Personality: Calm and quiet, Hunner likes to think things through thoroughly before making a decision. This is a double-edged sword for him he's discovered. On the one hand, he rarely makes a decision that he regrets later in life, and it gives him the air of someone much older than he truly is. On the other, it sets him apart from other children his age. He's frequently teased for being 'slow-witted' because of his long hesitation in answering even the simplest of questions.
He's very soft spoken. His tone is quiet and words kind and calm, often resulting in him not being heard in groups. He's a follower, though with the potential to be a good leader if he could learn to stand on his own two feet. His intelligence and responsibility make him someone that people tend to rely on, even without thinking about it. If something needs to be done, he's usually there and doing it before its even brought up to him.
Like all weyrbrats he has a mischievous streak. If there are eggs on the sands, you can expect him to be there trying to sneak a peek. If there's a secret expedition to explore the unused lower caverns, he's right there to tag along, and usually lead them all back out when they get lost.
History: Hunner is a typical weyrbrat. Not even all that sure of who his parents were. He was a fosterling alongside of six others. His foster mother was a kind woman, with a very strict view on raising her charges. Beyond the usual bumps and scrapes that all weyrbrats experience, Hunter has lived a rather bland life up until now.
