Lela kicked the small bit of sand that had flew into the temple. She hated being inside all the time! She just wanted to go out for a bit, to stretch her legs. Was that so much to ask for? Well...apparently so. All the cubs were stuck inside due to the terrible weather that continued to go on outside. The small cub was going out of her mind. She would flip on the ground, and stare longingly at the outside, as if she would magically just appear there. If she didn’t want to be scolded by all the adults in charge of watching her, she would inch out ever so slightly. Just for a moment. Sometimes she couldn’t remember what having the sun on her back felt like! (Well, she was being a little dramatic, but it emphasizes the point of when the last time she could go outside safely!

 Shakir gave a heavy sigh as he mopped around the temple. with the harsh weather, he was being forced to stay in the temple more and more often. plus his dad had started to become overly protective of him and his siblings with the weather becoming worse. grumbling he made his way towards the entrance of the temple so that he could at lest watch the outside with out getting into any trouble. flopping onto the ground at the entrance, he gave another sigh before giving a side glance at the female cub who seemed to be in the same mood as him and longing to go outside for some fun. " seems we are stuck inside again." grumbling as he spoke, it was clear he was in a unhappy mood about being cooped up inside.

Being stuck inside for a while brought out the different personality of Lela. For a cub that was very quiet and reserved, today she was not. A youngster was allowed to have one of those off days, weren’t they? The female huffed as her golden eyes watched the male flop down beside her, though a few more inches away. “Again.” She agreed, her eyes turning back to the entrance.
“I don’t see what the problem is. As long as the adult is with us, we should be able to go outside.” She turned her attention back to Shakir. “Don’t you agree?” Just because the adults were lazy and didn’t want to go anywhere, didn’t mean the cubs had to suffer from it as well!

Shakir had become more of a grump the longer he was stuck inside cooped up. staring outside, he gave his own huff and responded without looking at her. " yeah i agree. my dad been so over protective lately over the stupid weather. he seems to think i will get hurt or something. " wrinkling his muzzle, he felt lucky that his dad allowed him to even go near the entrance of the temple to watch what was going on outside. he figured he would go insane if he wasn't allowed to even gaze outside, just because of the harsh weather going on. " so what's your name?"

“Parents.” Lela huffed again.
“Well… I hope the weather improves, or all the cubs are going to start a riot.” At the moment, the amount of cubs being cooped up in the temple was a lot. One litter had about seven cubs, and others seemed to have just as many. “…” If Lela was thinking about being the starter of said riot, she had a lot of planning to do.
“I’m Lela,” she lifted her head up, turning it towards the male. “And you are? I think we are going to be stuck in here for a while more…so we should be friends.”

"yep....parents." Shakir gave a sigh until he could not help but laugh at the idea of all the cubs grouping up and starting a riot. though he had noticed his own litter was not the only big one since he did come from a family of 6 cubs. " a riot is a interesting thought. but i think the weather will be better before it could go that far. " snickering, he was glad for a laugh since it had been a while since he had any amusement since being stuck inside. " i'm Shakir and i don't see why we can't be friends." now grinning at her, he was pleased his gloomy day was turning around.

“I don’t know. One of them starry girls seemed pretty restless a few days ago.” She continued to joke. She hoped a riot would not ensue though, but it could deem pretty interesting if it did.
“Well then, Shakir. What should be do? Staring at the entrance only makes me want to go outside even more. Wanna play tag?” Even though it was just the two of them, they could still have fun playing. Or…better yet…Lela popped to her feet, jumping on the boy’s form. “Pinned ya!” she smirked. When she saw the opportunity, she always took her chance to gain the upper hand. Even it, that came at a disadvantage to the other.

" yeah my friend Khep is all restless too." Shakir perked up when she asked to play tag since it was totally a fun game to play even when inside. " tag sounds great!." a huge grin was upon his face, that was til she decided to pounce right on him and pin him down which caused him to become all wide eyed. " EEEEEK." he flailed around a bit before he finally settled down from being shocked by her pinning him. " you got me good." laughing, he was amused since he always did this to his friend Khep and his own siblings. " so i'm it then?" a wicked grin came to his face as he was plotting to get her back for pinning him so fast.
