Now, I'd like to start off by welcoming you to this forum. I appreciate that you took the time to at least stop by, but I hope you can come often and contribute to some of the RPs I'll have coming up.
I also apologize for the length of this post, I've tried to keep it as short as possible, but I'm not used to cramming an RP group into a subforum.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE MILITARY RP FORUM
As anybody knows, any and all RPs have at least a basic set of rules. I'm a fairly easy going person, so these rules shouldn't be too hard to follow for the greater majority of you. That being said, if you get on my nerves or constantly violate the rules, I'll skull drag you.
1) RP posts MUST be at least semi-literate
a) RPing with asterisks in RPs is 150% prohibited. In non-RP threads you can do that all you like, cause God knows I'm guilty of doing the same thing. Below is an example of an RP with asterisks.
b) Before posting in any RPs, you must first post an RP example (A short scenario will be provided), so I and others entrusted with this forum can get a feel for your RP ability.
- If you fail to meet the standard (Such as RPing in asterisks), you will be sent to the basic training thread, where you'll be taught the finer points of basic RPing. Being sent here will not effect your standing within the forum whatsoever.

2) Role Play Characters (RPCs) may NOT have overwhelming amounts of superpowers, super human abilities, mutations,or anything else that gives them an unfair advantage over other RPCs and the RP scenario itself.

I personally do not like RPCs like this at all, but I'm willing to put personal feelings aside so that more people may better enjoy this forum. This list will be constantly revised, but I hope I don't have to too much. If you disregard this list, you'll be banned from this forum.

a) You can PM myself or anybody else designated as a forum admin with your scenario. If it's not detailed enough, breaks any forum or Gaia ToS rules, or is simply outrageous, we will not approve it and have you rethink it, or help you edit it.*
*Now that you have read this far, post in the character bio thread and include a sentence in your RP with the word "resort" so I know you've read the rules. Take note that by posting the word "resort," you acknowledge that you've read the rules. If you violate the rules posted here you cannot say "I didn't know that" as an excuse.
4) Absolutely no violation of the Gaia ToS!
a) Things that I specifically don't want polluting my forum include cybering, pornography of any kind, pictures of gore, racism, hate speech, or anything that might personally hurt another person's feelings.
- Punishment for violation of this rule depends on the offense. Racism, for example, will net a permanent ban from the guild. If you are allowed back in by another moderate, I will just ban you again the second I see you post anything. Same goes for hate speech and pornography. Violation of other offenses may net you one warning before you get banned.
