Bursting from the bushes came out none other than Finnian Buckley, superhero extraordinaire! The second he had found that note this morning, he had wasted little of his morning shower time to rush out to Avian's home in his fluffy, red and blue bathrobe, waving a bar of soap with one hand and the ransom note in the other until the man came out with him. Thankfully, he had time to change into his proper attire before he greeted Elliot, since he knew very well that working so closely with Elliot would one day bring her to harbor feelings for him, which he will have to dutifully reject but, until that confession, he had to look his best! So, the three heroes, once they were dressed and prepared to go, had started up the long, treacherous climb up the mountain, fending off wild monkeys and horrors no man should ever speak of ever again – ever. So horrible that Finnian had taken off running, tripped, fell, and had to restart his entire trek to the top of the mountain about halfway through it. As such, his boundless energy was on a standstill as he held his ribs and wheezed for dear life. He was getting too old for this!
..But, superheroes didn't age, so.. so he couldn't be! He sucked in some air, steeled his expression, and held as best a pose as he could while feeling as though he would collapse any second now. ..Of course, he could just as easily go off to help Popcorn free, now that he saw that she was tied to a pole and looking ready to be rescued, but he couldn't. Not until he had finished posing with his superhero teammates! So, Popcorn would have to wait with only a, “Don't worry, my belle! I have come to rescue you from the dastardly evil hands of.. the perpetrator!” to placate her.

 Avian had spent his morning at the farm, like usual. In these past couple years, the place has expanded and become much more... Farm-like. Before, when it was just a fenced area with a run down coop and such, it was hard to keep everything under control. Of course, that was only the man's first year on the job though. Now that he was later on in his career, he had expanded it quite a bit, all hand built of course. And like every morning, he went around to each coop, checking on all his foul friends. Another day with no problems! That's the way it was supposed to be. Though, Avi's other job was not so peaceful! That's why as he was sitting on his porch, he was upset to see his close friend Finnian running up to him. It seems that there was an emergency! One that involved the farmer to join forces with two of his friends to save another friend. Now why would do that? Cause they were heroes of course! Avi sure did love that word... But, all that was a secret! That's why the man made sure to be secretive about getting ready. And when he was, he raced over to help out. Arriving at the mountain with Finnian and Elliot, Avian was fully suited and ready to go. And like his hero friend, he ran up the mountain as fast as possible. Though unlike the man, the bird brained hero successfully made it to the top, and without a bead of sweat. However, since the other two seemed to be a bit more troubled by the climb, he made sure to wait. Plus Finnian was the leader, he should be the one to show up first! And once he made his entrance, Avian was sure to follow closely behind him, striking his own pose. All heroes had to strike poses after all. It was in the handbook he got from the library!

She was by far the slowest member of the group, and always ended up lagging behind, but she bounded up the mountainside and soon caught up with her fellow superheroes. But she didn't do it alone. In fact, the only way she was able to make it to the mountaintop at all was because she was riding her beloved tiger, Zinka! Hence the necessary stop by the circus. She couldn't very well keep an adult tiger in her house! Not with Kilgore's almost suicidal affection for large, orange objects, at least. So as they came face to face with Popcorn's captor, she was too distracted trying to persuade Zinka to not eat Avi, that she didn't even notice the situation at hand. Eventually, Zinka decided that a better use of its time would be to lick the ground (it had gotten dropped several times by River when it was a cub. Elliot knew she shouldn't have let her sister touch the animals.) and Elliot was given a chance to slip off of the tiger's back with a clumsy "Oof!" and adjust her homemade mask. "Oh, how cute," she commented vaguely as she saw Mister Fuzzy Wuzzy, but quickly corrected herself when she remembered that he was evil! "I mean... How dastardly." She held on to Zinka's leash tightly and stared at Popcorn blankly. "Popcorn, are you okay?" she called softly. She probably wasn't taking it seriously enough, but she had to carefully monitor how many pebbles Zinka ate. Pebbles always gave it indigestion.

”Yes, I am okay, but not for long! It’s Mister Fuzzy Wuzzy! He wants to…he…. Wants… too…” She lowered her eyes and started at the evil rabbit, frowning. Now, what would a rabbit wanting to sacrifice her would want to do? What would his dark soul try to do? Oh! Of course. There was only one thing an evil rabbit could ever do. ”He wants to sacrifice me in order to summon the rabbit god and to destroy every kind of vegetables so only the carrots are left! He wants to commit vegetablecide!” Such a terrible fate for the world! How would people eat sandwich without lettuce ? Turkey without sweet potatoes? Chicken potpie without peas? Oh yes, it was a terrible fate on humanity that Mister Fuzzy Wuzzy had in mind, and only Yaoi!Man and his two sidekicks could stop him before it was too late! …. Or was it already?

..This was the story Finnian had managed to concoct in the last ten seconds and, indeed, it showed. He waited for everyone to finish posing before he said anything – then waited even more as Elliot decided to speak. Or, well, Tigress, as Finnian dubbed her for this battle. ...And not Finnian, but Pantomime Man! Yes, he liked how that sounded! He raised his voice to a boom as he directed his team, first pointing to Popcorn, “Tigress! Unbind that woman and get her to safety using your faithful feline companion!” He brought his hands to himself, tugging his gloves on further to make the grand fight to follow easier on his costume, “Chickenman and I will capture Dr. Fuzzy-Wuzzy!” How the rabbit had managed to get a doctorate in the last few minutes, no one could ever know, but Pantomime Man didn't care! He instead went off to stealthily approach the rabbit – wherever it may be! It was likely hiding somewhere on the mountain.. probably in a bush or something.

The joys of a hero! To be able to see his companion's face so full of hope on their arrival... This was truly what Avian liked about this job. Helping the people! And it was time to help Popcorn now! With the team leader's orders placed, the squad moved into action. It was his job to back up Finnian in securing Mister Fuzzy Wuzzy. Though... Phantomime Man seemed to be completely missing where the villain was... Oh! He was scouting the parameter! What a great hero~ Avi turned to the dastardly rabbit in front of his friend and began the classic hero stare down. He had to remove any threat before Elliot had a chance to save Popcorn. If not, they could get hurt. And he definitely didn't like that idea. So now with the scene at full tension, the man sprang forward at the bad guy. His hands out, and his eyes true, he got in front of the rabbit and got in his battle stance. Once again he stared down the evil creature, and began to contemplate his situation. It wasn't doing anything... He actually looked kind of scared... Avian came out of his stance and just stared at the little guy for a second. This was his first time being the one to capture Mister Fuz... "Come here," He said softly picking up the rabbit gently. Then looking to Finnian who was still making sure no one got the jump on them, "Villian secured!"

”Oh, yes~ Bigbreastbeastgirl! Come and untie me!”, she didn’t give a damn what name Finian had given Elliot. The one she had chosen for the girl was ten times better. He cheek started to blush really fast as Elliot fought with the slippery pole and once Elliot slipped and fell over Popcorn, the woman’s eye rolled up and droll started to fall down her mouth. This was exactly why she put up with a freezing mountain top. She could die happy right now, but not before giving Bigbreastbeastgirl a huge slippery hug, making sure to touch her everywhere that she could, blaming it on the Vaseline stopping her hands from being steady. ”Oh! Thank you for saving me again! Thankyou!” And on that, she walked toward the tiger, crashing on it, now being unconscious due to a mix of bliss and lack of blood and oxygen to her head. Life was good, life was good.

Avian had kept a pleased expression as he played with the villain in his hand. It was so soft and cuddly for an evil doer. The man wondered what was so evil about it, but when Finnian came and relieved him of guarding the rabbit, he stopped thinking about it. He stared blankly in a random direction as the order his boss gave him registered. "Sure thing," He spoke bringing his hand to his mouth as if he had his megaphone. He frowned when he realized he didn't. However, he didn't let it slow him down from joining his other friends. He walked over to when Elliot and Popcorn were and waved to his red haired team mate. "Is Popcorn okay?" He asked as he walked closer to Zinka. He peered at the friend they just saved and gave her a small poke. She didn't seem to be conscious. Avian frowned once more, maybe the rabbit really was evil. He looked back at Elliot with a less than pleased look, "We better get her back soon..." It would be terrible if something else happened while they waited out here! Who knows what monsters lurked on the mountain top this time of year.
