* San-Jū-Roku Pound Hō (三十六煩悩(ポンド)鳳, Phoenix of the 36 Earthly Desires (Kanji) 36 Pound Phoenix/Cannon (Furigana)): This attack uses the air itself to slash the target from a distance. To initiate it, you first holds one of your swords horizontally above the shoulder of your sword arm, and then performs a circular swing that launches the air compressed projectile spiralling towards the target.

* Hiryū Kaen (飛竜火焔, Flying Dragon Blaze): Using one sword wielded in your left hand with your right hand gripping your left wrist for support (or vice-versa), jumps high up into the air and slashes opponent. After slashing them, your opponent then bursts into flames from where they were slashed.

* Tatsu Maki (龍巻き, Dragon Twister): The same as Santōryū's Tatsu Maki, but without swords, only with the arms. The lack of swords means the technique is not a cutting technique, and is more used to send the opponent flying. However, getting hit by one of you arms as you perform this move could also send the unlucky recipient several feet skyward.

* Geppou (月歩, Moon Step?) allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks. No CP9 member has yet shown any variations of the technique, with the exception of Lucci's Kamisori and Fukurou's one legged Geppou (which in theory, other Geppou users may have the capability to do). It has once been used aggressively by Lucci, performing a suplex-styled move while Luffy clung onto his back. The impact left a rather large crater in the floor. While the technique itself affords several advantages in both in and out of battle for the user, it has but one major weakness: since its usage depends heavily on the user's legs, restraining or pinning down any major parts of their lower body can significantly disrupt Geppou. This was seen during Fukurou's fight with Franky, where the latter managed to grab on to one of the CP9's legs, noticeably affecting the technique. However, it should noted Lucci has been seen kicking off the air with one leg at a time rather like hopping and keeping himself afloat.

Soru
The Soru (剃, Shave?) allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye. Luffy has also learned from this move and was able to use it in his fights against Blueno, Lucci, and Mihawk, though Luffy's own version (via Gear Second) is more powerful and swifter. Coby was seen being able to use this move during his friendly fight with Luffy after the Enies Lobby arc. As Nero lacked the complete training, his Soru is actually more of a swift run instead of disappearing speed seen from other Soru users.

Another thing that should be noted of this particular skill is that Kuro's "Shakushi" travels at roughly the same speed as CP9's Soru ability. The difference is that when Kuro uses that technique, he cannot see what he is attacking, or how far he is going, whereas CP9 have mastered this ability and therefore can. The fact that other people, outside of CP9 membership has exhibited being able to imitate the skill (either by copying the move directly or developed their own version of it) suggests that Soru might be the most fundamental of Rokushiki.

* Kamisori (剃刀, Razor?): A combination of Geppou and Soru, where you use Soru in a zigzag motion in midair, allowing extremely fast movement in 3 dimensions.

* Soru "Tekkai Dama" (剃　『鉄塊玉」, Shave: "Iron Mass Ball"?): In this attack, spins your body at great speeds towards your opponent using Soru, then uses Tekkai to harden.

* Chou Sokuten Tekkai Dama (超側転　鉄塊玉, Rapid-Spinning: Iron Mass Ball?): A variation on the above technique wherein you combine your usual Tekkai Dama movements with Geppou to use it in midair.

* Tekkai "Gou" (鉄塊　『剛」, Iron Mass: "Strength"?): Visually, the move differs from the ordinary Tekkai in that the user visually tenses his body even further while standing still; the ordinary Tekkai could be activated seamlessly.

* Sai Dai Rin: Rokuougan (最大輪　六王銃, The Largest Ring: Six King Gun?): This technique is used in the same way as Rokuougan, except now with a larger attack radius and greater attack power. The move is so powerful that the shock wave it sends out can punch a hole in rock even after going through its intended target, similar to Bartholomew Kuma's Pad Cannon technique.

Personality: Lucas is a passive type of person, though upon first glance it may not seem that way. His appearance contrasts his views in a way though it does not bother him. He would rather talk thing through before resorting to violence and even if violence becomes inevitable he will more often then not subdue the opponent then kill them using take down and defensive type abilities. Although, just because he hates to kill and fight that does not mean he will never do and and if he must defend the weak by spilling the blood of others he will do so.

Background Information

Lucas was born in a port and trading city in the east blue, as the son of an Marine Father and Mother. When he was 4 he witnessed the murder of his mother by an enemy of his father. This caused Lucas to hate fighting and violence. His father left him alone for days on in, looking for the treacherous marine soldier that killed his mother, this was the beginning of the rift between the two.

When Lucas turned ten, his father came back, but he was different. His father became cold and merciless, killing everyone in the village besides him. Seeing his father murder innocent people, without hesitation or regret, Lucas became furious at him and decided to take him on. This; however, was a mistake. Lucas had never fought before nor did he have the strength to defeat his father, but he tried nonetheless. As the two fought, Lucas was nearly beaten to a bloody pulp, by his father. The fight was completely one sided and Lucas would surely have died, if it was not for his father sparing his life. Giving him a chance to leave the island, his father turned his back on him, "You are not worth killing, you don't even deserve to stand in my presence" were the last words Lucas heard from his father. With that in mind, he limped away from his father and soon left the island.

Not much is known about his teenage years, but from what he has told his friends, he left the island and joined up with an rag tag group of renegades, whose goal was the death of his father. Lucas was accepted with open arms. In that group, he learned how to fight and soon became it's best fighter. As he trained nonstop, his fathers words ringed through out his mind, "You are not worth killing, you don't even deserve to stand in my presence." Those words were the only thing driving him, they were imprinted in his mind. As the years progressed, Lucas' strength and power increased drastically, making the Marine notice him. This was when they considered him a threat and therefore placed a bounty of 200,000 belli on his head.

After ten years, Lucas and his group, returned to the island. "So you've returned" jis father said as he took out all of his friends in one solid motion. "Oh so you've gotten stronger, I see." his father stated as they both drew their swords. "Father, it is time to end this" Lucas said as rushed towards his father, and the two clashed blades. The fight had went on for hours, with neither of the two showing any signs of backing down, but Lucas clearly had the upper-hand, as he landed attack after attack on his father, and his father landed none. As Lucas was about to go for the kill, he hesitated, which gave his father the chance and stabbed Lucas right in his left shoulder.

As he fell backwards to the ground, his father laughed, but soon his laughter was replaced with fear and awe, as Lucas stood up, the sword still in his shoulder, "Why so shocked?" Lucas asked as he reached for the blade and shattered it into pieces, and his shoulder bleeding but he was showing no signs of pain at all and with his father wide open, Lucas used his amazing speed and stabs his father, "Fool, you will pay the price for killing an Marine of my rank" his father shouted as the blade went straight into his heart. "No, old man. You are the fool for letting me live." Lucas whispered in his fathers ear "Goodbye, father" Lucas then turned his blade diagonally and then motioned his sword upwards slicing his father and half of the island in half.

Soon after, it is said that Lucas became a member of the Whitebeard pirates and soon rose to the ranks of a commander. It was sometime after that, that he left the Whitebeards and now his whereabouts are unknown. Some say that it is after he left the Whitebeard Pirates, he met up and befriended Nike Nue, one of the worlds most infamous pirates out there. The two of them were complete opposites, Nike was the serious type and usually was the one starting fights, while Lucas was the carefree one, trying to stop the fight. It is because this that the two soon were known as the Black Demon Brothers of the Grand Line. They even started a crew together that they had intended to sail to the New World with, but after some unforeseen circumstances, the two had a falling out and went their separate ways. It was after he had left his best friend, that Lucas had found out just how strong Nike had gotten, and how infamous, which made Lucas want to become even more strong. After After killing his father, becoming a high ranking member of the Whitebeard Pirates, and all of the things he did as the Black Demon Brothers of the Grand Line, Lucas' bounty rose drastically and is now one of the worlds most wanted men, something that Lucas takes pride in, since that means he is just one step closer to surpassing the man he both respected and despised, Nike.

Looks:
Personality: Shinji was often exaggeratedly rumored to be the deadliest rogue because only because of his personality. Rumors such as 'His gaze shut down a whole fleet' or 'The battle seemed like a second because of the silence' all too well describe this person, although exaggerated. He is a silent and calculated person unlike many reckless pirates. He does not like words and instead prefers actions. He is also a prideful pirate, but takes his time in moving forward to anything. Shinji is also uninterested in drama and philosophy in their figurative meaning as he wants to stop any whiner from entering his personal range. Background Information
Shinji was born to normal parents, his father worked as a blacksmith by the dock of the island and that is where his family based their life on. Well, first, Shinji was born into a special date. He was born into the period of a loop year, the Twenty-ninth February. His father, being a non-professional sailor believed in many sayings of the ocean and such believed his son would be extraordinarily fortunate through his life. His father often would take him to the blacksmith shop and teach him the basics of that profession, although he hoped for that job to be only a secondary job; a tradition from the Oda Family. He told Shinji many times that he needed to try for high salaries, maybe a consultant or a businessman of any sort. Shinji, on the other hand disliked politics in any aspect and had admired the sea for many times. Not for any other thing than the space there. He would swim actively and often join his father in his adventures.

However, why is he in such position now? It all started with a pirate crew entering the town. They had found something rare in the depths of the sea but obviously needed a test subject for it. They found Shinji one day at the docks alone and decided to use him as the test subject. The had worn some fake royal navy robes and faked an contract with Shinji. They said that they had been watching over his father and thought that he was the best blacksmith in the region - they would offer a more luxurious workshop to his father. The boy knew that the workshop was a family tradition, but his father could use a new place for the business. They made sure everything was covered, they even brought the local marine officials believe in their fake identities.

Shinji was served 'high quality food' and was treated well in their ship, but that fruit served to him was not a normal fruit. It was the ocean's most praised product; a Devil Fruit. He didn't know this of course, and when he reacted at the bad taste of the food he was told that that fruit would help him in his body structure and growth, scientific details a young boy could never understand. Without even knowing, he had gained extraordinary powers. Then there was a breach into the crew's identity; Shinji had heard them speak of their plan secretly and obviously went for his father. He was stopped on his tracks by the pirates, and when approached by them he felt his power surge through his body; a wave of flaming lava was released and boiled the pirates alive. The scouts of the local marine had seen this and reported the boy as a National criminal immediately; the royal navy was high praised and every reaction to them was punishable. At approach, he was again aggravated and once again used his powers, ending the lives of some soldiers and causing material damage. He fled the island, hoping to not bring shame to his family and much less to his father.

However, his identity was discovered very quickly and his family was put up as hostages. He had not returned to the marines for some years now and was officially a dangerous criminal. The marine base in the island followed strictly the Absolute Justice theory and hanged each member of his family one by one. This was not acceptable by Shinji who was in his teenage years now. He went back to the island and burned down the marine base very easily. He started mastering his abilities of course and soon set his destination to end the reign of the Government. He became a pirate and would oppose the Marines in any way possible, his bounty flung up and he was more and more feared by small crews and marine bases. However, he was sensitive in fellow citizens, and to catch him the Government needed to lure him into them. They started burning up an island and they successfully got Shinji in their hands. They appeared to give him a pirate execution, and that was when his life supposedly ended.

Many years later Shinji would be mentioned in some children stories about how he murdered his own family, and how the marines would bring justice and punish any criminal for the greater good, but they obviously twisted the true story. Some said he was alive and would soon rise again, and yes, he was indeed alive. The execution was not fully ended, he stood in the corners of life for many years, until the rumors of his own self got back to him. Then he would decide it was his time. He wasn't the infamous pirate anymore, but he had grown in power more than ever.

Background Information
Marik has been in many fights and conflicts, and it has only gotten worse since he ate the Moku Moku no Mi. Marik is normally calm but he has been short on cash so getting cigs and cigars are nearly impossible without stealing, and when he doesn't have his smokes he gets very moody and fights for reasons he wouldn't normally fight for if he had his smokes. Marik wanted to be a Marine and was so for a short period when he was drowning and was saved by Pirates when his Marines left him behind. Marik then Joined the small group and lived as a pirate since, he killed the group once they tried to luck him away for being a Marine. Marik left and decided to jump ships and join into random groups until he found a home. He went rogue and killed two Marines and was captured shortly after, he is being held in Impel Down currently locked in Level Six (Eternal Hell).
