Happy Halloween Photography Contest of 2011!
Tee hee. Oh, I do love this time of year. Tricks and treats are the best. But I digress, a woman of my beauty shouldn't simply stand around, pandering and rambling. I have already delayed the creation of this announcement long enough. A woman like me should always arrive fashionably late, after all. I have taken it upon myself, of my own volition, to orchestrate a contest for you to play. I want you all to gather your magical image-capturing aperture devices. Go out, seek the strangest, eeriest, creepiest visual you can find. Capture it and bring it to me!
But I will add a twist to this year's contest! You see, I wish to receive submissions in order to fit two separate tiers of competition. The first shall be mundane, for those who simply wish to take a portrait and then submit it. The second, I shall allow the use of editing in order to enhance the chill. I believe they call this 'photomanipulation'? Yes. In addition, I shall require all entries to be submitted to myself, the beautiful Razevi, by October 23rd, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. Send your entries in a personal message to me, and I shall ensure that your place is reserved. Don't forget, now!
This contest, however, comes with a minor caveat. You didn't think it was free, did you? No, I shall require the meager entrance fee of 500 gold. Send this sum in a trade to me, and I shall ensure your eternal happiness. Or, at least, your contest entry's place. In exchange, the prizes for your talent shall be glorious. I shall make you rich beyond your wildest dreams! First place shall receive the extravagant sum of 20,000 gold. Second place shall garner the exquisite prize of 10,000 gold. And, finally, the third place recipient shall fetch a reward of 5,000 gold.
